This is a Minecraft Story I wrote called Into Minecraft. It is about many peoples who get trapped in Minecraft. If enough people like it, I will release a sequel.
Chapter 1: Everything has a beginning
My name is Jake. I'm 14, and live in New York City. I was playing Minecraft, my favorite game of all time, when I realized we were out of food in the fridge. "Mom?" I asked. A reply came from down the hallway. "Yes?" "Can I run to the store?" My mom came out with 20 dollars. "Yes. Here." I took the money and left. Little did I know that I left Minecraft on. I came back from the store, and was shocked to see "YOU DIED" on the screen. I looked in the chat. "DanofNYC hugged a creeper," it said."Dammit!" My diamond armor was gonna despawn. Damn Creeper. So I went for a walk to calm down. Walking into an alley to my favorite pizzeria, I notice something. A Nether Portal where the pizzeria should be. I stared at it in wonder and ran inside.
Chapter 2: Minecraft
The world of blocks spawned around me, a plains biome. I turned around, no portal. I was stuck here. "Oh my god...." I looked around. "IM STUCK IN MINECRAFT!!! WHAT DO I DO???!!!" But I knew. I did what I should and began to punch a tree and began to punch a tree. "Come on...." My fist was beginning to hurt, and the wood refused to break. Finally, the piece of wood drifted into my body and made a popping sound. "....E?" I said. Maybe it would work? It did. I pulled the wood into a 2x2 square, and making wood planks. I picked up a few blades of grass, and crushed them into a paste. I stuck the wood planks together with the paste, and had a sloppy, but decent, crafting table. I broke branches of trees, and made a wooden axe, then a pickaxe, then a sword, and finally, a shovel. Using all my might, I mined stone, and upgraded my tools to stone. The day was nearly over, so I dug out a small cave and rested there for the night. When making the space, I collected ores that had grey and orange spots on them, as well as coal. I lit my cave with torches, and made a furnace.
Chapter 3: Night
"Oh my God..." I gasped. "I struck Iron!!" I hugged the shiny metal with glee, but my happiness ended quickly. A zombie dropped down into my cave. I jumped, unprepared for a battle. The brawl was difficult, but I killed it with my stone sword, and hung its head on the wall as a trophy.I felt exhausted from the long day of work. So using dirt and grass, I made a bed that would shame all other beds. I somehow slept through the moans of zombies and the rattle of skeletons, and occasionally a "vvvp" of a teleporting Enderman, but I felt somewhat more refreshed by morning.
Chapter 4: Emmy
I woke with a jolt to the sound of human screaming. A girl. I ran outside. I was right. She was being chased by a giant spider. I killed it with my new Iron Sword. "What's your name?" I asked. Shyly, she said, "Emmy...." I shrugged. "I'm Dan. I lead her back to my cave. "I know it sucks," I admitted. "But tomorrow I plan to build a house. How did you get here anyway?" Sarah sat down on the floor. "I'm from Florida." She wasn't very shy anymore. "When I was walking back to my parent's car from the beach to grab my towel. There was no car, just a Nether Portal. Curious, I entered. And now I'm stuck in Minecraft. It might be a great game, but still." I simply nodded, and offered her my bed. Instantly, she was asleep. I slept on the floor.
Chapter 5: Time to build a house!
I woke up and yawned. Emmy was still asleep. So cautiously, I crept to the surface to get some food for breakfast. But I wasn't the only one creeping. A creeper ambushed me from behind. I whipped around, and knocked it back before it could explode. So strategically, I knocked him back before he could explode, and soon, he fell to the ground in defeat, and turned into a few green, shiny, floating orbs. They flowed into my body, and I felt slightly stronger. "Yes!!!" I made an air punch, then collected food. I headed back to my cave, and greeted Sarah, who was now awake. Putting the meat in my furnace so it wouldn't be raw, I served breakfast. Then, I set off to gather tons of wood. By noon, I had a full inventory of planks. I built a mansion. It had a kitchen, 10 bedrooms (for more newcomers), a chest room, a tiny mine and a farm! It took me a few days, but it was worth it. I put signs outside that said, "Survivors Mansion: A safe haven for those from the real world." Me and Sarah both moved in.
Chapter 6: Lets mine!
I looked at my new iron pickaxe. It was finely crafted in my opinion. I picked up my water bucket, and looked down to the Earth, and broke my number one rule, never dig straight down. But it payed off when I found a zombie spawner. I spotted a chest, and looked inside. What a find! Redstone, Iron, a music disk and some Bread! I took all of the chest's contents, including the chest itself, and ventured on, leaving a trail of cobblestone to know where to build up and out. I found nothing but Iron Ore and Redstone. But then, I fell into a cave, and saw them. Diamonds. 8 of them. I knelt down, stared at the shiny ores, then mined them. I felt accomplished, so I headed out. But I looked around, and found no trail of cobblestone. I was lost. Lost in a cave full of lava and who knows what else.
