Before anyone asks, I bet that the plague turned pigmen in to horrid zombies, slimes that entered were also infected making them magma cubes, and this also happened to cows making them peacful mooshrooms (they were infected by the plague making lands mushroom areas, ergo Mooshrooms).
The Ender Dragon needs to play a bigger role in this, since a ghast is relatively weak, and has nothing to do with a dragon, the Ender Dragon needs its own story. I always imagined it as a malevolent god/demon and the Endermen as its followers. The Ender Dragon egg is its soul when destroyed, after his mortal body has been eliminated, leaving the immortal soul. It would send its followers (Endermen) down to the Overworld to destroy any humans, as he was taunted by their ablity to be creative rather then destructive, but he was cursed to live in the End for eternity by an unnamed benevolent god, due to his destructive and vengeful nature. He may have taken the pigmen opening portals and the Nether being destroyed to create a gateway into his dimension, sending his followers to destroy anyone who apposes him.
If you do use this idea, tweak it as you wish. I just thought a mob as big, dangerous, and important as the Ender Dragon would need a bit of a better explanation rather then a "Mutated Ghast"
this is pretty good. But who would their "god be"? And why does he take the form of a dragon? And who is the larger god who trapped him there?
just a thought: you mention 'nether beings' does that mean that Blazes & Magma cubes are remnants of the nether civilisation? you could add in some background for them. for example: Blaze's were the nether civilisation's robots etc.
Can I join? I'm good with redstone, and I can also play as an actor. I made a vending machine, a few traps, an original mob grinder, all that good stuff.
This is pretty good, though there are a few things I don't like.
1. Humans being all greedy and not as good as the pigmen. Of course people are greedy in real life but that isn't all there is to them.
2. Creepers always being evil and wanting to kill everyone. The idea of an entire race being evil all the time has always bugged me.
3. I feel you should have done more with the '11' music disc. "Creepers were messing with people" kind of seems like you couldn't think of a more interesting idea.
Otherwise, pretty great origin story. I like it, and it makes sense.

This is pretty good, though there are a few things I don't like.
1. Humans being all greedy and not as good as the pigmen. Of course people are greedy in real life but that isn't all there is to them.
2. Creepers always being evil and wanting to kill everyone. The idea of an entire race being evil all the time has always bugged me.
3. I feel you should have done more with the '11' music disc. "Creepers were messing with people" kind of seems like you couldn't think of a more interesting idea.
Otherwise, pretty great origin story. I like it, and it makes sense.
