*The title was changed from 'Untitled' to 'Pocket Chronic', now it has a title!
This story was originally written in portuguese and as I wanted to share it with you, I translated to english. But as I am not very good at it, the story must have stayed with some errors that may compromise the process of good reading. I am sorry. So if someone are enjoying the read and wish to help me revise while I release the chunks that I'm translating, I will be grateful! Credits will be given
I was planning to add this book to the game, for immersion purposes. But I'm not sure if will be necessary nor if is a good idea. Another important note is that I don't know how quick I'll post the stories here.. could be 1 day, 4 days, 1 week and so on. Said that, I hope you guys enjoy my writing.
They all in their particular way, provided me the ambient, experiences and strenght to write. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
PROLOGUE:
An island was discovered accidentally in the middle of nowhere and intrigued, powerful governments chose an investigative journalist to investigate this island. Besides its mysterious location, there were also spotted strange things happening there.
DAY 1
My name is Gabriel. I'm an investigative journalist and was hired to investigate a newly discovered island whose place I do not know to tell, because I spent a good part of the trip with a blindfold. I understand this whole procedure, after all I'm being well paid for this research. Money that would take centuries to gather with my ordinary work. But it was a tiring trip, and when I was not with the blindfold, I was in a room with shuttered windows made so I could not see what was on the other side, not to mention the guards who were on standby for any foolish attempt to see what was outside.
They left me with only this notebook to take notes, photography equipment to record discoveries, and a chest to store my belongings. From now on I will have to live as the primitives, with no technology except what I brought with me, for which I cannot guarantee much durability. It seems to me that aliens are closer than we thought, according to the information they passed me at the meeting. Strange creatures and mysteries that lie in the depths of this land are the reason for my coming to this inhospitable place. I have a good knowledge of survival, otherwise they would not have hired me for this job, but my skills were never put to the test as they will be now.
I've got to find a place to organize my stuff and start the investigations as soon as possible. Wish me luck because I feel that I will need it.
DAY 7
I start immediately apologizing for the lack of action, suspense and content today. On my first day, I tried to find a good place to raise a log cabin. It is nothing tough, I know, but I managed to bring my equipment and it will be a good place to rest from the long walks I will have to do.
In the following days I spent the whole time looking for resources to enhance my hovel and improve my tools. No useful pictures or exciting discoveries yet. However, I took some photos of my accomplishment as an architect. My greatest allies here will be this notebook, in which I write as if talking to a person to not forget the habits of society - and I hope that one day someone might read it. And also the machine to record moments which are too much to have recorded only in visual memory.
I believe that these tools were not given to me for these purposes, but that's how I decided to do my job, and getting what they want will be enough, won't it?
Enough talk for now, I have to rest because tomorrow I will continue my work of fortification before leaving for exploration.
DAY 13
I skip days not from laziness to write, but from overwork. The house took longer than I thought, but the result was also better than planned. Now I feel confident to go down the island without worrying that my equipment will be here.
But an event during these working days caught my attention and made me lose sleep. A frightening and increasing noise caught me by surprise when I was going to sleep. I have no idea what it might have been, nor want to know what it was, I would prefer to stay indoors. It must have been a visiting card of the natives, I can now see what awaits me.
What reassures me is that there are animals I'm used to seeing, like sheep, chickens, cows and wolves. It reminds me that I'm still on Earth and not somewhere far away in the universe and from everything that I know.
From here I do not know where I'll be writing this report. I am preparing equipment to start my exploration and do not know when I will return or even if I'll return. I have a weapon, food, protection, camera, notebook and materials to set up a more or less secure camp.
If something happens, my reports will end before the desired time, but I already leave you here my thanks for having accompanied me thus far. If I survive, you can be sure that many stories are coming.
DAY 28
If there's one thing which I cannot complain, it's the beauty of this place. I won't spend too many words to describe since a picture will explain better.
I left a trail marked with torches as I walked away from my shelter. After some miles traveled and some photos taken, I found an excellent place and I soon had the idea of building a new house. I had no time, and it wasn't in my plans to improve this place. It isn't very durable yet, but it's bigger and better than the one I left behind. Of course, I had to get my equipment, and make a change in a hurry. Besides unnecessary wear and wasted time, I think that it will be worth all that effort.
What's hampering my exploration is that winter is rigorous here, and the rains do not relent. I have to travel with many layers of clothing to protect myself from the cold, and with the weight of the backpack, and sometimes the weight of wet clothes, it doesn't take much time for me to get tired. My walks are filled with rest intervals, until I give up and go back home. I do not intend to get the flu or any other disease in this place. Natural medicine is not really my area, and if I become negligent, I could put this research into serious danger.
