Minecraftia is heavily populated but new chunks are constantly being discovered
Technology has remained at an almost standstill except for some advances in ender teleportation tech.
When Steve sacrificed himself to abolish Herobrine his last words were "I am not the last, Another will come! One more powerful than I." With that he threw himself into the Ender Void From wich their is no return.
Quickly Steve became synonymous with Notch And the two were worshipped highly till the great fall when Herobrine Returned from the unkillable death only to find himself Destroyed By Steve's Sacrifice. Quite literally the sacrifice of his selflessness arose and slaughtered him. At this point Herobrine became the cult figure And everyone worshipped him until finally the people of minecraftia drifted into a sort of sublime atheism.
Ashley lives In the farthmost corner of the world Banished from society for a disease Unheard of till then. There in Her own little world the chunks load around her and she lives happily With the company of some ghosts of adventurers that ventured to far.
Ashley is around 5'10 slim with strong arms, red hair, And caucasian skin
Stormgail is more sinewy (looks less dangerous) Bleach blonde hair, And Drowish skin
Chapter 1 - Life
Ashley sat on her meager seat balancing over an endless drop watching the Blank emptiness that was unloaded Chunks. "It's really far down!" she thought her eyes wandering over the horizon as the sun arced its way along its celestial path. Slowly her thoughts wandered flitting from subject to subject eventually they slid to her old home, her old life. She remembered her friends but quickly changed thought processes as she began to cry.
She had been "So bad" That they banished her as far as they could. These chunks would probably not load for 20 people! Let alone 1... Unless of course you believed the ignorant wizards who still checked up on her to try a new cure. They usually sent Marcus. Marcus was a good friend. He had told her that he had known her parents. But she didn't remember them so he was a fine substitute. He came through every couple of years. But Every time he did he brought memories.
"She is two people!" Said the wizard that had come to examine her. "Two?" The townsfolk cried in confusion. "Her life force is twisted with another’s." The wizard continued, blatantly ignoring the Townsfolk’s mounting Cries. "Kill Her!" One half started chanting spontaneously, jerking the medley old wizard out of his half understandable muttering. "Kill her?" he said in surprise His feeble voice distinctly heard across the town square.
"But she is so interesting!" The townsfolk chanted on but now half of them cried for her to be sent away instead of killed.
That had happened when she was 11. "Obviously I am emotionally scarred but I honestly don't think about it that much." She would tell Marcus. "Sure they were cruel! But they were really trying to protect their children from a monstrous creature like me" At that Marcus's Eyes Would shine a dangerous glint and she would hurriedly lift herself out of the hole she had been digging, before she had to put up with a lengthy lecture.
Suddenly her eyes refocused and she bounced back to reality as a new thought melted through her skull. "I wonder how long I could fall." Ashley went to shake that absurd thought from her head but found that she was unable to. "Great Maybe I am Crazy!" Ashley thought as she examined the sun as it moved further along its eternal arc.
She peered down at her legs only to find them several shades lighter than normal.
"I should get going" Ashley thought forcefully as it got darker and the sun fell lower.
Slowly, almost regretfully those paler legs unfolded themselves autonomously and a matching set of arms mimicked the legs and propped herself up. She jumped from her Suspended block in the unloaded portion to a ladder glitched to the side of the wall. As she climbed up onto the loaded portion of land her feelings of invulnerability began to rise. "Maybe I should teach some of those Creepers a lesson." She thought wildly. But instead like always, she continued down her glowstone-lit path back to her house.
When she got to her house she was normal again. She went to go inside but remembered that she had to grab some stuff for dinner. So she turned around and hopped over her fence into her farm. "Wheat... No." There were only a couple of patches grown "enough for some cookies tomorrow if jack finds any more cocoa beans." She moved onto the carrots and potatoes. There she gathered some for a simple soup and went inside to prepare it.
As she started preparing it her thoughts strayed from her well-known routine
"Poor jack" She thought She had met him only after his accident a couple of years back
He had never told her what he had been looking for but it must have been important for him to risk his life like that. She finished cutting her potatoes and carrots and dropped them in the cauldron. A couple of minutes later a delicious aroma drifted through the air and she ladled out her bowl. She ate her food then lied down in her bed and drifted off listening to the zombies moan as they walked trancelike around her house.
Chapter 2 - jake
She woke up the next day, Feeling very well rested. Her head pounded only slightly as she had went to sleep around the hundredth zombie moan instead of the thousandth for once. She sprung up out of bed and went to grab some food from her chest. As she rummaged throughout the chest she remembered hearing of a legend that back during Steve’s time you could See everything in your chest at once and just grab stuff out easily... But then she also heard that you could die from sticking your hand in fire. How funny is that?
As she crunched down on some stale bread she had pulled down so she took a swig of Milk to soften it. She looked out her window and saw a piece of creeper skin hanging on her window. She walked over and reached out the door to grab the skin. "Leave our territory or we will kill you! This is your last Warning!" Was written in chicken scratch she shrugged, balled it up, waved it around at the woods where she knew at least one scout was hiding. She then threw the Ball into her netherrack fireplace.
She went back into her house feeling slightly aggravated. "Stupid creepers!" Ashley said to no one in particular. She picked up the latest batch of Theories “Thoughts from outside the block" Magazine. She looked through them.
