TurtleMaster217:From the Nether
The shack was, small, cramped, and looked several years old. Books and papers were scattered across the floor. There was a crafting table, furnace, and a chest underneath a window by the door. Cobwebs were woven across the ceiling. Vines and mushrooms were growing along the walls and the floor. There was a bed in one corner. And sitting on it was TurtleMaster217.
Turtle had no memory of how he got to this shack. He didn't know anything at all, other than his name. It was as if he had lost all of his memories in some sort of horrible accident. He had no clue on what that accident could have been, but decided not to dwell on it. What Turtle needed was fresh air.
When Turtle went to open the door, it broke into chunks. Again, it probably had not been opened for several years. Turtle was confused on how he had been asleep for that long, yet not died of thirst or starvation, or suffocation, seeing how much dust had collected in the shack. It was early morning outside, and there was a slight drizzle of rain. Cows mooed. Chickens clucked. Sheep baaed. It was a bit cold, but Turtle didn't mind. The cold gave him energy.
Turtle noticed a bright patch of light over a small hill close by. He walked up it at saw a chest and surrounded by torches. He walked over to the chest and opened it. Inside was 4 oak wood planks, 4 oak wood, a wooden pickaxe, and a stone axe. He looked around, seeing if anyone was coming to retrieve the items. When he saw that no one was coming, Turtle took the items. The rain was starting to really come down, so Turtle decided to go inside and do some cleaning.
Turtle hadn't gotten rid of that many cobwebs or mushrooms when there was a loud knock on the new door that Turtle had crafted using some of the wood. A strange sound followed the knock, sort of like a distorted pig snort. Afraid, he decided against opening it. A louder knock followed this, along with another grunt. "Who are you?" Turtle asked. "Get out of here!"
The creature outside banged on the door, breaking it into more chunks. Turtle tried to say, "Hey, I just replaced that!", but his voice caught in his throat. Outside was the strangest creature Turtle had ever saw. It looked like a cross between a zombie and a pig. It had a humanoid shape, yet had a pig's snout and was a pinkish color. Part of his head had been removed, leaving only the skull. It was wielding a golden sword with words on it, but Turtle didn't dare go close enough to read them. The Zombie Pigman advanced on Turtle, with it's sword raised high. Swish!
Turtle ducked and rolled to the side as the sword swung downward, right where Turtle had just been. Turtle took out his stone axe and swung at the Zombie Pigman. Turtle left a gash in the Zombie Pigman's arm as he pulled the axe out. The Zombie Pigman wailed in pain. Turtle started chopping at the bottom of one of the house's foundations. Pleading for it to work, he swung with all of his might, breaking the oak wood as it dropped as an item. As hoped, the foundation collapsed, caving in the roof and other foundations, instantly killing the Zombie Pigman. Turtle saw the golden sword's hilt sticking out from under one of the blocks. He pulled it out and read the writing embedded on it. It read Doomsblade, the sword of fire.
Chapter Two:
Protoshield86: The Next Adventure Protoshield86 was mad, bro.
He had just escaped the fiery abyss of the Nether, having narrowly escaped the Wither and his minions. Plus, his best friend got killed. And yet, the world decided to be "funny", and made him lose his father's old bow, The Molten Fury. Proto wanted to throw a rock at someone.
Proto's first thought was to find Celestia, his sister, but then again, he had no idea where to look. She had run away, not telling Proto or James where she was going, or when she would come back, if she would come back at all. That gave Proto another reason to throw a rock at someone.
And he had no way to get down from the freaking jungle treetops. Proto was going to be throwing lots of rocks.
He gazed out from the top of the tree, taking in his surrondings. He was bordered by jungle on his North, West, and South sides. A few treetops away was an expansive plains biome. Fanfare could be heard in the distance. A village! Proto thought. It pained him to think that he was the cause of a different village's destruction. Hopefully this one had better guards.
Proto jumped from treetop to treetop, grasping on to vines when needed, parkour style. He slid down the vines of the tree closest to do plains biome, jumping down the last ten feet. He gazed in the distance towards the fanfare, thinking, I have found my next adventure.
Chapter Three:
Kilster909: Hax "What the crap? Where is da sky?"
Kilster909 had spawned in the canopy forest biome. He wanted some torchlight, seeing as it was almost as dark as nighttime. He heard some hissing noises nearby. Curious, he walked over to the sound.
"Hax!" Kilster exclaimed, seeing that the noise came from some spiders inside a surface dungeon. "I'ma loot dis dungeon!"
Kilster slayed the spiders with his bare hands, then opened one of the chests and found a torch, which he placed over the spawner. The rest of the loot was useless.
After he looted, he decided to explore. Weaving through the trees, eventually he arrived in a plains biome, at the foot of a massive kingdom.
Chapter Four:
TurtleMaster217: Meeting "Hey you!"
Turtle turned around at the voice, and saw someone running towards him. When the person reached him, gasping, he said, "Have you seen someone who looks kinda like me, regal sort of air, probably angry at the multiverse?"
Turtle frowned. "I haven't seen anything for...um...well, let's just say, I don't know."
The person looked confused. "I'm confused."
"Aren't we all?," Turtle replied.
The person shrugged. "Well, anyway, I'm Protoshield86, but you can call me Proto."
Turtle held out his hand. "TurtleMaster217."
"Did you hear the fanfare too?"
"Yeah, I wanted to see civilization again."
Proto nodded. "I kinda want to get away from civilization, but..."
"Well," Turtle said. "Let's see what this crap is all about."
