Herobrine awakened saying, "Ugh, so what am I going to do this time?" He thought about making a code Steve has to crack open. He did as he wished, though. Then, the code was set and he built it. It was rather a number code than a link code, but it had traps also. Herobrine finished and tested it. "It was perfect!" he yelled loudly. Eventually, Steve woke up in a beautiful world. The world had trees that could go all around the world! Next, he punched a tree and wood came out! Very important note: Herobrine never existed! It's just a creepypasta meant to be fake, and I forgot to mention that some of the parts in this copy some other stories, so I'll give you gentleman some credit for this exact story!
Chapter 2: Village Shenanigans
Steve traveled over and over trying to find a village to sleep in for the night. There's no shelter, and Steve didn't have enough wood to supply for a house. See you later
So far so good, but you could have extended it a bit. Is this going to have a plot twist where Herobrine is actually good, like another player in Steve's world?

Hmmm... The title of your book starts with "The" and ends with "Chronicles," with one Minecraft-related word in between. It features Steve and Herobrine, who are enemies. Herobrine sets up ways to stop Steve. Nah, it doesn't sound a bit like you stole my series! Also... didn't TheMisero already start writing a book called The Minecraft Chronicles?
Anyway, it looks like it's going to be a pretty good story. Good luck!
By the way, you need to clearly state that Herobrine isn't real if you're writing about him.
"If you came to the Minecraft Forum to just go partyin' with us writers here in Literature, let me give you a heads up: Herobrine stories need a disclaimer before posting them. If your story has Herobrine as the white eyed creepypasta everybody in the Minecraft Community knows, you'll need to have an itty bitty text up top saying "Herobrine is not real and is merely a fictional character for this story" or "Herobrine ain't real my bruddas!".
In whatever way you write it, just tell people he ain't real. If you don't, admins and moderators will appear from under your bed and consume your forum-posting rights. More or less that."
It comes with a shortcut to forum announcement #73, but for some reason it brings me to a page that says "Forbidden." Strange...