"Nether is actually hell.
Herobrine isn’t dead.
Minecraft is a game created by people who live in another world"
Ashley skimmed through the theories but those three caught her eye. "Nether is actually hell" Because it had so many moral implications "Herobrine isn’t dead" Because it showed such blatant disbelief in customarily accepted ideals "Minecraft is a game created by people who live in another world" Because it’s so ridiculous! How could anyone come up with such a complex world as Minecraftia? Only Notch had the power to put it into action. But not even he could keep it going so he appointed the first Mojangsters.
At the end of the book she found One she significantly liked "Beneath the world lies a great advanced alien civilization that watches us and is plotting to come up through the void to take over Minecraftia" As she was mulling over why creatures of the dark would want to take over the world of light A thought Bounced into her head "What if the Messages Dropped into the void for transmittance through the Redstone ether actually was Read By the advanced Civilization?"
She was Still pondering this when Jake strode through the door. She ignored him as usual until she saw his eyes. They were bright and full of mischief. To throw him off track she started talking "I wonder if The Bottom dwellers are reading our mail?" Just as she wanted Jake stopped, his eyes dimmed and His body grew transparent. After a moment of consideration Jake looked at her "And who are the Bottom-Dwellers?" He Asked. She slid the magazine over to him. His nose crinkled as he read the paper and he laughed out loud. "Yes Ashley! He exclaimed mockingly "You have discovered the secret. I travel down there regularly to deliver news about our Advanced civilization" He cracked up laughing He laughed so hard that he wasn't even standing anymore he was just rolling around in the air.
When he finally stopped laughing His eyes gleamed again. She knew what it meant He wanted to go on an adventure. He started talking "I found a huge Tree completely covered in cocoa beans." "And" She prompted silently "And a Nexus bar!" She shook her head plaintively "I can’t go there, Remember?" His eyes dimmed slightly as he remembered why. "Well" He said "We will get those cocoa beans, Right?" She nodded enthusiastically
She was a chocolate nut! And he knew it.
They started off. Slowly weaving their way around unloaded chunks, and collecting mushrooms when they passed through a mycelium biome. For a day and a half they traveled till they came to an enormous Jungle tree. It was literally eight by eight wide. Her eyes widened as she looked up. Because there at the top rested A Living roof she saw an entire ecosystem up there she mentioned this to Jake but he shrugged it off. "I got permission to get as many as we can carry!" he said the third time she said something.
After they filled their backpacks with Cocoa beans they started back home. It was slower going back because of the weight in their packs. But when she got home she passed straight out.
Chapter 3 - Creepers!
The bushes were alive! The scouts came forward and waited as the light receded further before calling in the rest of the troops. When the ghost spiraled up to the sky, the group moved forward. Slowly but soundly, they advanced. Some of the tribe elders said she was a witch, and she changed colors with ease. This meant she could look like anything! She was much too dangerous to let live. Let alone thrive in their lands.
A demolitions expert moved forward and placed a charge on the side of the house. Quickly he receded to the line of trees. Once there they waited a minute before blowing the charge! The Explosion rocked the night but the house still stood! Quickly they ascertained that the main type of block used in construction was a type of obsidian.
They sent the demolitions expert back to the village for a different type of explosive charge.
When he returned he ran up and placed several things on the ground before assembling them on the block next to the house. Several minutes later he pressed a button and hurried back to the tree layer. Behind him a vortex swirled out of the contraption and wrenched several blocks of obsidian out of place. Hurriedly the creeper troops Approached the doorway made in the obsidian and assessed the situation. Slowly they filed into the house.
As soon as they were in several teams of demolitions experts went to work on the walls and the floors. If they had been less intent on what they were doing, then they would have noticed the shift in the air, or the rustle from the bed. By the time she was noticed 2 teams of demolitions experts lay on the floor dead. And StormGale was standing in front of the commander. She held her sword up to his throat and Hissed "This is for my house" And decapitated him. She spun as his head rolled off and fell towards the floor simultaneously pulling out her bow and notching an arrow in it. She struck two creepers attempting to activate the explosives the Third one leaped throwing storms aim off and landed on the switch triggering the explosives. StormGale was already running and dropping into an automatic cannon that sent her flying into the night sky as her house Exploded in a Rainbow of different colors.
She flew up for a long time. She felt weightless and free! Her eyes unclouded for a minute and she became Ashley. But she quickly resumed her identity as Ashley’s fear thrust her back in. StormGale soon reached her apex and began accelerating towards the ground. Hopeful that her Safe pool still existed so she would survive. StormGale angled herself into the wind to go faster. But too late she noticed that it wasn’t there, she also noticed several Creeper troops still around.
Suddenly she stopped accelerating, and began slowing down. Amazed StormGale floated high above the continued Destruction of her home. They didn’t leave a single block standing! Finally they went off into the forest. Frustrated StormGale Flew higher up and pulled out her bow. Notching an arrow, she quickly located a mass of them traveling together. Enraged StormGale Aimed it at the center of the group and pulled her String back as far as it would go, She willed all her hatred and anger into that one arrow So that when it left her bow it was alit with a Blue flame and it grew bigger and Brighter as it neared the Creepers. Amazed they turned around and watched it accelerate towards them. That is until they realized it was coming towards them. At that they started trying to get out of its path but it was too late It smashed into the ground and made an enormous crater.