As they walked towards the gates, Turtle realized that, along with the fanfare, there was chanting, saying "Long live Kilster909! Vanquisher of evil!"
Chapter Five:
Protoshield86: Bagels and Kings "Who is Kilster909?" Proto asked Turtle.
Turtle shrugged. "No clue. Let's find out."
Proto and Turtle walked through the cobblestone street towards the castle in the center of the kingdom. Once they reached it, they walked up the stairs and pushed open the giant doors and heard voices.
"Give me a freaking bagel!"
"But sir, bagels haven't been impl-"
"GIVE ME DA BAGEL, SON!"
Proto frowned. "Well, OK then."
Just then, the doors burst open again, and in strode another guy who looked like a king. "Kid, get out of my throne."
Kilster smirked. "Make me."
The king shouted, "Give Kilster909 poison effect!"
"HOLY CRAP!" Kilster yelled. "I'll go, I'll go!"
"You're not getting out of here that easy!" the king shot back. "You sat in my throne! You're going to pay!"
"I'm out!" Kilster shouted as he ran down from the throne.
The king started giving chase, but then spotted Proto and Turtle. "Those are his helpers!" He looked at two of his knights. "HELP ME GET THEM!!!"
And Proto, Kilster, and Turtle dashed out of the castle, with the king and his servents on their tails.
Chapter Six:
Kilster909: Into the Sewers "Well this place smells like crap," Kilster said as he, Turtle, and Proto ran through the sewers, not stopping for fear that the king was close behind. The stone brick walls were full of cracks and vines. There was a sewage river flowing in the middle of the small room they were in, with some oak wood plank slabs serving as a bridge across the flowing water.
There was a strange patch of light up ahead in the corridor they were running through. They ran towards it, hoping it led into a cave. But it turned out that it was a patch of...
"Glowstone," Proto said.
"How do you know what it is?" Turtle asked.
"I've had adventures before this one," Proto replied.
Next to the glowstone, tethered to a fence in the wall via a lead, was an upside down pig. There was also a wooden door. Kilster pushed it open and found a very cramped space. The walls were made of dirt. There was a bed, crafting table, furnace, and anvil off to one side. There were stacks of random items everywhere. Bookshelves covered some parts of the wall. There was a second door leading into another coridor in a 2x1 area. And sitting on the bed was some guy playing CaptainSparklez' Minecraft Style on a ukelele.
"Wassup?" the man asked.
"Umm...who are you?" Kilster asked.
"It's the awesomest person of all time!" the man exclaimed. "Dinnerbone!"
"Oh," Proto said.
"Didn't anyone tell you to knock before you enter?" Dinnerbone asked.
"Well, it's just that we're being chased by the king," Turtle said.
"Oh, Jeb? Who sat in his throne?"
"I did," Kilster said glumly. "I also asked for a bagel."
"Have those been implemented yet?!" Dinnerbone asked excitedly.
"No," Kilster replied, still glum.
"Wait just one freaking minute!" Dinnerbone exclaimed. "You're the heroes from the prophecy!"
Kilster could've swore he saw Dinnerbone glance at Turtle. "What prophecy?" Proto asked.
"Follow me," Dinnerbone said, smiling, and he walked through the second door.
Chapter Seven:
TurtleMaster217: The Prophecy
"Hey, wait up!" Turtle called. "We just ran like, 2 miles!"
Sadly, Dinnerbone didn't slow down. The corridor only went one way, and was made of dirt, like Dinnerbone's room. Eventually Dinnerbone stopped. "Well, we're here," he said, and pushed open a door.
The entire room was made out of diamond blocks, and there were signs covering almost every inch of it. Some were faded, and almost impossible to read.
"This is the Hall of Prophecy," Dinnerbone explained. "Read, please."
Turtle cleared his throat.
"Once upon a time, there were two brothers. Their names were Steve and Drake. They were closer then brothers. They were best friends.
"One day they were walking home from the market, having finished their shopping, and stumbled upon a cave. They had taken this road many times, yet never seen this cave. Curious, Steve entered, with Drake at a distance. The inside of the cave was full of precious metals and jewels. And guarding them was a giant snake. The Basilisk.
"The humans of various towns and kingdoms knew about the Basilisk, so Steve and Drake knew about its petrifying gaze. So the brothers each grabbed a glittering Diamond Sword from the pile of treasure, and prepared to fight.
"After a long, painful battle, Steve succeded in killing the beast. When they emerged from the cave, covered in bruises and bites, the humans asked what happened. Steve told them that they had killed the Basilisk, and the kingdom rejoiced. Steve was made king.
"Drake disappeared, and no one ever found him. But a new villian had risen, by the name of the Lich. He commanded leigons of skeletons. But the Lich knew that he and his skeletons would not have enough power to overthrow King Steve. So he cloned Steve, his wolf, his dragon, and his horse. He named his creations Herobrine, The Creeper, The Enderdragon, and Shadowmace, respectivly. But Herobrine went insane, so the Lich cast him into the wilderness. He did not have enough power to create another clone, so he modified a human. He created the Wither.
"The Creeper and The Enderdragon created their own races, the creepers, and the Endermen. With his clones and three armies at his side, plus the fact that a war had broken out between the humans and the pigman, the Lich was unstoppable. He killed Steve and his creatures. But Steve's three sons somehow broke through. They banished the Lich and his helpers to different dimensions. But the land had fallen. They had to evacuate to the Overworld.
"But Herobrine, the bad creation, had a plan. But five heroes will rise up and stop him, or else it will be the end of Minecraftia as we know it."
