A common question is, ''Why are Ghasts so sad?'', so I'm gonna tell all of you why Ghasts are sad.
Well, lemme tell ya, Ghasts used to be a Steve just like you and I. However, these Steves were huge griefers, and everybody was begging them to stop, and the Steves saw it as a form of bullying. On a Hardcore Server, Notch sneaked up on these pesky griefers and killed them with a Diamond Sword on Sharpness III, along with a Critical Hit. These griefers were sent to Hell because of what they did, and Hell's torture device were cannonballs to be choked on, and the cannonballs eventually caught on fire because of the burning Nether, and Ghasts now feel guilty, regretful, and sorry for all the griefing they have done, and take it out on you. That, my friend, is why Ghasts are sad, and why they are Hostile Mobs.

How do you know that? Maybe ghasts are emotionally sensitive, and have never known a world other than the Nether, and the blazes won't stop making fun of them. So they just assume that you'd do the same. Since you and the ghasts don't speak the same language you could just be misunderstanding each other.

Real story why is Ghasts sad because Ghasts are not like Nether and and those is not have friends. Also, Ghasts are killing Steve because Steve are diferent but they.

The reason ghasts are sad is because that's how they're textured.
And the reason they shoot fireballs at you is because that's how they're coded.