Suddenly StormGale passed out, slowly her limp body floated to the ground, Spent. As a light fell from the darkness it slowed as it saw the destruction wreaked by the creepers then the destruction wrought by StormGale. Then it alit on Storm's Head and Stayed there till the sun came up the next morning.
Chapter 4 - the message
When Ashley woke up the next morning Jake came over to her "Are you ok?" He asked
"Fine" She said shaking her head to stop a maddening buzzing. "You knew they were Going to Attack." it wasn’t a question. She looked at Jake and started "They would ha-" but Jake cut her off "I could have brokered a treaty!" Ashley cast her eyes "I was tired of staying still... I didn’t know they could get through obsidian!" Jake shook his head "At least you’re alright." He went to say more but looked at her and stopped.
The first of her tears hit the ground. Big droplets splattered the dirt under her. She cried for her house, her farms, and her life! Her body shook and started shaking. Slowly her skin Shifted From its Dark Caucasian to light white. She stood up and started walking. She walked for a couple of blocks and stopped at a jungle tree. Then she started to climb.
When she got to the top she was Ashley again and she shook in fear. When Jake came up He saw immediately what she was shaking about. For beyond that tree there was an enormous Crater Going Straight through Bedrock. It was at least eight chunks by eight
Her skin shifted again and calmly StormGale Surveyed the destruction she had caused.
Then she sat dawn facing away from it And Jake stood beside her.
When her skin shifted back. Ashley laid down on the soft leaves and slept a good fitful sleep. Until Jake nudged her head with his foot. Her eyes popped open and she saw Jake standing above her. She blinked and sat up and watched as an older ghost floated over the rim of the tree. He looked at her and smiled. He looked very familiar. But he broke eye contact and stared at something behind her she turned to look what it was and she saw.
As she sat there looking at the crater, Marcus looked at Jake for an explanation. "Creepers" He said Marcus looked at the crater then at him. His eyebrows rose. "Over there" Jake motioned then he saw the crater where the house used to stand His eyebrow then disappeared into his bushy hair as he realized the implications of this. "You mean?" he muttered and motioned at the crater. "That’s where the creeper war party was a chunk higher and the village would be history to." Jake muttered. Suddenly Ashley turned around again and looked hard at him "Your" She started then struggling "Marcus?"
"Well yeah" Marcus said "in the Ectoplasm" Ashley's eyes watered as she Asked "How did you Die?" Marcus avoided her eyes and said to the leaves below him. "My heart gave out." "So now you get to Visit old friends" Jake prompted. "Well no But when the situation arises I can come to deliver messages" "Is it the Reapers?" Ashley quickly asked. "I am afraid so." Marcus said. "They found you again! And they are determined to get you." Ash began to shift and her voice turned cruel "Me! They always want me!"
Marcus turned to the side as if listening to something as StormGale Raged. "I have to go" He muttered and faded away As Jake stared on.
When StormGale Looked up at Marcus He was Gone she whirled on Jake for an explanation. Jake shrugged saying "He had to go." As her frustration Grew, Fire began to dance along her fingertips. "Come on we should leave." Said Jake working to defuse the situation. StormGale sneered at him "Yeah wouldn’t want those stupid Reapers to Mess with us." The fire dropped from her fingertips and cast out in a trail as she Ran and did a midair somersault to the next tree. Jake shook his head and followed.
Marcus Appeared in a dark chamber. A voice rang out "Did you deliver the message?" Marcus "Yes" A fire lit on both sides of him and a vast collection of voices rang out. "Change! Be bound to your form! Return to your body!" Slowly Marcus's body Solidified and he bowed graciously "But you must know" He said once the transformation Was Complete "Her powers have been awakened!" At this the voices began to scream in high pitched wails "She must be destroyed" Grimacing Marcus Left the chamber.
Chapter 5 - Pursuit
As storm leapt from tree to tree. A group of 5 reapers approached the clearing that her house had rested in. "Wow She must have ed someone off!" Said one. Another grabbed a patch of creeper skin from where it was stuck to a tree. "Creeper Attack!" "I thought there were trying to be peaceful" said the third one. The officer stepped up surveying the yard and said "They are peaceful if you aren’t living in 'Their' Territory"
A couple of minutes later one of the men gave a startled cry from where he had climbed to get a lookout. "Officer! You better come see this!" The rest of the team climbed up the tree and stood shocked as they surveyed the area. The officer was messing with a Sphere in his hands and they watched as a holographic representation appeared. A couple of minute later they finished the watching the battle. Shocked they continued to watch as the Creepers hurriedly left and then were consumed by StormGale's Mammoth fireball. "With her on our side!" One started But another cut in "With her against us!" The Group shook their heads and moved out.
Storm Soon tired and shifted back to Ashley She and Jake started to talk as they crossed the vast treetops. They talked about Creepers and other mobs. They talked about legends of Steve’s time "Torches never burnt out! You didn’t age! You were constantly hungry!" They drifted from that to wondering what type of house she was going to build. Where should it be? What biome should it be in?
