Existance as we know it was created through a vast explosion that sent all sorts of particles of varying sizes careening through the air -- some believe it was a big fart that Notch had after eating some mexican food. Eventually, a large asteroid collection formed, and a comet hit it and created an atmosphere. Bacteria created dirt, grass, plants, and trees over time. Evolution turned microscopic beings into large slimey creatures that evolved into pigs, cows, chickens, ocelots, wolves, silverfish and spiders.
An alien race known to us as the creepers came from another dimension and settled it. Not having arms, they used their ships and machines to build for them and establish a colony. They experimented with DNA and created pigmen, which became very violent and destroyed many of the aliens.
These aliens reproduced quite rapidly, so their form of fighting was to blow themselves up. The aliens and pigmen had a long brutal war, which destroyed all of the alien machinery and mining operation, and whilst aliens lived in shadow from then on and came to the surface at night to take revenge, the pigmen flourished and evolved.
PART TWO: THE NETHER
The Nether was around before the world of Minecraft with trees and grass. It is a planet that is extremely hot and encased by impenetrable rock. It consisted of fiery elemental creatures that built fortresses and large balloon-like aliens who spat fireballs at intruders. It normally had no zombie pigmen, but is now filled with them and I will explain why.
PART TWO: EVOLUTION AND DISEASE
2/3 of the pigmen evolved, while the rest stayed the same. Some evolved into steves, AKA humans, strong creatures with dark skin who fought and built and mined, establishing empires and conquering the landscape. Some evolved into testificates, paler and larger nosed weaker but more intelligent creatures who are incapable of defending themselves and live in small hidden communities on the surface. And the rest stayed underground.
Eventually, a terrible disease ravaged the pigmen who lived underground. It spread very quickly, and all of the pigmen had nowhere to run except the Nether portals, and they all went in and were infected or killed because the world of the Nether is hostile and dangerous. Despite being zombies, they were still able to reproduce, so they did. And they came back out of the portals to infect mankind.
Eventually, mankind destroyed the zombie pigmen and the portals, but the infection raged on in the overworld and still lives. The disease has grown more powerful from spreading to man, making skeletons live on until they are destroyed.

PART FOUR: THE SHADOW
In a far away dimension known as the End, there are tall slender magical creatures who want us to be wiped out. They can fight powerfully, but prefer to spy on us and leave traps. It is believed that they left the first nether portal that ended up wiping out the pigman race and leaving the zombie disease in the Overworld, and that they are also responsible for creating dungeons and strongholds. This world is older than time, and only the bravest and most powerful of men can enter and leave it alive. It is guarded by a dragon who has been corrupted by dark magic and left to dwell there for an eternity.
Endermen only build because they are fascinated with our world. They do not want to destroy it. But they want to destroy us, and create a new End dimension. They have been sighted rarely, and those who see it are locked away and considered crazy.
PART FIVE: THE TESTIFICATES
Nobody knows much about testificates. They are very intelligent, and those who have met them often trade with them. But it is known that they are helpless, and cannot fend for themselves. Mankind and pigmen find themselves under assault by all night time creatures because of their murderous tendencies towards them in the past, but most creatures leave testificates alone. Zombies want their brains though.
Some men have claimed in the past that when they do meet testificates, the testificates ask them to build golems out of iron and snow to defend them -- possibly an invention originating from creepers.
TL;DR: Creepers are aliens who got pwned, zombies and skeletons happened because infection, pigmen were all zombified by zombies and beaten away into the Nether, the Endermen are responsible for everything bad happening and want us dead but fight more like scientists than warriors, the Nether is an entirely different planet, and I believe in the big bang theory.
