What if the magma cubes were Slimes that came with the pigmen and their bodies were modified because of the elements and lava of the Nether? their bodies got so modified that they now have a heat as a heart.
That would explain why they act like slimes when creating others when they die.

I think you give too much credit to the creepers. I think that they are the ones that are becoming extinct. Even though humans may be few and far between, and fight amongst themselves, the human's ability to work together to satiate their lust for wealth will create a new empire for humans to crawl up to the top... especially since the "extremely educated" pigmen aren't around anymore.
This is pretty good, though there are a few things I don't like.
1. Humans being all greedy and not as good as the pigmen. Of course people are greedy in real life but that isn't all there is to them.
2. Creepers always being evil and wanting to kill everyone. The idea of an entire race being evil all the time has always bugged me.
3. I feel you should have done more with the '11' music disc. "Creepers were messing with people" kind of seems like you couldn't think of a more interesting idea.
Otherwise, pretty great origin story. I like it, and it makes sense.

There are people out there that truly believe that entire peoples are evil/bad, and I feel bad for those people because they have had only bad experiences with those peoples. I think maybe the creepers are one of the people that have had only bad experiences with humans so they think their only option is to blow themselves up to "try" and kill the humans. And the same applies for most other intelligent species in Minecraft.

Creepers sure aren't becoming extinct. They're in the billions, far outmatching humans. And think of how many times someone was blow up by a creeper - respawning isn't part of the lore, just a game mechaninc. So humans are becoming extinct.
Since your whole argument is based on the human's ability to respawn, I guess this is irrelevant.

-Dungeons were built by creepers. All creepers want is to erradicate the other species, so they invented spawners and used chests as bait.
I smell a plot hole. Creepers made the spawners, but creepers cannot spawn in spawners. The only monsters that can spawn in them, came later after the Nether issue.

you can only move the speed of light within space, however as far as we know space itself can do whatever the hell it wants
something about their slitting into smaller forms, something about the magma cube division from the main line(somewhere about the time the pigmen were infected) which might have something to do with how they constantly split causing a genetic mutation to quickly spread throughout a community.
slimes were peaceful and before the time of the nether invasion they had a very slight friendship with the pig men so some went through to close the portals. While in the nether some were infected by the nether plague and the virus changed their genome. As time went on the changed slimes could survive better in nether conditions than the originals could. After enough splits the nether slimes outnumbered, and then eventually replaced the green slimes in the nether. in the other world the slimes who didn't journey retreated back to their underground home

(i love slimes too) the slimes discovered that the humans found them and scared of losing their slimeballs they leaved the world and traveled to the nether where they became to transform into infected slimes (not mangma cubes) but wanting more power (because the re corrupted ) they started to melt whith the lava and magma cubes born
i also want you to talk about enchanting it would be cool an someone needs to make a video about this story or at least a custom map you re awesome