They talked endlessly, as the sun was dragged round Minecraftia. They talked about the reapers and the bearers. The different religious outlooks from them. Reapers believed that Herobrine Was Lord barely under Notch and actually rivaled Notch at times. While the bearers were a simpler group of people Descended from "The Bearers of Destiny" After the great fall they dropped destiny from their name because so many of them had died.
On the morn of the second day Jake was shook out of the conversation by 5 little blips that crossed the path of the sun. Ashley Turned when he stopped talking and Saw the shapes "The Reapers!" She exclaimed "Run they can't catch you! I'll try to hold them off." With that Jake soared off towards The Group of reapers.
Ashley turned and jumped for the next tree! But she misjudged the gap and slammed hard into the side of it. As she frantically pawed at the leaves trying to pull herself up, a man appeared above her. Reaching for her hand. But the leaves crumbled under her weight and she dropped towards the ground their fingertips brushed as she fell in a mindless plunge. Slowly her skin began to shift, fighting for every millimeter of skin but finally the eyes changed And StormGale Stopped a tick from the Ground.
The officer was hanging back from the rest of his group and watched as Ashley made her jump. Instantly he saw that she had misjudged and started racing towards her. He pulled out his EnderSlide and flashed right above her as she fell, his hand narrowly missing hers. He was a moment too late. He cursed himself but watched in fascination as her body began to change. He held his Sphere out capturing the whole thing as she transformed then Shot Like a fireball towards the sky. The officer Jumped back as her passage lit the tree on fire.
Amazed he stood there watching as she viciously attacked his men with fire and lightning bursts. Dark Clouds Formed over her head and a pair of ghasts appeared over her aiding her in the fight. As a flaming corpse fell towards the jungle floor Captain targeted it with the EnderSlide and transferred it to a medical room While Shouting orders to his men to retreat. Not a moment too soon His men broke line and ran before flashing away with their EnderSlides. But more creatures poured from her fingertips to fly at them. Blazes, acid bats, And more hideous things he could not recognize.
Suddenly as his team began to regroup. The clouds shook with thunder and huge blocks of TNT Began to rain from the sky. His men retreated even further. He looked over at Storm and watched her take hold of her ghost-Friends Form and hold him "Disappear now" he said softly "Disappear" And sure enough He disappeared from her arms. She issued an Enormous cry of Rage and Fire Streamed from her eyes scorching everything. The clouds shook again and a mighty wind began to blow. The clouds began to release horrible torrents of rain, clouds started to bunch together and spin around ripping everything from the ground.
Hours later the storms cleared and the unnatural mobs despawned leaving the Girl on the ground completely exhausted and completely vulnerable. Quickly the officer called up his surviving troops to grab the body and take it to the Nether infirmary. He had other business to attend to.
The officer turned off the sphere and appreciative murmurs echoed from around the room. "Do you think we can Harness her power?" One asked. Officer one nodded that no he did not believe they could. "She won’t want to work with the people who have trapped her Ghostly friend!" Louder murmurs echoed around "We don't have her friend! The Bearers grabbed him because he is still corporeal!" One said over the rising noise of the people. "Yes but She will think we have him... He did get pulled back during our battle with her!" Officer one continued. "Don't hold any illusions that she is normal! I guarantee you that our nether fortress will lay in ruins as soon as she awakes. This is not just some pretty girl! This is a terrifying tool of destruction. And now we are her enemy!"
Chapter 6 - Confrontation
Ashley head was wracked with pain. Her eyelids felt like anvils but she managed to open them enough to see a pair of people standing near her. She recognized one of them... He was there when she fell from the tree. He had tried to catch her! She tried to remember what had happened after that but her body started to shake and High pitched moans started coming from her mouth. She fell into a deep peaceful abyss, as a group of white-robed people came towards her.
Their conversation Played over and over in her head.
"When should she regain consciousness?" The kind one had asked
"There is no way to tell." Replied the white robed man.
"We need to move her to maximum security if she gives any sign of waking up."
"Well her heart is still pumping strong so that’s not a problem"
"But what about the Strenuous Use of energy?"
"Wherever that Energy came from. It sure as heck did not come from her she was drawing on some serious Power wells."
"Where was she drawing it from?"
"No way to know she could have pulled it from the forest, your men, maybe even the ether"
"When she fell, she really cracked her head. Would that cause any problems?"
"Other than a slight concussion, No."
"So in your professional opinion when should she wake up?"
"Give her a week... At least!"
She fell further and further into the abyss a light thought passed through her head."What if I land in the bottom-dwellers Town?" Then she knew no more.
Slowly she woke up. Ashley blinked her eyes against the white light, and it grew dimmer till she could make out her surroundings. She was in a Room. All its walls where white and she couldn’t see the edges where they might meet. She looked around the room Blinking as the light blared brighter again, slowly it returned to bearable limits for her.
The lights grew dimmer Again; StormGale looked up from her book. And stared at the ceiling until it grew brighter again how in the nether could you read with these stupid lights... She heard footsteps and looked up to see a girl walking towards her from beyond where she had supposed the limits of the room to be.
Ashley looked at the girl as she approached. She looked familiar, with her strange Light hair and light grey eyes. Her skin was so light that you almost couldn’t distinguish her from the wall. She walked forward, but slowed when the girl propped her book lower and stared over the top.
