I wasn't really sure what category this would go in so I just picked this one
Have you ever wondered why there is no civilization in Minecraft? Why there are only scattered villages and bloodthirsty creatures that roam the land? Well, since Minecraft doesn't really have much story to it. I decided to use my imagination. This is only a very, very, small part of my story. But I'll share with you a little bit right now. I hope you like it!
Prologue
Only little was remembered of the old world. Only old manuscripts and songs told of the great lands of old. At least, after the great shattering as they called it. The two continents, Parafall, and Kurinor were for the time as peace and Their lands had prospered. Technology was advancing fast and everyone lived in peace. Parafalls' wealth was in crops and livestock. Their farms had the best soil in all of the world, which produced large fruits and vegetables. Kurinor's wealth however, was in metals. They were miners who had stores of diamonds, gold, silver, iron and especially redstone.
One day the Kurinorians and the Parafallians decided that trading and shipping supplies should be an easier task than it was. Using ships was more dangerous and more difficult than what they came up with...A bridge.
So they gathered their resources together to build a great bridge across the great oceans that separated their lands. A length of about two hundred miles. Many thought it couldn't be done. But after twenty three years they finally completed the great “Diamond Sky Bridge”.
They held a celebration in the middle of the bridge where they built a large platform with supply stations on it. The celebration lasted several days. Now that this was accomplished they thought that they could build anything. They built many statues and monuments to themselves and their accomplishments.
They held an annual feast in the day they finished the great bridge. They held it on the platform in the middle of the bridge were they first did celebrate. It was three days of Feasting and much boasting between Parafall and Kurinor about who accomplished more that year.
Then something happened that would shake the world. After returning from “The Feast of Bridges” to the Kurinor castle “Harokin” Which was a beautiful Jet black rectangular castle that was built in a valley in between several mountains.
Little did they know that a portal had just opened a couple miles away from the city and had let out many diverse blood thirsty creatures that would ruin the world. They ravaged the land killing everyone in their path. Many retreated to the wilderness; those who stayed and fought were eventually overrun. The land fell to the reign of the creatures. Parafall was overrun and Kurinor was beginning to fall as well. There were to many of them and more coming through the portal.
In one corner of Kurinor were there was still light. King Haron “Diamond wearer.” and many soldiers put up a final stand at Harokin. Scouts heard of movement towards the castle and they prepared for battle...