Chapter Eight:
Protoshield86: Aftermath "Oh, OK," Kilster said. "Who believes this junk?"
"I do," Dinnerbone said coldly. Then he turned to Turtle. "Can I see that sword?"
"Yeah, sure," Turtle said, and he handed it over.
After a minute or so, Dinnerbone gave it back. Then he spoke. "I need you guys to head to Notch Island," Dinnerbone announced. "Notch will want to meet you."
"Isn't Notch Island that run-down theme park?" Proto asked.
"Yeah," Dinnerbone replied. Just then the door burst open, and there stood the king.
"Dinnerbone! Why are you housing these law offenders!"
"Jeb, Jeb, Jeb," Dinnerbone replied to the king. "Do you know who these people are?"
"No, and I don't care," King Jeb said. "They have broken the law. No one sits in the king's throne-"
"These are heroes of the prophecy," Dinnerbone said calmly. Jeb suddenly looked nervous.
"That...that prophecy is fake!" Jeb shouted.
"You of all people...you should know what happened on that night..."
"You liar! I have half a mind to throw you in jail, too!"
"My dear Jeb, you don't even have half a mind."
"Get them!" Jeb yelled at his knights.
Dinnerbone waved his hand, and they flew back and were knocked out.
"Fight me yourself. You never had the guts."
Jeb looked like he was coming up with a comeback, but sighed. "Fine. You win. I'll leave. These kids won't go to jail."
"Good. They can go with you. They need to borrow some boats to get to Notch Island."
"Fine. C'mon." And without a backwards glance, he strode out the door.
"Goodbye. The Kingdom will be much happier without you," Jeb said. Then he leaned down and whispered into Proto's ear. "I hope you drown." Then he strode back towards his castle.
"Man, that guy is annoying," Kilster said.
"Tell me about it," Turtle replied.
"Well, let's go," Proto said.
The journey was uneventful, other then the fact that there were a lot of squids along the way.
"Screw these squids!" Kilster shouted, and punched one nearby.
Something that sounded strangely like U MAD BRO? resounded through the water.
"I think the squids are beautiful," Proto said, taken aback. "So magestic..."
After about another hour, they reached a giant island that was an exact pixelation of a grass block. They reached the docks, then walked up the shore to the door. They pushed it open and walked inside.
"No, that goes there, and that attachs there, and...woo!" Your game has updated to version 2.1.1: The Life Update, the chat read.

Chapter Nine:
Kilster909: Notch Island "What the crap?" Kilster said as he felt more, say, alive. "What just happened?"
"I updated the game!" the guy on the computer said. "To version 2.1.1! The Life Update!"
"Oh," Turtle said.
"Who are you three?" Notch asked." No one comes to Notch Island anymore...or anytime..."
"Dinnerbone sent us," Proto said. "Said something like, you peeps are the heroes of the prophecy or whatevs."
Notch's eyes widened. "Are you sure?" he whispered.
"Yeah. There was this big long prophecy hall and everything," Kilster replied.
"The heroes of the prophecy..." Kilster thought that he saw him glance at Turtle, kinda like how he had thought the same thing occured with Dinnerbone.
"So," Notch said, clapping his hands together. "There are supposed to be five of you. Where are the other two?"
"No clue," Proto said.
Suddenly there was a knock on the door.
"More customers!" Notch exclaimed, knocking over his chair in his rush to get to the door. When he got there, he flung it open.
Another kid about Kilster, Proto, and Turtle's age walked in. "I am Warnado125!" he announced. "And I like tacos!"
"Oh," Kilster said.
"Another chosen one!" Notch exclaimed. "Now we just have to wait for the last one!"
Turtle looked at Warnado. "Uh, no."
Suddenly Warnado pulled out a sword and swung at Notch, who ducked with insane speed, grabbed his arm, and twisted and broke it. Warnado hissed in pain, and his form flickered to a completely white being with glowing red eyes."
"The Dark One will rise," the imposter growled. "Herobrine has a plan. Your world is doomed."
"Yeah, OK," Kilster said. "Get out of here."
The imposter dissappeared in a flash.
Notch looked shaken. "Herobrine..."
Chapter 10:
Warnado125: Magic
Warnado leaned over the cauldron, muttering incantations under his breath. His potion was almost complete. Soon he would have his awesome demon arm of legitness.
He dropped ingredients into the cauldron every once in a while, turning the potion swirling inside different colors. "Tacoius, saladus, magikus, demonilus!" Warnado shouted, and the potion turned blood red. "It's ready!" Warnado said excitedly. He dipped his arm in the potion.
Warnado felt a painful burning sensation. "You must hold your arm in the cauldron for sixteen seconds," the wizard lady had said. "No more, no less."
"11, 12," Warnado counted. "13, 14, 15..." He pulled his arm out of the cauldron, and sure enough, there was an awesome demon arm there.
"This crap is legit!" Warnado announced. "Now to go to Notch Island like the wizard lady said! Taco!"
Chapter 11:
TurtleMaster217: The Enemy
"Herobrine? Isn't he the guy from the story?" Turtle asked.
"It's not a 'story'. He's the product of a failed cloning," Notch said. "He would be dead, but..."
"But what?" Proto asked.
Notch shook his head. "I'll tell you later."
Suddenly there was a flash of smoke, and Warnado appeared. "Wassup, fellas!" he said. "A wizard guy told me to come here!"
Notch studied him closely. "What was his name?"
"Joe," Warnado said.
Notch nodded. "He's real all right."