"Who are you?" Storm demanded to know "Ashley" the dark skinned auburn haired girl with Brown eyes Replied "How did you get here?" Storm asked. "I don't know" Ashley sighed "All I remember is hearing about some girl that was in a coma then I fell along time and woke up here." Storm looked at her mildly shocked. "That’s practically the same thing I remember!"
The lights grew brighter again but this time it began to get slightly cooler too. Ashley broke from the conversation for a tick and stared at the ceiling till the lights dimmed again and the temperature balanced. "This room is wacky" Storm said "Yeah" Ashley replied it felt a bit chilly until the room started to warm up.
Storm Sat back as the temperature kept rising. It felt as if they were going to be roasted alive! A cool wind started to blow and Storm felt much better. Ashley on the other hand was obviously irritated by the wind; it kept messing up the pictures she was drawing. "Stupid Wind" Ashley cried out. Suddenly the wind stopped, but the temperature just kept going up.
"Maybe I like the Wind!" Yelled Storm "I would rather wind than be roasted alive!" Ashley Turn a cold glare on storm and storm felt a block form between them. The block of ice formed in the air then fell to the floor of the room and smashed into a billion little shards that quickly melted away.
The doctors were checking on the girl when things started to shake. The altometer on one of their hands started to go nuts. The Redstone lamps started Flickering. The doctors ran from the room when the blocks started coming unattached and flying around the room. They ran Screaming towards the Nether Portals "Evacuate" Quickly the entire fortress emptied.
The Officer was sitting at his desk filling out paperwork. His pencil snapped in half when he heard the screams echoing down the corridors "Evacuate!" He looked out his window and saw the Medical Wing being torn to shreds "Those Fools!" He exclaimed. Running towards The nearest portal. He dived through not a second to late because from the portal blocks started flying a piece of Obsidian flew right at him and smashed him into the wall. He slid down under the weight of the obsidian and watched the portal tear itself apart and disappear.
The White room had turned a motley sort of grey and was shaking as the girls Battled inside of it. There was a fierce clash of sparks as the two collided in the middle of the room. Forcing the swords towards each other’s neck until they were touching skin on both sides. Furious they spun away and switched tactics. Ashley leaped into the air and Shot flaming fireballs While StormGale Flung deadly points of ice. In the middle drifted a large cloud of steam.
On and on they fought. Until they finally were too tired to continue. They fell to their knees passed out and woke up. In a destroyed Nether fortress.
Chapter 7 - revelation
After reclaiming her clothes from the rubble Ashley thought about the strange dreams she'd had and how strangely realistic they seemed. As she thought About StormGale And what a strange girl she Had been. She had a weird feeling that she knew who StormGale was. Suddenly she heard a noise and spun around to find a Group of people looking at her.
For a minute they just stare at her, But then The tall Man in the Dark Clothing Stepped forward. He waved around at the remnants of the fortress. His Hazel eyes Flashed as he spoke. "You! You did this to our home!" "You ruined the Entire thing" He continued "This took years to build!" But one of his colleagues stepped forward and pointed behind Ashley.
The Medics Came through and fixed him up with a potion and a splint. Then they moved on to the next person he got up and Came to the nearest reconstructed portal, and passed through it. The Destruction on the other side was much less than he had feared most everyone got out of the fortress, before the girl finished with it. He came up over the hill and looked down on the medical wing there on the ground he saw Ashley standing with her back towards him being confronted by a couple of low level inhabitants.
Ashley looked back when she heard the strong voice of The Officer Ring out over the destruction. She recognized him instantly. "You" she called the officer took a grim look on his face "Yes, Me." He responded. "You" Ashley said trying to remember "Tried to save me!" The look on his face melted away into something she couldn’t identify, Relief maybe? "Yes" He said "I tried" "Do you remember what happened after that?" He asked as he came closer. Ashley shook her head. "No" “It’s all blank until I heard you and the doctor talking" His face clouded "You heard us talking?" "Yes" she said "You were checking on how I was doing and when I should wake up." "Then I had some dreams and I woke up here." She continued "And these people" She Motioned behind her only to find that no one stood there. She stood blank. "Maybe I am crazy!"
At that she turned towards The Officer and found a dark look had covered his face. "Don't let anyone tell you that! You aren’t crazy." Shocked by his outburst "Ashley looked down "Then Where Are the people that were berating me for destroying this area?"
He Smiled "They tend to melt away when someone of a higher level comes through"
He turned her towards one of the nether portals and kept talking as they came nearer to it. But then an old man stumbled through the portal Locked Eyes with Ashley and fell to his Knees Crying "Savior!" Repeatedly. Then others took up the cry when they noticed her. They fell to their knees chanting the cry. Suddenly her skin shifted And StormGale drew Away from The Officer "I know who you are!" she hissed and spat fire at him as she ran Away into the lava filled wilderness.
In the official report the old man was discovered buried under the medical wing of the fortress, Along with the chief of medicine.
Chapter 8 - Jake!
She wandered through the nether for weeks on weeks. For a time she traveled with a tribe of pigman. She somewhat learned their language and they adopted her as a welcome addition to the tribe. After a ghast had gotten mad at them and she had destroyed it with her powers they practically worshipped her!
Day after day She traveled with them Unsure of where they were going but developing a strong relationship with storm in her head. When she shifted the first time the pigmen Scattered. But eventually they came back when she called to them in their language. Saying that it was still her. They could not accept the idea that there were two people so in their language they called her AshStorm.
