Blackness engulfed the miners. They had no idea what was going on. They were alone. Or so they thought.
A monstrous roar was heard, and suddenly, the miners were back in reality. Well, it didn’t seem like reality for them, considering the size of the beast looming over them. Red Dragon size? Nope. Ender Dragon size? Wrong again. This beast… The size was unexplainable. As if the Overworld had been infected and a fourth of it’s size was broken off, and became this… This thing. You heard me. The Overworld. And the Overworld is infinite.
The dragon opened it’s mouth wide open. The miners expected to be scorched, but instead of blazing fire, they were hit by a wind. A very strong wind, might I add. Now you may be thinking, ‘But then they would fall off the tower and die’. Well, that is all but correct.
The miners closed their eyes and waited for the worst. What was better, to get flame grilled and then become the dragon’s lunch, or splat on the ground so that every other brave Minecraftian could see their bloody remains? No one even had the chance to decide.
BOOM! A humongous force came barreling out of the side of the battle tower, and grabbed the miners at the last second. The unbalanced weight collapsed half of the battle tower, and the dragon was forced to rocket up into the sky, screeching deafeningly.
The miners looked at their savior, and who was it? It was air. That’s right, there was nobody there, but they had made a gentle landing instead of a hard crash. Not possible. Then a faint body was seen beside them, and it slowly materialized. ‘Invisibility potions are awesome.’ Aaron! Aaron was the person who had opened up the End Portal, releasing the Ender Dragon. He didn’t mean to bring the Ender Dragon into the Overworld, but accidents are accidents.
As quick as lightning, the ground next to them exploded. ‘It can shoot fireballs!?’ One of the miners thought. But before he had a chance to reply to himself, another fireball hit the ground to their left. Then behind them. Then one hit them! The oldest miner thought quickly. ‘Fireballs. Ghasts shoot fireballs. You can deflect a Ghast’s fireball… Deflect… Deflect! That’s it!’
Aaron and the other 2 miners had been knocked out in the explosion. One more and they were surely dead. ‘Screee!’ The dragon sent another fireball, directly at them. ‘NO!’ The miner screamed. He leaped in front of the others, and protected them from the fireball! But the fireball… Had hit the older miner.
The fireball went streaming back at the dragon, and before it knew what had happened, it was dead. The blast of the deflection woke everyone up, and they knew what had happened. Only if it hadn’t.
They didn’t care about the dragon. They just cared about the oldest miner. Everyone rushed over to him, and Aaron felt for a pulse. He couldn’t feel one. A small tear appeared at the side of the younger miner’s eye, and he grasped on to the older miner, giving him a massive hug. ‘Ugh.. C… Ca… Can’t breath...’ gasped the ‘dead’ miner. ‘Oh my gosh!’ said the smaller one. ‘Heh, you were holding me too tight, I couldn’t breath.’
Everyone celebrated, and 15 minutes later, they stood at the edge of the portal. ‘Well, this was stressful.’ said Aaron. ‘Yep. Y’no, we never really thought of a name for this dragon.’ ‘Hm… How about… The Wind Dragon.’ replied Aaron.
And together, they jumped in.
Because they were ready. Ready to conquer new enemies. Ready to conquer new challenges. Ready to Conquer the Land…

Hey guys! I hope you enjoyed the third and final part to the Legend of The Wind Dragon trilogy! It’s been a blast writing it, especially this part. I had to make a Gmail document to write it! Haha, but get ready for a new story, called Creeper’s Conquest! It’s gonna be about the three miners and Aaron, as their hometown gets ravaged by a creeper apocalypse! And who knows, maybe some new names will appear? Let me know what names I should pick for the miners, and a name for a new girl that will be joining the crew! I will give credits to the lucky person who I select the names for. Well, that’s all for now, and yeah! Bye!