Chapter 7: Jason
"Dammit!" I hit the wall with my pickaxe in rage. "Why am I such
an idiot?!" I tried to find my way out. Nothing. But then I saw a figure. He turned around. A human. "'ello." he said. "...hi?" I answered. "I'm Derek." he said. "I'm Dan." I said. "I'm from Canada, ey. You?" I shrugged. "New York City." He nodded. "You know your way outta here?" I spotted my hole from where I dug straight down. "Here." I pointed. Using the water bucket, we swam out. Sarah seemed happy to have a new member of our clan. "I'm Emmy," she said. Jason smiled, "I'm Jason." And so he joined our group of survivors.
Chapter 8: Redstone
Now back in the real world, I was GREAT at Minecraft, except Redstone. So when Sarah asked me to build a monster trap, I had a lot of trouble. I messed up big time on the lava and accidentally destroyed some of our mansion. Then, I failed and got stuck in some blocks by standing on a piston. Jason took over. Soon enough, we had a monster trap!
Chapter 9: Andres and Paul
I was chopping wood when I noticed something. A lightning bolt. Jason had figured out this meant a new person had arrived. Heading over to the area, I found it was actually 2 people! Both boys. "Hi!" I said. "I'm Jake! And welcome to.... Being trapped in Minecraft!" The first boy said, "Hi, I'm Andres." The second boy chimed in. "And I'm Paul!" I led them back to the house. And they both got a room. Andres went out to gather food, while Paul searched for diamonds with me.
Chapter 10: The hunt for diamonds!
Paul and I headed through a cave system, in hope we would find diamonds. We did. We spent days in the mine, and came out with 25 diamonds and 18 obsidian! But it wasn't THAT easy. We were ambushed by 15 creepers! We both nearly died, but somehow came out alive. We also got mauled by about 70 silverfish. Then, we got lost in an abandoned mineshaft, and got attacked by a group of cave spiders. The last problem was Paul fell into a ravine. He landed with 1 and a half hearts. He built a cobblestone wall to hide from mobs, and then built up to me.
Chapter 11: Cosmo
When Paul and I returned from our mining expedition, another newcomer was here. His name was Cosmo. He taught us about how to do all sorts of stuff, like create cobblestone that can't be blown up by creepers, an item duplicator, something called dark matter, and some odd machinery. We soon had a machine room and jet packs for each of us.
Chapter 12: Getting Stronger
I gave everyone a diamond pickaxe and sword. Emmy and Jason went to kill some mobs while I built a Nether Portal and an enchantment table. Paul and Cosmo began to get us all iron armor. I found a skeleton spawner, and made an experience farm. I spent 2 days grinding and finally got to level 48. These are the enchants I got:
Pickaxe- Silk Touch 1, Unbreaking 1
Sword- Fire Aspect 1, Sharpness 2, Knockback 1
Chestplate- Protection 2
Boots- Feather Falling 1
Leggings- Protection 2
Helmet- Protection 1, Aqua Affinity 1
I was VERY proud of myself, so I went to the Nether. I even found a Nether fortress! I got some netherwart and a blaze rod and headed home. I made a brewing stand and made some potions. By now, our
group was very powerful.
Chapter 13: Giorgio and Kaden
When I exited the portal to go home, I saw lightning in the distance. I headed for it. 2 boys. One was running around punching pigs, the other was watching, laughing. The laughing one looked at me "Hi. I'm Kaden." he said. The other said "Hi. I'm Giorgio." I smiled. "I'm Jake. I'll take you back to my house. A bunch of people from the real world live there. " I lead them back, and everyone introduced themselves. Our mansion was filling up fast. I needed more room for newcomers. So I spent the next few days working with Kaden and Giorgio to expand the house to 20 rooms. The rest of the group mined. They brought out 37 diamonds. I jumped for joy.
Chapter 14: Dante
Another lightning bolt flashed, and Jason brought back a boy named Dante. Dante, like Cosmo, was skilled with machines. He expanded our machine room and showed us new ores. Life was sweet now. But I should say for now. Because things were about to get way worse.
Chapter 15: Herobrine
I stepped outside, using a small poncho to protect myself from the rain. And then I saw him. Herobrine, staring at me with cold, white eyes. He examined me, and then approached. He pulled out a diamond sword, and I took a step back. He smirked. "You will feel the pain... You will experience it! You will lose it all!!" And with that, I ran away.