The shiny stones above her she found were actually a variety of glowstone. Slowly her body began to break down in the intense heat of the nether. She collapsed time And time Again but the pigman would pick her up and tell her it wouldn’t be long. By this time she was completely speaking pig.
They passed through different Pigman kingdoms and were supplied with food as they passed through. Finally AshStorm Health Plummeted and she returned to the coma she had left. The Pigmen carried her onwards, towards their unknown Destination.
They carried her while she slept on the softest material available. They carried her on Soul sand. While she slept the Faces spoke to her, and she dreamed.
She woke up in her old house Startled She jumped up and went outside. There she saw An Endless Sea of zombies and other horrors. In a flash she knew they were there to serve her. She called a group forward in a strange voice "Bring the Prisoner!" A silent path was formed as a man was drug though the camp. Ashley saw him and realized with a shock. "Jake" She tried to call out.
But then she was forced from her sleep by pigmen searing themselves with water to wake her up. "You are safe now!" One said. In front of her she saw a nether portal. And a pigman coming through with more food for her. She thanked them. But they Negated her thanks "When you come again, Our Services we will render" We will Always be in your debt" At this AshStorm's eyes grew Wet "Thank You" She said and passed through the portal before they could respond.
Chapter 9 - The Bearers
Ashley Stepped Confidently through the portal and found herself in A Huge area With the nether portal as its center She walked confidently through but quickly her body started shaking from the cold, She Shifted Into StormGale. Who heard a voice coming from one of the entrances and rolled behind one of the massive pillars that supported the weight of the construction.
There she stopped and listened as the voices passed through the antechamber on that end. She then started thinking "What can I tell these people that would explain how I ended up in their base?" A thought from Ashley Came through "The truth... Or at least a semblance of it." StormGale Scoffed at the idea "Yes... Kind sirs, we destroyed an evil Reaper Hideout, Then We wandered around the nether for months Maybe Years! And we traveled along with a sophisticated Pigman Caravan who when we got sick Brought us to this portal and Pledged their loyalty to us when the time comes... That will go over well"
Ashley increased the tone of her thoughts. "You can tell them we were walking around a favorite cave of ours but then we slipped and fell into a dark hole and rolled into a nether portal but when we tried to come back we ended up here." Grudgingly StormGale agreed that wasn’t a bad idea.
Slowly she walked towards the Door they had heard voices coming from. When she stepped on a pressure plate, and the door swung open by itself she bounced back in surprise. Slowly she approached again and went through the door. When she hit the pressure plate on the other side she bounced again as the door clattered behind her.
She walked into the middle of the room still tense with anticipation.
As she stepped in the center of the room another pressure plate went off but this time, A Group of Mages appeared around her. When fire danced from her fingertips a net was dropped from the ceiling onto her. With the net StormGale felt Slower She tried to summon a jet of flame to vaporize the net, but found she couldn’t! An older man appeared in front of her he looked at her and began to speak.
"StormGale" his voice cracked. When he saw her fighting the magic by summoning Blue flame to her fingertips he commented sadly "So, It is true! These things they have been telling me." In his Voice There was a heavy despair. His Dark Brown eyes found StormGale's. She matched him and stared straight into his eyes. Those dark brown wells told long and hard years of sadness. He flinched and looked away after what seemed as though it were an eternity. Staring at the floor he said "Your Friend... Jake! He is being kept corporeal there" "Hurry, if you want to save him."
With that StormGale Let loose a cry of primal rage! The Room Became Enveloped in strong winds, Fires Seared The net till it fell in tatters away from her. She stepped up to the man "I don’t know who you are." she said "But you are not my enemy." With that he passed out and a buffet of Wind lowered him slowly to the ground.
Before he touched the ground Storm had spun round and zapped each and every other person in the room. They hit the ground within milliseconds of each other. Then the top of the room was smashed to pieces as StormGale Flew upwards and out of the Antechamber.
An hour later the old man stirred with a slight recollection of what happened. While he was organizing his thoughts a voice rang out from one of the senior men that were just waking up. "Anyone know how in the nether you cast outside a mage null net?" As the old man examined him from afar he noticed tendril of electricity pulsing through him. He examined himself there were no tendrils. Apparently the others noticed him looking at himself. "She didn't zap you buddy!" One called out. "Just put you to sleep" Another agreed Clamping his teeth as the electricity racked his body again.
The old man stood in front of The Officer That had come to his house to talk to him.
"Is that All You wanted to know about my daughter" he asked. The officer nodded no and responded "But I guess that’s all you have for me. Isn’t it?" The old man nodded "You know more than I do at this point." The Officer Shook his hand and dropped some gold coins on the table before leaving.
Chapter 10 - The Library of Dreams
StormGale was flying high above the world, When Suddenly she lost control of her flight. Downward she plummeted but this time nothing could save her "Notch" She cried then knew no more.
She woke slowly her face was slightly inclined from resting on a pillow and she saw the entire universe floating in front of her. Amazed she did not speak, but sat there motionless. When a movement from the other side of the bed startled her, she turned her Head to find Ashley Staring wide eyed at her. Slightly confused Storm Pointed towards the end of the bed and both of them sat there mesmerized till the sun came up.
