This is great! Although I feel the ghast story is a little weak. Them being always angry seems a little off. idk. what's to say that the overworld can't infect the ghasts and blazes? I always thought that the blazes looked like humans, a bit. maybe they're the humans that went through with the pigmen?
Well in most stories Ghasts aren't even mentioned! I think if your world was angry, you could die in a few attacks and people (in this case creepers) want to enslave you, you'd be pretty angry too.

And humans don't give a damn about portals and science. Just materials. Also wanted the humans to not be the main protagonists, to make a more original thing.

lol... C418 had no involvement on developing, he just did the sounds and music. Creepers were created when Notch tried to do a pig and the model glitched badly, making the body we now love (to hate).
All used to live peacefully with the Ghasts. When the accident happened, they just wanted to take revenge on everything else, because they couldn't contain their rage.
Also, why are the creepers and ghasts so sad, and what brought up the recent upbringing of the hipos? Was it because it stopped being perpetual full moons?
EDIT: Nevermind, the ghasts are sad because of the end, and the creepers are not actually sad.
And also, I created a short story partly based off of yours, which tells more about the hipos/slimes, and tells why the magma cubes are there. It's called The story of the slimes. Sorry if this counts as advertising.

Great story! I love slimes.
I never really saw Stargate, but pigmen are pretty advanced too. They invented toasters.
All of these are just gamplay elements.
