And that... that will be revealed in all due time. Or will it? I don't know. Perhaps it has multiple owners. I literally do not know. I simply write what I can from it.

"I know, I'm an egg-layer too." He said to me. He was wearing one of those annoyingly blue/tan jeans an a white t-shirt. Having a nondescript, average face, standing at exactly 5'7", and staying quiet around normal company probably helped him to stay as unrecognized as he was.
His hair was brown - normal, average brown - and his eyes were blue. Joy.
"So... we're just the both of us egg layers?" Of course we were. What else could we, should we, had we ever been? I had met him just yesterday, and I had known from the moment that I had laid my eyes upon him what he was. There was something... something about the way we walked that I could see. Thank the Gods that humans couldn't tell!
We were on a high rise - the only space-car parking station in the rural village on New Eden - looking out over the rest of the mountainside, so different from Earth and Haven - trees grew everywhere (well, in many places, not literally everywhere) as did grass, and numerous meandering, small rivulets cut through the landscape and accentuated the tall pearl white apartment's yards and parks, interrupted streets, and created the perfect area for a forest at the foot of the mountain.
"Yes. I guess that's it. I mean... I can't tell, but I haven't heard of any on this planet. Yet. We're on our own."

I was outside of my building. They were conducting a Search.
My jig was up. The only thing I could do was Transform and hope they didn't hit me... or... perhaps I could use the Colony issued escape vehicle's Terra Transit option. I'd find Yourgund - or Alex, as he was known by the humans.
My flat consisted of a fold out bed (that I never used, I preferred to sleep in Form, from the ceiling,) a table, a small refrigeration unit, some chairs arranged around the table, and window from which I was peering from.
The entire place was colored in shades of white, the walls were institutional white, my bed was dark white, the table and chairs were pale white, and the carpet was tan white.
There was a knocking on my door, accompanied with those dreaded words, "This is a search and seizure. Open the door with your hands in view, or wings if so be it!"
"One second!" I yelled back, my voice a little hoarse from my incomplete Transformation.
I remained quiet for the next twelve seconds as I completed my Transformation and huddled into my tiny vehicle - it had been underneath the table for easy access, just in case something like this were to happen. The 'space' ship was a silver orb with no obvious forms of energy to fly on it. The top 1/3rd of it was clear glass, and it was from in here that I looked out. I could only fit when I was Formed into my natural shape, seeing as thought the sphere was only about a half meter tall.
The sphere revved up in response to my mental commands, making a grating noise. The person on the other side of the door obviously knew what I was doing, as he chose that moment to break in.
My Terran set ship whizzed out of my window (made of bullet resistant Plexiglass to prevent just that from happening.)
A bullet chipped the glass of the dome as I careened around the small asphalt parking lot - my apartment was at ground level - crashed into one of the cars, and shot back up. However, I must have been disoriented because I slammed into the asphalt not two seconds later, popping the ship open and depositing my body onto the ground.
Two uniformed (black uniforms, complete with headsets, I noted absently) officers came out of the building then, one training a black, stick-like gun at me and the other progressing behind him towards me.
"You disgust me, stupid bat." The one with the gun said.
"I should just shoot you now, and leave you here to die, actually." He continued, stopping when he was about three meters away from me.
My body ached, and I tried to move - but I couldn't. Perhaps I had broken my spine? Did we even have spines?
"In fact -" The sound of the gun was one of the last things I heard, my vision flickering out as I descended into the darkness and gave up.
Reserved, AND, notice: I will never be editing entries from before the current entry. I will try for an entry a day, but that might not work. You know me!
Yes, these are short.

OnceInALongTime: "You confuse me, Mage. Amazability should be a word so I could describe your words."
If you noticed, I did not go into details as much as I'd like to. This is on purpose and the reasons behind it will be revealed when I'm done. Maybe... in a year or so.

The journal of whom?
Firstly, it's The Journal. Get it right.
And that... that will be revealed in all due time. Or will it? I don't know. Perhaps it has multiple owners. I literally do not know. I simply write what I can from it.
