All good things come to an end, but Minefic was more than just a good thing. It was a great thing. It was more than just pieces of writing being pasted on a thread. It was a community. Minefic got my story booming, and I hope that all people will remember this and still use it.
Minefic will still live in our stories, though not the same. We will not forget what Farteh16 did to bring all of us writers together. From a simple story to a giant list of them, Minefic is an eternal memory.
No... I'm serious, some of us (those of us that are not going on a three month hiatus to Greece, that is) should band together to manage another Minefic thread.
And... by the way... Farteh, I'm so happy that you created the Literature sub-topic almost singlehandedly. ((WORD CREATION FAIL!))

I didn't know! I'm very saddened by the loss of the very long list of amazing stories. Even though I'm a newcomer to the Literature forums, this was a great and thriving thread. It will be missed. Even with the new MineFic: Legacy, the original left a legacy of its own. Good luck on anything else you do Farteh!

I am very, sad and shocked that Minefic is discontinued. This was created by you Farteh16, you spent a lot of time on it, and it just breaks! It doesn't seem fair. Of course, the new thread (managed by Lich Lord in honour sc1020) helps out on the things that now are amiss, but it is not Minefic. Call me crazy, but I have grown attached to this. I had fun talking with other writers about writing, stories and Minecraft.
So. I felt that I had to say that.
If it means anything to you, I name you a Second degree Lich Lord in honour, Farteh16.

Minefic broke? That's a real shame. I remember posting an old story on here at one point. Ah well. At least Farteh16 already helped get a Literature section made, and that's the main thing.
Feel free to leave your comments. Or criticisms, I suppose, if they're constructive. Almost anything really, unless it's an outright threat. In that case I'd prefer you put it in a private message.