I still haven't found anything out of the ordinary, except that noise, and the noises I hear at night. Because of this, I realized that if I want to find something of value to this research, I will have to venture out during the moonlight. I have to find the source of these sounds. It doesn't look good, but it's part of my job to investigate, and putting that aside is out of the question.
Forgive me if I write too much without even having made many advances. It's part of my job to describe things, including uninteresting things so that they become interesting - I try at least! The fact is that I am alone in this place and in my moments of rest where my thoughts flow the strongest, I must write to prevent the occurrence of dangerous thoughts that provoke insanity.
DAY 31
Finally! I made a discovery that showed me two things: the first is that I managed to find a hidden cave; the second is that it was right below the house I built. This leads me to believe that exploration is not my strong point, but the fact is that I have advanced in my research, and that cave must be full of secrets, like they all told me.
I was returning from a walk - which by the way made me discover a beautiful beach! - When I saw a small opening at the bottom of the ravine where I built the new house. I got closer and saw it was a passageway that entered the middle of the mountain. I prepared some torches and explored it, but then I ran into stone; the end of the tunnel. Disappointed, I was turning back when I heard intriguing noises coming from below the surface; sounds similar to what I hear every night.
Without wasting any time, I grabbed my pickaxe and started the excavation. Day and night, sun and rain I went there, going deeper into the earth each time. And as I was descending, the noises were increasing. Something is near!
On one afternoon, after much work, I hit the stone with strength, and when it broke, revealed to me an even darker passage. A few more strokes of my pickaxe, and I soon realized that it was a cave! There was a sound I could distinguish: Bats. I saw some flying, and placed some torches around the cave to chase them away.
I could hardly guess what I was yet to discover. I took one more step into the cave, and almost slipped off a small cliff that would have cost me at least one leg. I regained balance quickly, and when I looked down, I saw a spider. But it wasn't a simple spider, it was half, if not exactly my size! If I had fallen, my leg would be the least of my worries! I couldn't believe what I saw, and I turned around. In a flash, I was already on the surface again.
I am an investigative journalist, and as such, have seen certain things in my lifetime, but such as this I have never seen, and I fear there are things even more frightening hiding down there. I'll have to prepare my eyes, heart, and equipment. I declare that the research has officially started!
DAY 34
I thought I would not write in this notebook ever again. During the time I did not report, I experienced things that I still do not believe.
Before leaving for the heart of the cave, I decided to hunt for some food because my storage was already running out. After I had everything tidied up, I grabbed my stuff, determined to confront the monster in that cave.
When I got there, I didn't hear any noises like before. It was like the warm before the storm. With the apparent calm, I decided to take a few more steps forward, even knowing that the spider had to be there, because she had nowhere to go. I kept saying to myself that there would be nothing, that it would be alright. It worked until I saw a shadow in the darkness. My body freezes, and I become static, immovable. As the shadow was moving closer, I dropped several torches on the ground, but quickly grabbed one and held it a little further ahead in order to improve my vision. I do not know if it was good or bad, because with the light I could see the spider, along with a few bats flying around.
My legs shook and my breath was short as it approached. Almost without force, I pulled out my sword with both hands, and pointed it at the spider - who am I to face it?)
I'm not like Indiana Jones, but I felt like I was in one of his adventures at that time, face to face with a giant spider. The bats didn't advance, but the spider did. She seemed to have no fear of light, and much less of my sword and myself. Her big red eyes sent chills down my spine, and I could see myself reflected in them, getting bigger.
Once she reached a certain distance, she seemed to shrink, lowering her body down. I didn't understand it at first, but in a quick flash I understood it was an attack. In the blink of an eye she jumped on me, showing her fangs, and I was able to avoid throwing my body to the side out of reflex. How lucky! But she was still right next to me and ready for another attack. Realizing that if I stayed standing there, I would take a mortal blow, so I tried to be faster, and swung the sword brusquely towards her, with anger and fear. She pulled back. I started to repeat the attacks several times, and she began to flee more and more. I didn't see where I was going, and I realized I was too far away from the light of the torch when the bats began to prepare to attack me with flyby passes.
