My theory for enchanting is that pigmen left behind many valuable things in their entering of the Nether, one of which was their written knowledge of how to impove tools and armor. Books around the enchanting/enhancement table serve as extra knowledge, often containing ways to improve tools and armor in different or superior ways. Pigmen were extremely intelligent, so they could use this table easily, but humans need to learn the anatomies of creatures (via killing them) in order to learn how best to improve their items against them.

i feel like the endermen built them after they mutated to appease the ghast(dragon) but they built a flaw into it for anyone who was unlucky enough to enter the end so they could destroy the crystals and then the dragon.

Which would be extremely unoriginal and so I won't add it to my story. Both Notch being in it (I mean, he's a developer not a fictional character!) and the "larger god" (which is on everyone's story already).
WHY SKELETONS AND ZOMBIES BURN IN DAYLIGHT:
They are undead creatures, and their bodies can't handle the heat of the sun. They could survive sunlight in some other, further-from-the-sun dimension.

ENDER CRYSTALS:
The Enderdragon made these by summoning bedrock, glass, diamond and fire. The healing ability was from summoned advanced brewery.
NETHER BEINGS:

They are the dead souls of two creatures; Squids or Creepers. The creeper's dead souls had their device built in to them, but with the flying effect of the Ghast, they could shoot fireballs. FIREBALLS DO NOT FLY, THEY ARE MERELY SHOT WITH HIGH FORCE USING THE GHAST'S GUNPOWDER. Squids have this implemented because of the plague.
[b]MAGMA CUBES:[/b]
Slimes that entered Nether Portals were effected by the plague, making them much more susceptible to change-by-lava. Every Slime in the Nether eventually touched lava, sucking the molten rock into their gelatinous bodies, giving them a burning core and rock.
[b]BLAZES:[/b]
They are souls of killed-undead beings. (oxymoron!)
Nether Fortress orders are: Kill any outsiders.
Ever since the incident, Blaze spawners never heard a command change. They merely attack you because the new ones were NEVER there the whole time to hear any new orders.
Zombie Pigman were done. XP