When the sun came up over the ridge the galaxies faded completely. Ashley turned her head towards storm again. And asked the thing both of them were thinking "Are we Dead?" But Storm Was staring over the back of the bed. Ashley turned and stared slack jawed at the biggest building she had ever seen. "I think we are supposed to go in there" Storm whispered.
When they finally walked through the front door they found themselves staring at an enormous antechamber. On both sides were Spiral staircases that stretched upwards into their own towers. Before they could think of anything to say a Strong voice emanated from around them. "Hello Ashley, StormGale, I am so happy you decided to come in after the universes faded." They turned around scanning the area, trying to pinpoint the source of the sound, and found themselves face to face with Notch.
Surprising herself Ashley again asked "Are we dead?" Notch looked intently at her then began to laugh. "My Girls, You are at the center of Minecraftia! The very force that Hold Minecraft and all of its connected universes together!" He stopped his eyes twinkling "You Are at MOJANG!" StormGale Laughed "Where is everyone then?" The smile on notch's Face Tightened but the one in his eyes disappeared "Dead." He continued "More important matters to attend to though.
Notch clapped his hands together. And a hall opened behind them. And there determinedly striding forth were Steve and Herobrine. StormGale Felt Ashley’s hand grip her own She squeezed it. When they had come to stand in front of the girls, Steves face broke into a grin "We have been waiting 500 years for you two!"
Steve looked at Herobrine and moving to get a better angle sized the two of them up against HeroBrine. He looked At StormGale "You StormGale Look a lot like him" "And I would imagine that Ashley looks like me!" Herobrine Looked at StormGale "My reincarnation could have been worse!" He said and laughed.
He then pulled a crystal out from behind his back As Steve nodded Herobrine said "This is what you are here for." Uncertainly Ash and storm put their hands forward and grabbed the crystal. Their Mouths opened in silent screams and Herobrine turned away. Their pupils Flickered then disappeared. As their bodies shook they fell to the ground and dreamed of the past.
They saw Steve and Herobrine. Standing beside each other.
Then the vision changed.
Steve was holding himself upright on top of an end portal. His eyes were heavy but his bearing was high and when he looked at his people He Showed nothing but love. "Forgive me" he said quietly then it seemed like the rest of the world disappeared and he Spoke "I am going to jump into this portal. But then you have to destroy it!" With that Steve took one long look before dropping backwards into the portal. As he fell His Eyes Became blank and a hoarse voice screamed "I Will Return and I Will K-" his voice cut off abruptly as he passed through the portal. The high wizards moved forward to each of their positions and focused all their powers on it and destroyed the portal in a shower of flame.
Chapter 11 - The Return
Ashley awoke silently and felt Storm near her. She reached out with her thoughts and Spoke "We are them." Storm Replied "Yes" "What can we do about it?" After a couple minutes of discussion Ashley opened her eyes and Gasped For right in front of them was the crater where her house had stood.
She moved forward tears welling in her eyes when she thought about Jake, And Steve and Herobrine. She wept for everyone good and evil. Because they did not know the sacrifices made for them. When her vision finally cleared Storm Said softly "Look! In the Crater!" Ashley did and then she almost started crying again because right there was an iron door leading to the Stronghold. And right next to it on the ground was a diamond pick.
Casting thanks to Notch, Ashley Smashed her way through the Iron door. And entered the Stronghold. She wandered aimlessly through the stronghold unsure of where she was headed. She came to a library and sat reading for several minutes. Her mind was foggy until she heard jakes shout.
"No!" She heard him yell "Stop!" his voice echoed from one of the corridors. She shifted into StormGale as she followed the cries. "Please! Don't Do this!" Another voice cut in She recognized it "The Officer" She realized in a flash! "But what was he doing here?" "You are going to murder this child for no good reason?" His strong voice called out. "She is a danger to everything!" Jake's voice continued. "If we don’t get rid of her now we will be the creepers" A pause Echoed Dangerously through the passage "But if you do this her death will be on your hands." the officer said softly.
She rounded into the portal room Just to find Officer one strapped up on the wall like a prisoner. "W-What? She stammered because in front of him completely solid Stood Jake and he was Alive! At the sound of her voice both men turned towards her. The Officer's Voice rang out "Run" "They want to kill you" When she saw jakes face she knew he was ordering the troop’s in. "I am a danger to society!" Her rage spilling out Jake moved back as her hands began to smoke "Now you will really die Jake!" The fire that poured from her hands Melted through 5 walls there was no body left to find.
The look on The Officers face was one of pure pity. "I'm so sorry" He called
But it was too much. She Spun around and started to run from the room.
Chapter 12 - trap
As she ran towards the door a group of bearers ran in but on the other side was a group of Reapers. The Bearers grabbed her as fast as they could, and flung her up towards the lava. As she went up everything seemed to happen in slow motion. She zapped the chains on The Officers wrists so he could get out, he then disappeared in a shower of purple particles. But then he reappeared at the foot of the portal And Started fitting ender eyes into the slots.
Some of the Reapers Saw what he was doing and moved to protect him. Enraged several of the bearers moved to attack him around her raged the epic battle. Good and evil But the Sides were reversed. As she plummeted to the lava her fingers brushed The Officers As he slid the last Eye into place. And then she was no more.