I started to step backward, without taking my eyes of the spider, returning to the light. The creature stood for a moment, waiting for my action. Suddenly, the spider moved with extreme speed, and jumped on the wall to my right, setting up a ferocious attack. I, due to the extreme speed of the spider, make no reaction and lower my guard. Taking advantage of my hesitation, she jumps in my direction again, but this time I didn't escape, and I fell down with the spider on top. Her fangs were ready to unleash their venom, but with a stroke of my sword, I blocked the attack.
My defense seemed to harm her, as she retreated in haste. I realized it was my time, and advanced, convinced that I would emerge victorious from this battle. Getting closer, I stretched out my sword, hitting her on the head. I could hardly breathe, and soon the bats began to attack. I moved away from the light again, giving a few blows to the air, but it was pointless. What was left for me was to get our of there. I had wasted my torches, and was now defenseless against the bats.
With the feat I entered the cave with, there was not room in my mind to remember the way I was going, and although it was not far, it was enough that I was not able to find my way back. I was lost.
Knowing that it was raining, at least when I entered the cave, I sought places that neared the surface. I had to be quick because the bats would not leave me alone, and any slip might take a toll that could cost my life.
After a while of climbing rocks, I began to hear the sounds of rain. I was getting close! I rushed and saw that I was very lucky to find a way without having to break any stone in the dark. The best part was that it was close to home, across the river. I didn't have to walk too much after all that.
I recovered enough after a few days to be able to report the incident. I went from an investigative journalist to a killer of giant spiders! Of course I also spent hours celebrating my move.
This is just the beginning of my work, however exhausting, that's the truth. Many things are yet to come...
DAY 37
After winning that epic fight with the spider, I returned to the cave confident and fearless. I wanted to explore a little more and calmly.
I walked, walked and walked and always found one more corridor to explore. One corridor that I followed took me to a huge rift and down there I could see waterfalls and lava pits. A view beautiful and scary at the same time. Across the rift could not see anything, completely dark.
But the best was yet to come! A few more walks revealed me veins of precious ores. Iron, coal and even gold. No more to burn wood for cook or use leather protection. I got a great improvement as a reward for having faced that horrible monster.
I spent a few days down there picking all I managed to find. My eyes sparkled to each stroke with the pickaxe and each piece of ore that fell on the floor. I'm rich!
I will keep pieces of these stones next to the pot where I reserve a piece of the giant spider that I have to take to research. Things of scientists... But nothing to hoodwink myself because I have a lot more of research to do. So here I end my chat.
DAY 43
I've been here a little over a month, I cannot say I'm completely adapted but I got used to this place. In my explorations, I found that the compositions of the soil, fauna and flora are no different from what we're used to seeing, at least not apparently. Nothing unusual or unknown. I found peaceful animals, the grass has the same smell, the trees are the same ... even then, I gathered some samples, it’s part of the job.
But I can say with all certainty that in the depths of this land lives something very different than anything we've ever seen. Down in that cave, I felt going into another world. Not only for the spider, but the whole environment exuded an atmosphere, an unusual feeling.
Even when I was extracting minerals, brimming of joy, couldn’t escape from this odd feeling. And by the way, I believe that in the coming days I'll finish the exploration of this cave. I took pictures, ore and samples. I didn’t find anything more unusual. I'll do one more walk through it when I have finished the job and if nothing else calls my attention, it will be deactivated.
Ah, and now has entered the spring! The weather has improved a bit, was tired of the cold and rain... argh! Now I can explore more and take better pictures. Stay tuned for more news.
DAY 45
Forget what I said about not having anything unusual on the surface of the island. Yesterday something surreal happened to me once more. And now I was in my own house!
It was night and I was packing my things that have begun to pile up and creating a big mess. First, start listening to the noises that have become trivial for me. I confess it was a little different that day, but did not care.
Then I hear the first "TUM!" It came from the door. I jumped and lost my concentration on what I was doing. - Visit here? Who could it be? - I inquired. I decided to get up and look out the window. What I saw was actually a person and not even being a giant spider or a creature from another world, it scared me the same as I should be the only person on that island.
Came the second beat, stronger. I could not see properly, the person was right next to the door. And the noise started to scare me. Definitely was not the same that was used to hearing the other nights.
- Shall I open the door? It may be a native, must have a lot of information from which I can make good use. - I kept thinking. At that time, many things went through my head ... The principal ones were the surprise of discovery of not being the only human in that place and the excruciating curiosity to know what brought him to my door.
To that curiosity had end, would to answer it. And I did. I got up and went toward the door. I hesitated a bit before touching the doorknob but finally opened. And to my amazement ... or relief, there was nobody! I closed the door immediately and I looked out the window. Empty. I grabbed my notebook, ready to record the newest mystery. I was with the stylus touching the sheet when I hear the sound of breaking glass.
