Hello. I am going to be a new fan fic writer here on the forums and this new story will be a full series all about minecraft. There will also be mods integrated into the story as well so it doesn't get boring. The mods include divine rpg, the aether etc. enjoy the series. The series
Episode one
A new home
I came up frantically out of the bunker.
"Hurry up" I shouted in.
The rest of my group came running out. I fired some shots into the bunker and I quickly closed the hatch. Whoops sorry I should probably explain what the freak I'm talking about. My name is Steve I'm a 24 year old cop who just escaped a corrupt(in the political sense) nuclear bunker. The human race, or what was left of it, was down there for over 3,000 years. This series of journals is a compendium of our adventures in this devastated world.
First I should explain the rest of my group. Jordan is about the same age as me. Short black hair and a shortly cut beard. He was also a cop before. He can kind of freak out in some situations. The there is the sarcastic pro duo, Cody and Joe. They are high school age, joe is a jr. And Cody is a senior so they're young and can mess things up if not watched carefully ALL THE TIME(believe me you'll see that become apparent the more this story picks up). Then we have two other high schoolers, Sam and Sherry. Same has long black hair that she likes to keep in a pony tail. She is kind of a Tom boy in the sense she is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Sherry is kind of the same. But she is taller, has long blonde hair, and seems to wear quite a bit of make up. Then we have our last member, Mike. He has a short and stocky build, wears glasses, and is kind of a geek. He brought a lot of weird wood working, blacks itching and a lot of other stuff that I didn't know existed supplies.
Now back to the story at hand. We were resting now after that intense battle. I started to look at my surroundings. I saw anything but nuclear devastation. I was confused.
"Is it just me" I asked " or are we in a lush, not dead forest?"
"It ain't just you" said Jordan, just as puzzled as me.
Cody and joe looked around confused also. Joe looked down and saw a... Chicken.
"What the bugger?" Exclaimed joe... Did I mention he was British.
"I don't know" said Cody puzzled"or care for that matter. In hungry"
Cody took a dive for the chicken and it naturally fluttered away very fast.
"Do you know what's going on here?" I asked mike.
"We'll", he said thinking."I think after three thousand years that the world has healed from the nuclear war".
"Seems likely" said Sam,"but what do we do now"
"I know" exclaimed Cody.
He ran over to a tree and started pushing it. Everyone just stared at him struggle. Sherry spoke up.
"What are you doing?" she asked.
"Pushing down a tree for wood to build a house" he replied
I face palmed.
"Cody" I said "you are too weak t-"
I heard a cracking sound and the tree fell down.
"TIMBER" yelled joe.
"How?" I asked.
" I think the radiation mutated the trees to where they have much weaker molecular structure" said mike.
He dug through his back pack for something. later he pulled out a small axe and started chopping up the tree. I looked up and saw that it was dusk.
"Guys we need to go" I said.
"Why?" Asked Sherry.
"Because we have no idea what comes out at night"
"Ya and I don't think I want to know" said Jordan.
Mike packed up his axe.
"Where do we go?" asked Sam.
I suddenly heard rustling behind me.
"Any where but here" I said and started running.
Everyone e else followed. I ran really fast. I don't usually get scared but this was a different type of fear. Fear of the unknown. I looked behind me and saw glowing red eyes.
"Run faster" I said.
We soon came out into a planes like area. I saw some cows surprisingly and randomly. I looked behind me... Nothing.
"I think we are safe" I said.
Suddenly an arrow wizzed by me. I looked back and saw a stocky figure firing at me with a makeshift bow and arrow. I took the axe from mikes hand as the rest of the group went for rocks to hide behind and I threw it at the ting firing at me. It hit him square in the arm and chopped it off. It came running at me with amazing speed. Once it got to me I punched it and it fell over. I took a good look at it and nearly fell over with shock. It was just a skeleton with glowing eyes, showing it had life in it still some how. I was so shocked I couldn't move. It lifted its honey hand and grabbed my throat with amazing strength. I backhanded its arm and it broke off. I quickly ran and got a rock. I lifted it up and threw it down on the skeletons skull, killing it. I caught my breath.
"WHAT WAS THAT THING!?" I exclaimed.
"May be the radiation left a neural message inside the body, effectively keeping it alive" said mike.
I heard more noises inside the forest and looked the other way and saw something amazing. i decided to high tail it over there.
"Where does he think he's going?" Asked Cody.
The others followed shortly and I stopped over a short cliff face. He others caught up later.
"What is it Steve?" Asked Jordan.
I pointed and the others looked. It was a village.
