Hello everyone! I decided to share my story with you! it's been on my page for a while now, so you might have seen it already. I won't be able to write chapters as quickly, because of homework. I also apologize for name mix-ups in the story. I was changing the names, and might have missed a few. So don't fret. If it's a boy's name, it's the boy in the story. If it's a girl's, well you know. here it is! I hope you enjoy! The Minecraft Chronicles
CHAPTER 1 A New World
I groan. My head throbs.I try to move, but my aching body will not allow it. can I open my eyes? I slowly peek out of my stiff eyelids. I guess that's a yes. After my vision adjusts, I can see bright green leaves. Where am I?After about an hour of persuading my body to function, I sit up. I can see rays of sunlight, and a peaceful green pond. How nice. I haven't seen anything like this in a long time...slowly, a few memories float to the top of my mind. I'm Katlyn Edison, I'm 16 years old, and I was in a war. I can't remember any more.As I'm thinking, some strength returns to my body. I slowly stand up, and take a good look at my surroundings. This place looks so free. It feels so foreign to me, but I love it anyway. As I look up, I see lush, tree filled mountains rising up around me. I start to walk around a bit. As I look down on myself, I notice my clothes. They are ripped all over, and burned in a few places. Lots of sweat and grime, too. Ah well, It's not like anyone is going to see me. I'd rather not go stark naked either. I walk back to the large oak tree I woke up under. As my hand touches the trunk, it immediately starts to splinter. I quickly pull my hand back in surprise. As I get a closer look, I notice the tree has miraculously healed itself. Out of curiosity, I press and hold my hand up to the tree. After only a few seconds, an entire segment from the middle of the tree falls off! But, the top of the tree seems unaffected. It looks almost if it's floating. how odd...suddenly, images from sunken memories come rushing into my mind...I was at war, with evil. well, that's nice to know. At least I was the good guy. I decide that staying inside this valley won't do me any good. I gather myself, and head out.
CHAPTER 2 Not Alone
I've been traveling for a few days now. It seems like I'm the only human for miles. Of course, I've seen plenty of animals. Pigs, sheep, cows, and squid (in the various ponds I've come across), and a number of chickens. Above all, I distrust chickens the most. As the sun sinks lower into the sky, I climb into a small cave to spend the night. As i slowly drift to sleep on my bed of rocks, I hear something scuffling. Probably a chicken. I should keep a low profile. Again, I don't trust them.As I awake on a new day, I notice some kind of mineral embedded on the ceiling. It might have a meaning someday. I sit up. "So. Sleeping beauty awakens." What was that? I slowly turn to the sound of the voice. "Aaah!" I exclaim. I feel like I recognize the tall boy. "Who are you" I ask him. "I can't really remember." He replies. "I just woke up a few days walk west of here. Found this place and decided to spend the night. Didn't know it was occupied until morning." "you can't remember anything?" I ask him. "Well, I can remember some things. I know I was in a war of some sort." "Really?" I say, "I think I might have been too. And, I think I might know who you are. Are you Jacob Thompson?" "Yes...yes!" Jacob says, as a look of realization dawns on his face. "And you're Katlyn. Katlyn Edison. I thought I knew you! I remember we used to be friends at school. You know, before the war." The war. Why did he have to bring up such a dismal subject? To brighten things up, I decided to steer away from the war. "Have you tried breaking trees yet?" I ask after an awkward silence. "Yeah," Jacob replies. "I collected tons of it on my way here." He takes off his black backpack and opens it. "See?" He was right, there is a lot of wood in there. "How do you fit so much in such a small pack?" I ask him. He shrugs. "That's not so important. What matters now, is this." Jacob does something with his hand inside the piles of wood. suddenly a small two by two grid appears in front of us. He takes one of the many segments of tree trunk out from his pack and placed it inside the grid. After a few seconds, four beautiful square meters of Oak planks are in his hands. "How did you do that?" I ask. "It's this thing I discovered a while back called 'crafting'. Now, watch what I can do with these planks." He places the four planks in the four sections of the grid, and what seems to be a workbench appears in his arms. "This," Jacob explains, "Is a crafting table. Instead of a two by two grid, this gives me a three by three. with it, I can make all sorts of things."After maybe a half-hour of chatting, Jacob becomes solemn. "Katlyn? could you help me remember one last thing?" Jacob asks. "Sure." I reply. "What is it?""Katlyn," He began, "What were those green things, that I saw outside yesterday? I knew they were evil, I just didn't know why."Oh no. Oh no no no no. There are creepers here?
Chapter 3 The history of Minecraftia
Creepers. That terrible thought forced more images if the past into my mind. As I remember more of the awful past, I regret bringing the same memories to Jacob. I feel I should spare his innocence, but he needs to know. "Well Jacob," I begin, "What you saw out there was a creeper."It all started thousands of years ago" I recite from the old books I studied as a child. "The world was at peace. Evil was unknown to most. For the time being. The protectors of this harmony were two sister dragons. The dragon spirit sisters Akem and Chandrika. Together they kept balance. All was well for centuries. The balance was protected, and the world remained at peace. But no matter the power of good, there would always be an evil as great. Out at the far corners of the land stood an old, shriveled tree. But not even a beetle would go near it . Even the tiniest of creatures knew that it radiated an evil more powerful than the strongest of heroes. This tree was a prison. A prison that restrained the most powerful evil known to life itself. That prisoner was Diomedes, the dragon spirit of everything dark. The two Dragon sisters trapped him at the beginning of our time. They trapped him inside a material prison, but also a prison inside his own mind. Diomedes was tormented from inside himself, and this drove him towards insanity. For years, Diomedes suffered, curled in his cage, muttering to himself. But one day, the day that all-dead or alive- regret, Diomedes escaped. No one knew for sure how, But everyone knew why. Diomedes was out for revenge. Driven by insanity, he captured Akem, and trapped her in an egg of obsidian. A material so strong, not even her righteous power could break through. Chandrika was lost. The loss of her sister, the second weight on the scale of harmony, was lost to the world. The world plummeted into chaos. Now fully capable, Diomedes plunged the world into darkness. He set a plague on the entire land, causing almost everything living to be demented and deformed. These are the undead we suffer through today. Most of the survivors were disfigured, so badly, nothing could revive them or their offspring. The plague caused the weak of heart to grow dis formed faces, with swelled noses and heads. Only a few unscathed survivors remained. Because of this, Diomedes was named the ender dragon, the dragon that ends all. Most survivors chose to side with the ender dragon, becoming his servants the endermen. Only a few survivors chose to resist. They formed underground colonies, where they lived without fear of detection. Eventually, the ender dragon discovered this base, and attempted to destroy it. Then the war ensued, and lasts to this very day." I finish explaining. "We were fighting in that war, Katlyn." Jacob replies. "I remember now. But why did we end up here?" he asks. "I don't know," I reply. "But I think we're here for a reason. Mybe we've just read the title page to the story of our destiny.

Please reply so I know you read it! It really helps!
I was born blind, but I've never had a problem seeing. I see through my bending.
People see me and think I'm weak. But I can take care of myself, by myself.
Number two,
I am greatly appreciative of the fact that this seems to have a original theme. (So many don't)
I will follow it.
thanks! and I will change it. I just copy-pasted it from when I originally wrote it, so I didn't check for spelling.

(I would say ducks, but ducks aren't in Minecraft. [unless you retexture chickens, or get a mod.] I'm so sad now...)