- The window! - I thought. And I was right. A humanoid creature broke the window behind me and I panicked, ran without even dropping the notebook of the hand. At the door, I remembered that would have no chance without a sword. I went back and picked it up instantly.
It was never my custom to use a weapon. Nor never needed. I often say that my natural weapons are a notebook and a pen. With them I cause my greatest damage, but only to those that deserve ...
With sword in hand, I put my notebook in my backpack and left without looking back toward the darkness of the night. I had no plan in mind, all I wanted was to get out of there alive. Opening the door, I ran into a being similar to that who broke the window. For be preventing my escape route, gave it a push, knocking him backward. He was slow and, taking advantage of it , I attack and leave it lying on the ground. It looked human, but I can not say for sure if it really was.
It did not seem a good idea to have run away from home into that unknown land, guided only by moonlight and fear. A few steps later I saw bizarre creatures as a skeleton archer who shot me an arrow that passed close to my ear. Behind me was a being who had only seen in movies or fantastic stories, a zombie. I knew now that being which I killed when I was leaving home was human, or at least was.
My eyes could not believe the things that were around me. Ran desperately, sometimes zigzagging to dodge arrows. One advantage is that I seemed to run more than the creatures, but avoided looking back and lose sight of what lay ahead of me.
Everything was going relatively well when there is an animal, greenish color in my line. There was not much time to observe, but seemed to have no arms and no legs, had short feet that blocked my path. Thought I was lost everything, I was surrounded.
ZUM! Another arrow went on millimeters of me. Almost miraculously spotted a lake to my left and I saw a light in the bottom. I had no time to think if it was seeing a light or not. I ran towards it and just threw my body into the water and swam to the bottom of the lake, towards the light.
I was almost breathless when I am sucked into the hole where the light came, it was a very well hidden cave. And when I compose myself of the fall, I saw that it had no way out. - I died. - I thought. And after that I thought in the notebook I had kept inside the backpack. But its material prevented the entry of water, it was fine. While me, I was at the end of the line ...
All I did was sit and wait for what would become of me. Not heard any more noise and after a while, I took courage to approach the exit and take a look. Nothing. - They can not swim! I'm saved! Relieved, I walk to the end of the cave and make myself in home . I would be there until sunrise.
In certain moments, I thought in the luck I had and happiness of not having found death yet and in others moments could not stop thinking about my lack of prudence by failing to fortify my house. These thoughts are intercalated, creating an almost bipolar feeling since I was now without a safe place to continue my research, if I ever had one. But I was still alive.
After a long time and some naps, I could see the light through the water, indicating that the sun was born. And then I finish writing here for today because it's time to leave this place and see how things are out there.
DAY 48
Things seem to have gotten out of control here. I write now from inside an improvised cubicle with a bed of stone and without any notion of where I am. To understand what I went through, I'll start where I left off the other day...
I walked toward the water and started to swim back to the surface, leaving that cave. It was not easy but I came alive. I was sitting for a while to catch my breath and was when I had a snap: - How this cave was illuminated? Who put torches down there? It was a question I could not answer for more than I thought in one or another hypothesis.
At least, everything seemed to be calm. No more of those monsters were in sight. Do not know if it was good to come home, but had to return. My equipment was there.
I got up slowly and once I was standing, I hear something like a wick of dynamite being consumed by the spark. - A bomb?! - I look around looking for the place where it comes the noise and find right next to me that green monster that encountered before. He seemed to inflate and shone. The noise came from him.
When I realized I was running through the forest. Fleeing again... Another creature of the same species came a little later. I strike a blow with the sword by instinct. I do not know if I killed him, but it sure left him weakened, it stopped following me. But there were others.
In that moment I was blind, my legs were running automatically. Only realized something when I found myself falling and feeling the pain of the impact with the ground. I had fallen into a hole. Up there I heard several explosions and fragments falling over me. I Would not have minded if hadn't fallen small stones that hit my head causing a small cut.
Brace myself before more things falls and start to hang torches to illuminate the place. Does not seemed to be a cave, although it had stones everywhere. It was worked stones with organized corridors. Clearly were traces of human construction and not of nature, as I had found previously. And unlike that cave at the bottom of the lake, this had no mysterious lighting.