"So," Kilster said. "Now we wait for the last one."
Turtle, Proto, Kilster, Warnado, and Notch waited and waited and waited, but no one came. Eventually Notch beckoned them into his sitting room. Turtle looked around. On the walls were lots of posters stating things like, "Come to Notch Island!"
"Was this place like a resort or something?" Turtle asked.
"Yes," Notch said. "But no one comes."
Turtle nodded. The group continued to wait, but still no one showed up. "Well, I guess I should fill you guys in at least," Notch stated. "Herobrine has gained power over four beings: The Wither, The Basilisk, The Queen Creeper, and the Lich."
"But what about the Enderdragon?" Kilster asked.
"The Enderdragon is smart. It knows which side to be on when the war begins."
Proto frowned. "Wouldn't that be the enemy side?"
Notch sighed. "Please listen. So Herobrine has his team. He is gathering followers to form the ultimate plan. We have no idea on what that plan could or will be, so we will have to learn. I have some things to help you on your journey." Notch went into the back room and returned a few seconds later carrying a newly implemented knapsack. Notch turned to Turtle.
"To you, the water mask. Using it will allow you to breath underwater." Notch turned to Kilster. "To you, the Chaingear. It is a weapon unlike any other." When Notch looked at Warnado, he frowned. "What's up with your arm?"
"Magic!" Warnado said.
Notch rolled his eyes. "To you, the Enchanted Gauntlet. It has real magical properties." He turned to Proto. "And to you, the water bottle."
Chapter 12:
Protoshield86:The Great Pumpkin Proto felt like Charlie Brown in "It's the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown!". "Hey, I got a water mask! Hey, I got an epic weapon! Hey, I got a magic gauntlet! I got a rock..."
"Thanks..." Proto said.
"Also, take this!" Notch handed Proto a piece of Lapis Luzuli.
"Lapis...Luzuli?" Proto asked. "What am I supposed to do with this?"
"It's special!" Notch exclaimed. "It's super-duper razzle-dazzle memory-wipe Lapis Luzuli!"
Proto nodded slowly.
"Also," Notch announced, "I'm giving you all these!" Notch handed them each a knapsack. "Inside is a full set of Enchanted Diamond armor and an Enchanted Diamond sword! But I suggest you go mining. I implemented an overkill of new ores!"
"Cool!" Kilster said. "What else did you add?"
"You'll see in due time," Notch said. "Now, your objectives!
"The Wither has created a Nether Portal that suceeds all others. It can expand the Nether and make it flood into the Overworld. It doubles in size every hour. At this rate the entire dimension will be corrupted within two days. I need you four to enter the Nether and shut it down from the other side."
"We'll try our best," Turtle said confidently.
Notch stood up. "I've readied a ship to take you back to the Overworld. Now be off!"
Chapter 13:
Kilster909:Fail
"Copper!"
"Tin!"
"Pearl!"
"Bronze!"
"Steel!"
There was an insane amount of new ores in the cave they were exploring. The stone/gravel/diorite/andesite/granite walls were lined with them. Coal, copper, and tin had larger veins, but the others were about the same as iron.
"Dungeon!"
Kilster, Turtle, and Warnado walked over as Proto called. Zombies groaned at the coming footsteps. One knocked on the Cobblestone wall. Kilster knocked back.
"Uhhh?"
Kilster snickered, then chucked a stick of dynamite at the wall. The group backed up. BOOM!
Zombies were blasted backwards due to the force of the explosion. It was a double dungeon, so there were four chests. After deactivating the spawners, each of them opened a chest. Kilster peered inside his own and found...
"Redstone!" Kilster shouted. "Awesome!"
"I got a saddle and Diamond Horse armor!" Turtle replied.
"Yay...more Lapis Luzuli..."
"Taco!"
The group continued downwards, mining any and all ores they found and fighting mobs.
"Whoa!" Turtle said. "Never seen that one before!"
A gargoyle stood in their path. He hissed.
"Why do you traverse these caves?"
"Cuz we want to find new ores, boi!" Kilster exclaimed.
"Well, you found more than you bargained for..." the gargoyle said sinisterly. "There are monsters in these caves...lots and lots of monsters..."
"KK," Proto said. "You have fun with that."
"And I'm one of them..." And with that, the gargoyle pounced.
Chapter 14:
Warnado125:Blast Off The group broke apart as the gargoyle almost clawed their faces off. The gargoyle hissed. "Stop that! I will catch you! Master Herobrine will be pleased!"
"As if!" Turtle shouted. "We'll take you down!" OK, Warnado thought. What to do...that's it!
"Riot Charge!"
"What the-" the gargoyle screamed as Warnado charged. The gargoyle hit a wall, which broke apart and sent the monster tumbling into lava.
Turtle, Proto, and Kilster stared at Warnado, dumbstruck. After a minute, Kilster spoke. "Seems legit," he said.
"Not for Herobrine!" Proto said, then laughed.
"What about me?"
The group turned at the dark, cold voice. Herobrine, with his glowing white eyes, stood in front of a large group of mobs. "Hello, mortals. My plan will not fail. You will perish."
"Nope. You can't stop us!" Warnado said. "Riot-"
Herobrine waved his hand, and Warnado flew back. He was so close to the caved-in wall that he could feel the heat of the lava on the back of his head. He looked up and saw Turtle, Proto, and Kilster fighting off the mobs. Herobrine was forming a flaming ball in his hand. He sent it straight at the ground, in between the three. The group flew through the air. They were gone.
