Chapter 1
Light. Darkness. Light. Darkness. My senses were overwhelmed, what was happening? Eyes, I have eyes! I opened them, and they were greeted by a snout and a pink face. Was this... a pig? It sure was, but there was something... off about it. Using my feet I shooed it away. After a moment, I groaned and got up, taking in my surroundings.
There were trees, grass, a sky, the blocky pig, wilderness. Everything was norm- wait, a blocky pig?! I blinked and shook my head, and I took another look around. Blocks, everywhere. The trees were blocks, the water was square, and my God (Notch, I guess)–there were no circles! Why? What, where? These were only some of the questions that filled my confused brain. I needed a moment to think. I just needed to sit down and... my knees, I couldn't bend them, the same with my arms! Or, arm I should say. For some reason, I could feel both of my arms, but I could only see and use my right arm.
Just yesterday I was... was... I couldn't remember what had happened the previous day, much less anything before I woke up. I could swear, though, that I was a real person, in the real world with real trees and real people, and with circles... A sudden rumble emerged from my stomach. I guess I was hungry. Then, I spotted what I thought was a round object on the ground. Excited, I made a makeshift table using some rocks I found laying around. I picked up what I knew was a cookie and put it on the table, preparing to eat it. But upon further inspection, I noticed that the cookie had edges and feigned the shape of a circle. That infuriated me, causing me to flip the table scream out the letter "F" with "U"s following it. Strangely, I saw those letters appear in front of me in large, red, size 12 comic sans text. This world was weird.
Since I flipped the table, the cookie landed in some nearby squared water, and I assumed it was ruined. By then, I was beyond frustrated and wanted to shout out profane language. Before I was able to, a voice sounded in my head.
"There is a time and place for that, but not now," it echoed.
"Who are you, and what do you want?" I attempted to say, but instead that appeared in white text at the bottom left hand corner of my vision. In between a < and a > was some text, but it was blurred to the point where I couldn't read it. Shaking my head, I was still hungry, and that was when I remembered the pig from earlier. I supposed that should sate my famine. Slowly and carefully, I approached it; however, the way my body let me sneak around was just by bending forward a bit and moving slower. As I made my way towards the pig, I marveled at how I was able to move without bending my knees.
With my right hand, I punched the pig. It turned pink with a red tint for a brief second, then back to normal. Naturally, the pig got frightened and began to run away from me. I stopped crouching and sprinted after it, giving chase. After a few more punches, the pig fell over, disappeared into a puff of smoke, and spinning, floating meat replaced it. Whatever witchcraft this world was powered by was beyond me.
My hand felt somewhat sore, but I had food. All I needed to do was to find a way to cook the pork chops. I didn't want to eat them raw. It was surprising how I didn't have to carve and clean the pig. Meat just was dropped from it.
I felt a sudden chill as the sun began to set. Wait, why was the sun setting already? I was only there for a few minutes. Did time really pass that fast? Whatever, I just needed warmth and a way to prepare the pork. Even though I couldn't remember anything, I somehow knew techniques to start a fire. Let's see... I just needed some wood, string, and friction. Friction would be my best friend in that situation to create heat. With those ingredients and a touch of magic and love–what was I thinking, I didn't know how to make a fire bow! Maybe some flint and steel would work, but how was I going to get those supplies? Both of those were below the surface, I knew from logic. I just didn't have a way to mine them.
Before I could think of a way to get some flint and steel, I noticed it was nighttime, and I could hear a hiss from behind me...
Cool story! It's been a month, when do we get more?

Whatever I just said, I didn't mean any offense. Unless we're fighting, in which case I probably did.
If I said something was a joke when it didn't seem like one, I'm making an excuse to avoid an argument I know is coming. Instead of telling me how not funny I am and how it didn't seem like a joke at all, just go along with it. Because flame wars suck and nobody wants to be a part of one.