I spent quite a while walking along those corridors. My torches were running out, which meant I could not walk much more with the help of light. The place looked more like a maze; a few times I was lost and with me was growing an agony. - What is this place? - I wondered until I started to feel my eyes getting heavy. I hardly noticed, but many hours had passed and I needed a place to rest. An exit I was sure I wouldn’t find, at least not anytime soon.
What I did was look for a place with more space and when I found I rode my camp and put some planks to close the entrance and I kept silent. Tried to sleep, but despite the sleep I just could not. I was in an unfamiliar place and not knowing if would come out alive from there. But my body begged for rest and my mind struggled to keep me alert, awake and desperate.
That's how I arrived at this place and that's how I am now: fighting against myself and against the unknown. I felt safe in this land and that was my biggest mistake. I never belonged to this place and nor it to me, now I paid the price. I just hope that all my work was not in vain.
DAY 49
I didn't tell you this yet, but my stay here will last for exactly 60 days and at the end of that period, I must be in the same place where I landed, when the sun is at its peak and without delay. If I delay, they are ordered to leave, assuming that I'll be dead... I have doubts of their hope in me. But do not blame them, after all I also doubt me.
Needless to mention that I have to submit my reports and everything else that was agreed. I have no idea how I will accomplish this in view of my current situation. Situation, indeed, that got even worse. Let me tell you now.
When I finally won of my mind and I fell asleep, a loud bang accompanied by a violent tremor made me wake up completely confused. I could not stand up because of the intense shaking of the place and I had to remain standing there until it was over.
The walls around me began to crack and crumble into blocks on the floor. Soon I thought in the ceiling and tried to drag me into a corner. Shortly thereafter no longer see anything. It seemed that the whole place had collapsed. A large amount of dust filled the air and when it lowered, I realized that I was stuck and had lost my materials and equipment from the camp. All was left was the backpack and what had within: a few torches, food, notebook, camera and some water bottles.
When I conform with my wave of bad luck - has been the time when I could say get lucky here! - I noticed a noise that did not have before. This island seems alive, a different and intermittent sound every hour flows through the land. From the surface and depths, but down here the thing looks worse.
The fact is that I was getting with bouts of claustrophobia and had to think of a way to free myself. I still had my tools and sword. Gathering them from the rubble, I tried to hit the rocks with a pick to try to open a hole that could pass. This will take a few days if all goes well.
DAY 54
I was in my last gasps of energy, trying to open a passage amid the rubble until I noticed a crack on a stone. It was enough to give me encouragement to continue a little longer. My attempts until there did not seem to cause much discomfort to those stones that were piled.
Aiming at the crack for a while, I dropped a huge piece of stone and with that piece fell a lot of others smaller ones, starting a second cloud of dust that made me cough for a long time, feeling my throat close. I covered my nose and mouth with my shirt and waited.
My heart leaped when I see that had opened a passage of considerable size. Didn't know where it would lead, but at least it would take me away from that terrifying cubicle. I took what was left of my stuff, which was not much, and left.
Passing through the hole that had opened, I see shadows going back and forth. It was very dark. I took the single torch that had left and held it, stretching my arm slightly forward to see better. With the other hand I was holding the sword, my inseparable friend on this island.
When I raised the torch, I saw a horde of zombies and at the same time they also saw me. I seemed to be in a room, the walls were a bit different from what I had seen when I fell here. It had mosses everywhere that descended from the ceiling and gave a greenish coloring to that environment. In the middle of this room, I saw a box of twisted metal so I could see what was inside by a small square. Inside was a flame, but the strange thing was that it seemed not to emit light.
It was a lot going on at the same time and by my distraction, I ended up leaving the zombies get too close. As I got rid of one, another was already face to face with me, I could feel his smell infesting my nostrils, where would not leave for anything. Within one attack and another, I looked at the box and around it saw a smoke arise suddenly that revealed another zombie, right there in front of me, as if he had been teleported.
If it were not crazy enough, I realized that the monsters which I had eliminated were not on the floor anymore, where they should be. In their place, I saw remnants of smoke fading into the darkness above.
After lose focus for a moment in front of all this strangeness, I came to myself and knew that if I did not run away, would be doomed to fight until my body give up, because there would not stop to appear monsters and deliver it to them was not by no means in my plans. So I did. Now, imagine what is to run away in an unknown and dark place , armed with a torch threatening to go off, a sword almost blunt due to overuse - never thought I would come to this point - and breath of the death blowing in your neck.
I turned to one side and bumped with rocks blocking the path. So I returned, dodged and fought to open a new path and went back to seek another corridor. If those monsters were a little faster I would not have a chance to survive.