He Was Tied Up Against the wall. The stupid bearers had heard he had been asking about Ashley and they abducted him. He hoped The Reapers Would get there before Ashley did, so they could free him and end this atrocity. But his hopes were unfounded. Mere seconds sooner would have been enough.
They were a minute late. Ashley had entered the room obviously following the sound of their conversation. Watched as her friend had condemned her Then While Recognizing the betrayal written across her friends face. She had unlocked some inner steel and blasted him to hell. He had called out to her but she was on the verge of falling apart and ran back towards the door that the bearers were pouring through.
The bearers had cast her towards the lava pit in the hope that she would be burnt alive. But then as she was hurtling through the air, she found him with her eyes. She smashed his cuffs into thousands of pieces with a strong bolt of lightning. Then he heard a voice in his head say "Run".
Instead his hand moved to his Ender-Slide and he quickly targeted the area in front of the portal. In a flash of purple particles he was at the foot of the Portal. Instantly he grabbed the Ender eyes he had bought the Ingredients for. Quickly he started fitting them into the portal. He heard the Bearers inhuman screams as they realized what he was attempting. He imagined them running towards him with an insatiable bloodlust.
A second before the bearers screams reached their climax and his death was assured A Reaper captain silently stabbed the Bearer in the back and pushed him towards the lava. The rest of the captain’s team moved towards The Officer to protect and to aid him. As he fit the last eye into the slot Ashley's Eyes found him. Her fingers brushed his and she passed quietly through the portal.
Chapter 13 - Revenge
As the shrieks of endermen resound in your eardrums. A dark Obsidian room looms into view. A girl with light grey eyes sits on a slab of obsidian. Her Face is covered with scars. Her dark red hair Coils around her waist. "My name is AshStorm" Her voice is thick but melodious. "My predecessor stayed in this very room, Driven to madness. For 500 years he sat here trying to escape." Her eyes flash a dark brown for an instant "I have sat here for ten"
She stands up from the slab. "I am coming back!" "I will destroy those who have wronged me." She continued. "They thought I was scary then!" With that her eyes flashed and a portal appeared behind her. "Yeah, just like that!" Then she walked over to the Portal and stepped through it. Her last words echoing. "My time is here"

Very good but the chapters are awfully short. I'd rather you write the chapters farther apart and have them longer rather then write them quickly and have them shorter. You know what I mean?

That is what i am working on with "The Martyr" (the prequel to this.)
I might come back in a couple of months and rework this.
but hopefully "Cataclysm" (Sequel) Will be better than both "The Martyr" And this.
Removed Concentrated Version as The rewritten version strays to far from the original storyline. Edited post for grammar up to Chapter 8. Will Try to add the rest of the rewritten chapters today.
Ashley is around 5'10 slim with strong arms, red hair, And caucasian skin
Stormgail is more sinewy (looks less dangerous) Bleach blonde hair, And Drowish skin
... What? No, Dejers, no. 5'10 and slim does not mean anything to me. How slim is she? Is she thin-slim? Is she bony-slim? What does 'strong arms' mean? Does it mean that they have huge biceps - even though you just said she was slim? Can she lift a lot of weight with them? Are they just strong but narrow? How red is her hair? Sunset red? The red of a canvas painted with blood? The red of a rose as it's dying petals drift away in a mysterious breeze? The red of magma? The red of Mars? What does 'Caucasian skin' mean? Is it tan? Smooth? Scarred? Wrinkled? Does it complement anything? What do her eyes look like? Does she wear earrings? What does she usually wear? What is she wearing at the beginning of the story? How long is her hair? How long are her fingers? Does she wear shoes? Why are her arms strong? Does she sword-fight? What about her eyelashes? The face is one of the most important parts of a character to describe, as we are a very facially aware race. What about her eyebrows? Her lips? Are they thick? Does she wear black lipstick? Is her nose slightly crooked due to a fight she got into with her brother before being banished? What does she smell like? Lilacs dipped in sunshine and covered with laughter? Roses, freshly picked from the garden and mixed with dried lavender? Rotting flesh?
There is so much detail that could be put into that - ask Kasparal - to make it amazing. Much of the same goes for Stormbreaker as well.
PS: Try to say 'Five foot ten', as 5'10" is slightly... unprofessional looking and results in a bad reputation.
PPS: You probably describe her in the story, which I've yet to read, which means that I will facepaw myself.

Erm... sorry, best I could do for that last paragraph.
Blagh... I should get off now. Sorry if I'm too harsh; the story is developing nicely, I just don't like a... a lot of the details/grammatical issues within it.
Honestly i think you are the first person that has actually read the whole story...
I see the errors and honestly hope i wrote better in my other stories. Because this one sucks...
Whenever i get around to the sequel it should be better. No promises though.
Dejers Garth
This is The first book of a trilogy, Based One Thousand years from today. So that works in unadded features and all that. Should probably be viewed as almost a Hardcore server... (Or the real world.)
Is based 500 years before "The ReinCarnation"
Will be set 10 years ahead of this story.
This is My First Minecraft story As well as the first i have posted.
Sorry about syntax, spelling, or punctuation.
I checked but i didnt see any problems.

Descriptions:

The first thing I think?
Sorry if that's a little harsh, Dejer... D;
