This thread is based off the SCP Foundation, but how it would be and what would be contained within it in the Minecraft universe. I will update this whenever I find ideas for MCBs. MCB-001 "Herobrine"
MCB-001 in containment.

Special Containment Procedures: MCB-001 is to be kept in a 5 x 5 meter containment cell made from solid iron blocks. No personnel are to enter MCB-001's containment without level five (5) approval. Only G-Class are allowed to enter MCB-001 under surveillance, and only for testing purposes.
Description: MCB-001 is a humanoid half African-American half Caucasian male two meters in height, one hundred sixty three pounds in weight. MCB-001 has no pupils or veins in either eyes, his eyes are completely solid white. MCB-001 always wears a cyan blue shirt, purple pants, and grey shoes. If any clothing worn by MCB-001 is removed or replaced, it will reappear on MCB-001 within 24 hours.
MCB-001 is extremely hostile. He will attack any humans in sight. He refuses to kill animals, such as pigs, cows, sheep, and chicken. Hostile mobs such as skeletons and zombies do not attack him. He will make no attempts to escape his containment unless he sees a human outside. MCB-001 is unable to break blocks with hand, but using a tool, he can.
MCB-001 can communicate when not in view of humans. Like using a microphone, camera, etc. When in view of humans, MCB-001 will not talk at all, and remain completely silent, and in rare cases of attacking, MCB-001 will yell out a loud cry or shreak. (Very similar to a Ghast's shreak.)
MCB-001 also has amazing powers. He can hover and fly in midair. He can create fire and lava from thinair. He can strike lighting anywhere on demand. And he can teleport to any destination within a three mile radius, although he never attempts to teleport away from containment.
MCB-001 was first discovered in Alpha v1.0.██_02 in the foggy distance by American Minecraft user ██████. MCB-001 was seen again by multiple minecraft users randomly until Beta 1.6.6 where no sightings were reported about MCB-001. He was found again in Beta 1.8.1 by two British minecraft users ████████ & ██████. MCB-001 was taken by the Foundation and contained in Minecraft Beta 1.9 Pre-release. The capture of MCB-001 caused the death of four MCB Agents, and severely wounded three. Shortly before his capture, SCP Agents spotted MCB-001 burning down a Testificate village.

MCB-001: I must... (mumbles)

Dr. █████: We could bring you some porkchops or steak whenever you are hungry. Would that stop you from attacking-
MCB-001: DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND?! I'M DIFFERENT! I can't! I can't eat normal food! I can't eat at all!
Dr. █████: But you just said you become hungry and must eat.
MCB-001: When I said I hunger, I mean the hunger to kill and cause destruction! Stay away from me! Stay away!

Description: MCB-020 is a humanoid Albino Creeper male two meters in height, one hundred sixty three pounds in weight. MCB-020 has no whites in his eyes, his eyes are completely solid red. MCB-001 always wears a silk tuxedo with gold buttons, and black shoes. If any clothing worn by MCB-020 is removed or replaced, it will reappear on MCB-020 within 24 hours.
MCB-020 is extremely hostile. He will attack any creature in sight that will not help him. Zombies, Skeletons, Spiders, and Creepers will not attack him. He will also attempt to escape containment.
MCB-020 can communicate at all times, however he won't do it too much when attacking.
MCB-020 also has amazing powers. He can summon the dead to aid him in battle and controls an area of Minecraftia called the Sands.
MCB-020 started out as Professor Grizwold's apprentice, until killed by a creeper. He was buried in the Sands, which mutated him into the humanoid Albino Creeper. He was then resurrected by Satan and gave the power to control the Sands. He also has a grudge against two British Minecraft users, ██████ & ████████. Since then, those two users have been trying to defeat MCB-020. However, once they started buiding a Jaffa Cake Factory in Tekkit, we captured MCB- 020 while trying to destroy a desert oasis.