Chapter 15:
TurtleMaster217:Frogger The shadow was larger than a whale. His four arms were over their heads. Turtle, Proto, Kilster, Warnado, some girl, and some other guy. They were all bleeding. Turtle's skin on his left arm was gone. Only the bone was left.
The creature sweeped his arm across the platform. They all flew backwards. When Turtle landed, he was right next to Doomsblade. This was his moment.
"Hey! Hey you!"
The voice made Turtle sit bolt upright. He almost hit the girl in the face with his head.
"Sorry!" the girl said. "You looked hurt. I wanted to make sure you were OK!"
Turtle looked around. He was leaning against a rock, nearby a path that winded up a mountain. The girl was wearing a sort of frog costume. "Where am I?" Turtle asked.
"You're in the mountain biome, nearby the Rocky Spire."
"Who are you?"
"I'm Rana. I was sent to find you by my big sister."
Turtle stood up. "Can you take me to her?"
Rana nodded, then smiled. "Follow me!"
And she skipped along the path, with Turtle walking behind her.
Chapter 16:
Protoshield86:Fear The heat of the rock was hot on his face. He could hear the bubbling of lava nearby. Strange distorted grunts and cries echoed through the cave. Proto sat up. He was in the Nether.
"Oh great," he said. "What did I do?"
But Proto couldn't be dead. He would've turned into a wither skeleton. So he was alive. That was good. Where's the portal? Proto thought. I need to escape.
Suddenly, a fireball shot past, missing his head by inches. A ghast! he thought. He turned to the source, and saw a ghast flying through the air, shooting wildly. Proto dodged and pulled out an iron shovel. "Let's do this."
The ghast shot, and Proto reflected. It hit the ghast. A tear slid down its cheek. This is sad, Proto thought.
"I don't want to hurt you!" Proto shouted. The ghast stopped shooting. It tilted its head questionally. "Just leave me be, and I'll be on my way," Proto said.
The ghast made a noise. It wanted to come with him. "I'm sorry. I don't think the portal will be big enough."
The ghast flew down to Proto. It wanted him to jump on its back. Proto did, and the ghast flew off. Proto looked at the sea of lava and the soul sand beaches. He also saw amythest and ruby ores, along with the usual quartz and glowstone veins.
They didn't fly long. The ghast dropped at the foot of a massive portal. Proto didn't understand. The ground and air around it was distorted. It was like it was being sucked into the portal. "What's going on?" Proto asked the ghast. The ghast gestured with one of its tentacles. Proto stuck his head inside the portal, and saw that the Overworld was being slowly but surely corrupted, starting with the portal. Proto looked back at the ghast.
"I'm sorry, but if you come, the Villagers will kill you. They are smarter due to the update." A tear slid down the ghast's cheek. "I'll be back," Proto said. The ghast made a noise. Proto thought for a moment. "I think I'll call you Fear."
Chapter 17:
Kilster909:Skywars "5...4...3...2...1...GO!!!"
Kilster woke up on the floating island. It had a tree, a small depression, a crafting table, a melon, a pumpkin, a furnace, and two chests. Nearby there were others, also on floating islands, collecting loot from their chests. Kilster took the hint and looted his own. Diamond helmet, leather boots, diamond sword, 8 snowballs, 2 fishing rods, 24 oak wood planks, 2 lava buckets, 4 ice. What was going on?
Kilster gazed at the others as the attempted to knock people off their individual islands. Some threw snowballs, some cast fishing rods, and some bridged over. Kilster turned at the sound of a block being place to see that someone was bridging over. She didn't notice that Kilster had looked up. Kilster cast his fishing rod and hit her, nearly making her fall. She quickly ran back to the safety of her island.
Kilster noticed that there were two people in the middle island. Teamers! he thought. He looked at the scoreboard on the middle island. There were originally 9, and now there were six. No...five, one of them was killed by some guy named AntVenom. Two teamers in the middle, the bridge girl, AntVenom, and himself. It was about to go down.
"Teams?" It was the bridge girl. Kilster turned to her.
"Um...sure."
She continued her half made bridge and ended up on Kilster's island. Now there were only four left, and AntVenom was about to take the last guy in the middle down. "It's us two and AntVenom," Kilster said. "Then we'll have to battle each other."
The girl nodded. "This world is horrible to us."
AntVenom was watching Kilster and the girl. There was poison in his eyes.
"Hey loser!" Kilster shouted at AntVenom. "Come and fight us, you coward!"
AntVenom cracked his knuckles and took an Ender Pearl out of his pocket. Then he took aim and chucked it. When it landed, he pulled out his sword and knocked the girl off Kilster's island. "Coward?" AntVenom asked darkly. "I don't think so."
Kilster pulled out his sword and sliced at AntVenom. He ducked, then dived at Kilster's legs. Kilster jumped at the last second and impaled his sword into AntVenom, killing him.
Kilster took out one of his ice blocks and placed it on the edge of his island. Then he broke it and the water flowed down. Kilster jumped into it as it went downwards and landed safely on the ground of the Overworld. There was no sign of the girl AntVenom knocked off. Did she survive? Kilster thought, but realized there were bigger problems at hand. He was standing at the foot of a massive portal, and there was Netherack seeping into the ground. It was spreading.
Chapter 18:
Warnado125:Sorcery "So," Herobrine said. "You are weak. Unwanted. Your potential lies within the darkness."
Warnado grimaced. "I won't join you. Ever."
"But imagine what you could do!" Herobrine continued. "We have the potential to rule the Overworld, maybe, if my plan suceeds, all of Minecraftia."