At one point I found a corridor that stretched as far as my eyes could reach, and at its end, I could see a point of light - Light! It was the push I needed to keep running and as I neared the end, the light was increasing. Soon it moved from a point to a beam which indicated an opening. Who would say that the same collapse that trapped me moments before would be the same that would save me? It's what they call irony of fate.
The important thing is that I had gotten rid of that place and was now in the middle of a forest, maybe the same I had entered when I fled from those suicides green beasts. Now I could go home, finally. The sun was setting and if I took too long to start walking, would be at the mercy of the night, which is not a good thing here. Guided by the sky and its constellations, thanks to my ability to scout, I went in the direction they pointed me to go.
After a while, I saw amid the tall trees, the signal tower that I had built right next to the house. No monster in sight, I was safe... Once more. I was so tired that I could not even celebrate or feel anything appropriate for the situation. Had come home.
I noticed a huge mess. The broken glass of the window, my things scattered on the floor and what shocked me more: my samples were gone! All I had collected was lost. For more serious than it was, I shrugged and disassembled in the bed without thinking of anything else.
Day 28 and 31 are finished! Could someone tell me if there's too much mistakes (if someone has read already).. I really need this feedback because I don't know if I'm posting an almost nonsense text Thanks!
Um, not be rude, but is there purposely no title? Did you just not come up with one?
well, the original title was "Investigation Report" but for some reason I didn't like this, so due a lack of inspiration for another one I came up with Untitled that to me was a fine one (one of my favorites films has this name).
about the story, I'll try to translate another part to post today but I can't garantee. Hope you guys are enjoying
The day 45 wasn't well revised, so probably there's more mistakes than usual, sorry! I'll try to fix this later. Motivation is starting to fade out, due no criticism at all
Nice story. I love the storyline, and the ideas. I'll help you with the mistakes in it as soon as I have time. (That is, right now.) Something that may help improve your writing would be to look at some of the stories on minefic. I'm not saying you really need to improve, but your English is, well, (please don't take this as an insult) not very good. Though that's fine, since your first language isn't English, and I actually wouldn't expect you to be so good at it, but whatever.
@Minxe:
Thanks for your words my good sir! This story was kind of an experience to post here and I was totally blind about the spelling mistakes. My english is not good as you've noticed and I will try to improve as soon as I can.
I have read another fanfics around here and they all are amazing, including yours! Also sc1020, dragontyron, Gerffen and others good authors. But my knowledge of English prevents me from having a good read, unfortunately. I keep reading them though! Like you said, this has helped me to learn better and will be a good tool to improve my grammar. Once more, thanks for the help!

You have already improved! Sorry it's been so long since I've helped you, I'll get right to it, and then I won't be back for a while.
Well, day 48 didn't came as soon as I thought... But I didn't give up, I just had much things to do in this meantime. I'll try to release the next day in these coming days, but I can't garantee, once more. Also Minxe has revised two more days! Thank you!

PROLOGUE:
DAY 1
They left me with only this notebook to take notes, photography equipment to record discoveries, and a chest to store my belongings.
DAY 7
In the following days I spent the whole time looking for resources to enhance my hovel and improve my tools.
DAY 13
But an event during these working days caught my attention and made me lose sleep.
DAY 28
I left a trail marked with torches as I walked away from my shelter.
DAY 31
I was returning from a walk - which by the way made me discover a beautiful beach!
DAY 34
Before leaving for the heart of the cave, I decided to hunt for some food because my storage was already running out.
DAY 37
I walked, walked and walked and always found one more corridor to explore.
DAY 43
But I can say with all certainty that in the depths of this land lives something very different than anything we've ever seen.
DAY 45
It was night and I was packing my things that have begun to pile up and creating a big mess.
DAY 48
I walked toward the water and started to swim back to the surface, leaving that cave.
DAY 49
Needless to mention that I have to submit my reports and everything else that was agreed.
DAY 54
Aiming at the crack for a while, I dropped a huge piece of stone and with that piece fell a lot of others smaller ones, starting a second cloud of dust that made me cough for a long time, feeling my throat close.
FINAL DAY IS COMING!
well, the original title was "Investigation Report" but for some reason I didn't like this, so due a lack of inspiration for another one I came up with Untitled that to me was a fine one (one of my favorites films has this name).
about the story, I'll try to translate another part to post today but I can't garantee. Hope you guys are enjoying
Day 49 released and the revised version now came to the day 34! I need to say that the story is walking to its end, stay tuned
