Hey MC Forum! It's me, Figgles (or tafdsga1 whatever you want), again with another story. If you have read any of my previous story Down the Shafts, this is going to be similar but in better standards and writing technique/grammar-punctuation usage. Hopefully you all will enjoy, and if so I will write until there is no more left to write, and possibly even make a sequel! The idea is going to be Minecraft elements mixed with real world stuff. I hope you have as much fun reading as I do writing. See ya in the comments!
Chapter One:
I woke up one morning in the middle of a desert. I stood up, stretched my legs, and looked off into the endless miles of sand. "How the hell did I get here?" I thought to myself. To my left were some cacti, and to my right was a small pond. "Man I could use a drink."
As I walked closer and closer to the pond, I started hearing increasingly loud noises. It sounded as if someone, or something, was drinking. Getting down on all fours, I crawled the rest of the way and peered over the small cliff. Sitting there, drinking with cupped hands, was a girl. She looked to be about fifteen, with jet black hair and, to my surprise, green eyes. I lay there and watched her drink for a while, until I could feel the heat on my back.
I yelled out, "Hey, you there! Hi! My name is Zach. What's your name?" The girl looked up at me in horror, and turned around.
"No wait!" I yelled, as she ran off into the desert. I jumped up off the ground and chased after her, only to realize she was no where in sight. "Aw come on! Where'd she go?" I turned in circles frantically, trying to find even the most minute flash of motion. There was nothing moving but some sand particles blowing in the wind.