Warnado laughed. "I don't take orders from those without power. I don't take orders at all." And with that, Warnado threw a smoke bomb on the cool stone ground and fled.
Warnado didn't stop running until he was very deep in the forest. He was sure he had lost Herobrine by then. Warnado took in his surroundings. Just oak and birch trees, but there was also a wooden shack closeby. "Hey!" Warnado exclaimed. "It's wizard guy's house!"
Warnado ran up to the wooden door and knocked on it. Wizard guy answered.
"Warnado!" wizard guy laughed. "How's your demon arm serving you?"
"IT'S FRICKEN AMAZING!" Warnado shouted.
Wizard guy laughed. "How's life?"
Warnado frowned. "I'm screwed. I'm being chased by Herobrine, and my friends might be dead. Can you help me find them?"
Wizard guy tapped his chin thoughtfully. "Here, come inside."
Warnado walked in and closed the door behind himself. The house was cozy. There was a fire flickering in the fireplace, with armchairs surrounding it. A small kitchen, with a round table for eating, rested in the corner. Various magical items sat on a bookshelf, some of them dusty from misuse. Wizard guy walked over to the bookshelf and picked up one of the items. It was cube shaped, about an eighth of a size of a block.
"This is a View Cube. It allows you to view up to six things at once," wizard guy explained. "It is now yours."
"Cool!" Warnado said. "How do you use it?"
"Concentration is key to magic," wizard guy said.
Warnado concentrated hard. Images appeared on the sides of the View Cube. On one side, Turtle was following some frog girl on a trail. On another, Kilster was knocking some guy off a floating island. On a third, Proto was riding a ghast. On the next, Herobrine was dashing through the forest, nearing Warnado's location. Another side showed Warnado and wizard guy. And the last side was blank.
"He's coming," Warnado said. "I need to leave."
Wizard guy nodded. "I have a Nether Portal in the back."
"What about you?"
"I'll be fine. Go!"
Chapter 18:
TurtleMaster217:Her Gravel crunched under their feet as Turtle and Rana the Frog Girl continued along the winding mountain road. Mountains rose on either side of them. After a while, Rana ran forward to stop before a moderately flat cliff.
"It should be around here somewhere..." Rana said as she searched the surrounding area. "Found it!" she said, and pushed a stone button one a boulder nearby.
Turtle watched in fascination as pistons moved away stone blocks in an awesome way. "It's called a Jeb Door," Rana explained. "'Cause it was made by Jeb. Actually, it was stolen by Jeb."
Turtle's expression grew sour. "Jeb. That guy's such a piece of sh-"
"Rana? Is that you?" The voice came from inside the cave.
"Coming!" Rana said, and skipped inside, with Turtle following at a normal pace.
The cave was decorated with ribbons with various emblems on the stone walls. There were bookshelves stacked all around with thousands of books on them and just as much littering the ground. The cave was made of three main rooms. There was also a chair in the corner. And sitting in it was an Elf.
Her features were just as Turtle would imagine an Elf from any fantasy book would look like. She was slender, and had pointy ears. She was beautiful.
"Rana, finally, you're home. Dinner's in your room." Rana dashed into her room and the Elf turned to Turtle. "Are you TurtleMaster217?"
"Yeah, but people call me-"
"Turtle. Age 13. Height 5'4". Enjoys archery. You're less scraggly then I thought you would be."
Turtle turned away and blushed. Then he turned back.
"How do you know so much?"
"You're one of the heroes of the Dark Prophecy. I know all about you, Proto, Kilster, Warnado, and Risser."
"Risser?"
"Only one of you has met her."
Turtle nodded slowly. "Do you know how I got...here? In this world?"
"No one except a few know that story. I'm not one of them."
"Why do you need me here?"
"You are the Ice Elemental. You must learn to control your powers."
"Ice...Elemental? Like the Ice Elemental from the Dark Prophecy?"
"Yep." The Elf tossed Turtle a book. "This is the Book of Spells. It has a page for all known Elemental spells, along with a few others."
Turtle flipped through the pages. He stopped at Ice Forme. It looked interesting. "May I keep this?"
The Elf nodded. "Oh, I have a feeling we will meet again. My name is Lyra." Lyra...I'll have to remember that.
Suddenly, the sound of pistons filled the cave. Lyra stood up immediately. She flipped a lever Turtle hadn't noticed before. A passage going down and forward opened. "Rana!" Lyra shouted. "Run!" Lyra beckoned to Turtle and they ran down the passage. After a while, the passage opened into a small cavern with a Nether Portal. "Turtle! Go!" Lyra shouted. Turtle jumped in, even though he had so many questions. The portal closed behind him.
Chapter 19:
Protoshield86:Faster than thought Proto already missed his Ghastly friend as he dived through the obsidian gateway. But Proto got pretty close to one of his other friends after that.
"Ow! Holy crap Proto!"
Proto pushed himself off of Kilster as he was accidently knocked off his feet due to Proto's rough entrance. "Kilster? What're you doing here?"
"IDK bro, what the heck happened to you?"
"No clue. But on the bright side, I have a pet Ghast!"
Kilster looked frightened. "Oh."
Proto brushed himself off and took in his surroundings. His first thought was that he hadn't left the Nether due to the toxic air and the netherack-corrupted ground. But when Proto looked beyond what he saw, he saw that he had, in fact, returned to the Overworld. "What happened here?"
"I don't know, but I think it has something to do with this Portal."
