There was nothing. Then there was everything. There were several small masses. One was snowy, one was dry, one was a complete ocean, and so on. Then there was rock. The rock smashed into a lava mass that was only Hot. The biomes smashed into the rock mass. This formed Minecraft. The rocks with the highest pressure hardened into the unbreakable Bedrock. This seperated the fiery Nether from the Overworld. There was a space in between Nether bedrock and Overworld bedrock. This became the empty Void. Blocks that fell in became Endstone. This made the lifeless End.
There had to be life in this land. Water created the Slimes. The slimes evolved into more creatures. There were little exploding green bugs that evolved into Creepers. Slimelike creatures that evolved into Squid. And, most importantly, two legged creatures that became the various kinds of Man. The main kind was a human with a fat nose, called a villager. Dark men who became Endermen. And, when they fell, there were the zombies. Creatures were sent to live in the Nether, but not after being granted the power to be immune to fire. The Endermen leaked into the Void and lived there. And slowly, the Villagers took over their world. They made monster-proof homes. They creates strongholds and end portals to make access to the End possible. They created Iron Golems. To this day, that is Minecraft.
Thank you for reading my fictional explanation of Minecraft.

Why have I been gone so long? My interwebs are broken and I'm sick. Yay.

So, to recap, this is your fictional explanation? I appreciate how you explain it, it is very clear and understandable. Except that beginning part, particularly, this line:
There was nothing. Then there was everything.
The sentences like that can be explained more. It is too fast, I like fast stuff, I must say. Though, like what someone told me, it's like BAM! It just happened. You can stretch it on more. The story is pretty creative, but it can be stretched. For example:
Creepers evolved from pigs (this is JUST an example)
Pigs grew taller and different shades of green over the years they evolved. (blah blah blah) And they became the explosive Creepers we know today.
Something like that, I guess. Keep on going, you can keep going. Good Job so far though!
