Hello my name is M'aarak. I am an elf. My parents died when i was a young boy so I had to learn to survive on my own. I was in the woods one day hunting when I found a small village filled with other elves. One young elven couple saw that I was starving and tired and took me to their house. I have lived with them ever since. One day when I was out doing my chores for the day a courier ran up to me. "you have a letter sir." I was puzzled. "from who?" I said. "She never said, all she said was that it was important that you were given this." He handed me a letter and ran off. I opened the letter and to my surprise this is what it said: Hello son, Its me your mother. I know you are probably wondering how I sent you this letter when you saw me and your father burn to death right in front of you. If you want answers please meet me where our house used to be located. You will have to go through the forest to get here even though by now you have been told to never go into the forest. Please come and find me. Love, Mom." It was a letter from mom! That's not possible she is dead! how can this be? I can't believe it. I have to go find her. Wait, she said I have to go through the forest to find her. I have been told never to go in there for there are nasty creatures who won't hesitate to kill me. What if its just an imperial trap? After all they are the ones who set my house on fire killing my parents. If I am to go to the ruins of my house I best not travel alone. I will need to assemble a group of strong fighters. People who will be willing to venture through the forest possibly to their demise. Its settled then I will ask around the village and assemble a group of people.