When Proto looked at it, the Nether Portal did look a little different than the average NP. It seemed more...dark. As if it wanted to suck more then the evil souls of darkness down it's depths, but more. The world itself.
Kilster sighed. "What now? Where do you think Warnado and Turtle are?"
"I don't know, but should we continue anyway? The Wither is one of the Lich's clones..."
Kilster shrugged. "Who knows, they could already be there."
"Or they could be dead."
"So they're there anyway. Come on, let's go!"
Chapter 20:
Kilster909:Into the Fire "Ow! What the crap Turtle!" Kilster shouted as he flew into him via the portal.
"Don't blame me! You're the one who decided to rocket blast out of that NP!"
"Guys, calm down. Where's Warnado?"
Turtle shrugged. "Haven't seen him."
The fire stung the group's faces as they headed on through the fiery pits of the Nether. Massive lava seas stretched across chasm that were filled from lavafalls. Zombie Pigman roamed, gold sword shimmering in the firelight.
"This place is a hell."
"IKR."
After a while, Kilster nudged Proto. "Where's your ghast?"
"It is free. I don't have any control over it, so I don't know where it could be."
Eventually, as Kilster, Proto, and Turtle where walking through a netherrack-and-quartz tunnel, a massive BANG could be heard on the opposite side of the cave. Turtle rushed to the exit and peered outside. After a few seconds, he ran back to the group. "Whatever it was, it's gone now."
They continued through the hot, dark landscape. Nothing disturbed them for a while, until they heard another bang. "OK," Kilster said. "Whatever the crap that was, I'm gonna beat the crap out of it!" He pulled out his sword and rammed it against the ground, toward the source of the noise. After a second, there was a tap back. "What the-"
Suddenly, there was a loud rumbling. It shook the ground, sending chips of rock flying down from the ceiling. A giant hole opened up in the ground, and Warnado popped out, riding a...thing.
"Hey guys!" Warnado called. "How do you like my NETHERBEAST?!?!"
Chapter 21:
Warnado125:Well Then "Well then," Turtle said. "Your Netherbeast is...special."
"It's a very magestic creature," Warnado replied. "Full of love and hope."
"Oh," Proto said.
"Shall we get going?" Kilster asked.
Warnado sat thoughtfully for a moment, then made a noise like a cow dying. His Netherbeast dashed onwards through the twisted chasm.
Turtle, Proto, and Kilster all looked at each other. "What just happened?" Kilster asked.
"Come on friends!" Warnado called. "Or the tacos will get cold!"
"It's better not to ask," Turtle answered.
Eventually, the group reached a village at the foot of a Nether Fortress. The cobble/wood was replaced with Nether Brick, there was no glass, and the torches were replaced by glowstone. The farms were Nether wart. Oh, and the villagers were Zombie Pigmen.
"Just keep walking...," Proto whispered. "Maybe they'll think we're not worth their time..."
Warnado suddenly made the dying cow noise. The Pigmen squealed and charged forward.
"What the crap was that for!?!?" KIlster yelled.
"Not what...who! HAHAHHAHA!"
"Yeah, you're done."
An alarm sounded from the Nether Fortress, and Wither Skeletons flooded down, swords held high. "Netherbeast, RIOT CHARGE!" The Netherbeast dashed forward, almost taking down one of the fortress' supports and breaking apart tons of skelys. A very large Zombie Pigman, about half the size of the Netherbeast, jumped forward, mace in hand and Wither Skeleton helmet on. He swung his mace and hit the Netherbeast, knocking it off the cliff.
"SON OF A-"
The group was surrounded. There was no escape.
A Wither Skeleton stepped forward. "Hello," he said. "I'm sure the boss would like to meet you."
Chapter 22:
TurtleMaster217:The Beginning? On closer inspection, Turtle found that the Wither Skeleton was not a Wither Skeleton at all. Instead it was a normal Skeleton, but it was covered in a thick layer of iron, like an exoskeleton.
"Uh, skeley?" Kilster asked. "Who is the 'boss'?"
The iron Skeleton laughed. "You'll see soon enough...as you die slowly of Witherus..."
Turtle tensed. Witherus? Wither disease? Wait, but that would mean...
"Welcome!" the Wither announced. "Lord Herobrine told me you were coming! Guards, take them away, except for that one." The Wither pointed at Proto.
"Don't worry Proto!" Warnado called. "We'll save-"
Turtle, Kilster, and Warnado were wheeled through another corridor. Eventually they entered another room, with a view of the Wither chamber. The skeletal guards pushed the threesome into the room, shut the door, and locked it.
The room was then filled with a strange grey gas. Turtle and Kilster fell on the ground, gasping and coughing, while Warnado pressed his face against the glass, watching as Proto and the Wither finally stopped their chat and attacked.
Chapter 23:
Protoshield86:The Beginning "What are you doing with my friends!" Proto shouted at the Wither, who started laughing.
"They must be eliminated. But you, killer of the two most powerful spiders, along with a crapton of my guards a few days ago, deserve to die...by my hand."
"Why would you care about the Doomcrawler and Dunecrawler?!"
"They were part of Herobrine's plan. So it is very simple. Anyone messes with Him, everyone deserves to burn." The Wither took a battle pose. "Including you." The Wither shot one of his three heads at Proto, who dodged to the right. The head hit the wall and exploded, but it didn't blow up.
"This room was made like that," the Wither explained. "So I won't blow up my living area when I fight you."
Proto wished he had his bow Molten Fury about now. But it was still somewhere in the fiery plains, or maybe it had been recovered. But Proto didn't have it, so he pulled out his iron sword and charged.
