We watch you always, don't try to hide,
you can no longer go inside.
You call us monsters, why?
Is it because we are green or white?
Is it because we come at night?
Is it because we like to bite?
Is it because we like to stare,
at your head, then and there?
Is it because we like to explode?
Is it because we like to eat toads?
What's wrong with these things, what's wrong with that?
Is it because we have a pet bat?
You came to us, one cloudy night.
You gave us all quite a fright.
I was the first to show.
Oh what a mistake, oh, oh, oh....
You came out of the brush, don't be afraid.
If you're hurt, we will aid.
You stared at us, and with a flash, you chopped a tree, with a slash.
We all raged, we worked hard you see, all of us, even me, helped to grow this little tree.
And here you come, like you own the place, and chop it down, right in front of my face!
And you didn't stop there, it was like pulling our hair, you killed our children, and we just stare, watching you wreck things, without a care!
You destroyed us, and our land,
we were forced to take a stand.
And here we are, we're at your house, we came here as quiet as a mouse.
Take that pumpkin off your head,
it's time for you to go to bed.