He stabbed at the head on his right, but the Wither turned and blasted Proto against the wall. Proto heard something snap, but got up anyway. He lifted his sword and charged again, but the Wither shot fire at the ground at Proto's feet. Proto stopped right before he would've burned.
"You'll never win," the Wither taunted. "You always rely on your friends, but they're not here."
"I don't need my friends to fight a low-life like you. You're probably just one of Herobrine's problems. That's why you'll be the first to go."
The Wither shouted a battle cry and charged at Proto, heads shooting wildly. Proto did a frontflip over the Wither and stabbed him in the back. He howled in fury and swung around, knocking Proto to the ground. "This is the end of the great Protoshield86," the Wither said laughing.
Proto lay there, ready to accept his fate, but then remembered his gifts. "You know," Proto said. "You should think before you speak." And he slammed the water bottle from Notch down the Wither's throat.
"What?! How...you can't defeat me! You can't!" As the Wither's body started melting, he turned and shot his head at an alarm. Wither Skeletons flooded into the room, and the ceiling blasted apart, with Turtle and Kilster on the brink of death, but Warnado holding up just fine. "The portal!" Warnado shouted. Memories came flooding back to Proto. "Fear!" he shouted.
The entire room blasted apart, and Fear the Ghast flew into the area. Proto picked up whatever was left of the Wither's remains and hopped on Fear. Warnado didn't question anything as he hoisted Turtle and Kilster up and hopped on himself. Fear flew on, but a Wither Skeleton hopped on one of Fear's tentacles and held on until they got to the Master Portal. Proto, Warnado, and revived Turtle and Kilster hopped off Fear, and the Wither Skeleton dropped down.
"Go!" Proto shouted. "I'll hold him off!"
Proto and the Wither-wait, Iron-Skeleton circled each other. "How did you defeat the master?!" the Iron Skeleton asked.
"Can't tell you that." The Skeleton charged, but Proto dodged, and he rammed into the portal. He turned around, completely unharmed. Proto rummaged through his inventory, looking for anything. He noticed a strange black bracelet, and put it on.
Proto felt an insane sensation, and his body transformed into the Wither's. "Hacker!" the Iron Skeleton shouted, and he ran away. Proto took of the bracelet. This bracelet transforms me...into the Wither? Proto wouldn't be able to tell his friends. They would fight to get possesion of that much power. So Proto took his sword, threw it, and jumped through the portal before the sword connected, closing it behind him.
Chapter 24:
Kilster909:More Aftermath "Well that was easy," Kilster said. "Why the crap did we not close it before?"
The group stood on the infected ground, which was slowly being replaced by grass. The now closed Master Portal stood behind them, unable to do its job.
"You could've closed it BEFORE!" Turtle shouted. "AND SAVED US ALL THIS TROUBLE!"
"Maybe...," Kilster said.
"Well," Warnado announced, breaking up the argument, "what should we do now?"
"Go back to Notch Island," Proto said. "He'll want to hear the news." Before Kilster could get a closer look, Proto stuffed the strange item he was holding in his hand into his inventory.
The others nodded in agreement, and they started the long journey back.
"Wait," Notch said. "How were you able to counteract the effects of Witherus?"
"Dunno," Warnado replied. "But, we've defeated the Wither and destroyed the Master Portal. What now?"
"I've been contacted by Agent SSundee about mobs entering The Dark Dungeon. He thinks they may be Herobrine's."
"The Dark Dungeon?" Turtle inquired.
"Think of a Stronghold, but it covers the entire underground. And it's way more dangerous."
"Sounds like a lot of extra work to me," Kilster complained.
"Kilster," Proto said, "shut up."
"When do we leave?" Turtle asked.
"I know you need a break, so tomorrow."
"Not much of a break...," Kilster muttered.
Epilogue:
Proto sat on his bed in his guest room, looking at the strange bracelet that the Wither dropped. He looked over it carefully, taking in every curve, every edge, trying to find anything that would hint at what powered it. Strangely, it was hard, like stone. As he flipped it over, he noticed a black smudge. He took part of the blanket and wiped the smudge off. The words underneath looked thousands of years old, and were almost impossible to read. It took Proto many tries, but he finally made out the words. Schist. My name is Schist.

Far Lands: Coming Soon
Reflections: Coming Soon
Chapter One:
Protoshield86 was mad, bro.
"What the crap?
"Hey you!"
"Who is Kilster909?" Proto asked Turtle.
"Well this place smells like crap," Kilster said as he, Turtle, and Proto ran through the sewers, not stopping for fear that the king was close behind.
"Oh, OK," Kilster said.
"No, that goes there, and that attachs there, and...woo!"
Your game has updated to version 2.1.1: The Life Update, the chat read.
Version 2.1.1: The Life Update (Will be updated regularly)
Removed HerobrineChapter Nine:
"What the crap?" Kilster said as he felt more, say, alive.
Chapter 10:
Taco!"
Chapter 11:
Chapter 12:
Chapter 13:
"Copper!"
"Tin!"
"Pearl!"
"Bronze!"
Chapter 14:
"As if!" Turtle shouted. "We'll take you down!"
OK, Warnado thought.
Chapter 15:
Chapter 16:
Chapter 17:
Chapter 18:
Go!"
Chapter 18:
My name is Lyra."
Lyra...I'll have to remember that.
Chapter 19:
Chapter 20:
Chapter 21:
Chapter 22:
Chapter 23:
Chapter 24:
Epilogue:
Schist. My name is Schist.
