I just gotta say, you completely screwed up the ending there.
I mean, he just falls into sn empty dark conciousness and never even sees Sarah again? Messed up.
You could have made it so they die and go into elesium or whatever together.

The idea was to make it realistic, and simultaneously show that not everyone gets a happy, or even bearable, ending.

Plus this is good material for a sequel. (Whoops)

So I found a folder on the iPhone app called submissions, and saw that the reason this didn't get in before was because there was a proper way to submit. So I did it again a few days ago, and I'm hoping that they'll put it in. According so someone I know who did this, they don't reply to emails and just put it into the app, so I'm waiting for the next update so see if it gets in. I'm waiting until some more people discover this to start the sequel, as I feel that if I do it now I could end up going the wrong way when people start coming in later. The poll is just a little too even right now, and I want to make sure I have more of a majority rule about this. Although for the moment, I'm kind of leaning towards a Minecraft-based story.

We'll find out in a couple of weeks, I guess.

I've just heard some distressing news. IMBA Entertainment replied to my submission with the following:

We regret to announce that Mojang team has asked us to remove our app for the AppStore. Therefore, Minecraft Pro will be deleted soon and will no longer be updated.

So I guess that's it. The app is going down, and the submission won't go in. The good news, however, is that now I won't be waiting for people to be discovering this to begin the sequel. The poll is settled, and I've made up my mind. It will be Minecraft-related. Now remember, i'm not nearly as free or eager as I was when I was starting off last August. I highly expect it to be started sometime after Early April, and even then I will have very little time. Don't expect quantity, but I will be working much harder on this one. More planning, thinking out, editing, etc. It will be much better than this one in terms of realistic dialogue and characters. I read this back recently, and I just kept cringing at parts when what people said was just so damn cheesy.

Anyways, good days to you all! And Thanks to my fans for sticking with me.

Cra*, I had lost this topic, and you're already done the book as far as I can tell. Better get reading...

OK, so everyone's dead and the world isn't even destroyed, it's just non-existent. So what in that could possibly lead to the sequel??? I didn't think you'd do this, but you've managed to put a cliffhanger at the very end of the story. That is both good and bad for my Autistic mind at the same time.

I've written myself out of much, much worse corners before. I actually really set this one up before it was published, so don't worry about that. Also, the world is destroyed. Although it was never really existent in the first place, since...well I don't want to spoil TOO much.

The whole world is a fiction in-universe, and you're about to break the fifth wall?

Brilliant! I have not read s story this good in a while. Have you ever published any books, or atleast try to? I ask because your writing capabilities are off the charts, and this story was great. Some parts were a little mature, which some people can not handle very well, but you kept control over it! Bravo!

screwed up dude. I get it Not everyone get a happy ending whutever but really. Make it end like that. they have one last kiss, and everything ends. thats ****ed up dude. I mean the writing style its good the way you encorporated the Nether/Aether
and even the way intergrated "The End" not the ending The one with the enderdragon but seriously. Dont end it like this. make one that wont give people heartache. Okay? good.

You kinda screwed up dude. you took a depressed guy in a new world with a girl. and ended it with everyone dieing, the universe ending, them having one last kiss, and trapping the main character who was COMPLETELY INNOCENT AND SENT HIM TO BE TORTURED FOREVER and NEVER SEE HIS GIRLFRIEND AGAIN....... screwed up. I NEED a sequel dude its eating at my frickin heart. This isnt closure. i know not every story has ahappy endin but its just plain ****ed up Make A Sequel NOW!!! i need it.(i hope its minecraft but i just plain NEED a sequel)

Instead of complaining about the ending, let me help it out. First of all, this story is amazing. It certainly teaches a few things, how power is tempting but bad (like drugs) and not every ending is good. For the sequel, you said you wanted to put in a stronghold? It'd be VERY interesting if Limbo was actually the End. I mean, many types of media changed Limbo. Also, the End, when you defeat the Enderdragon, gives you a portal which is a huge reference to psychedelics act like you defeated the darkness of Minecraft and restores your world, putting you in the spawn point. It's like you've restarted, with your old possessions and changes to the world in hand. I'd find it interesting if James couldn't see beyond the door until it's opened, and maybe an End Portal is there. ? Just a thought.

My goal with this was to create a sad story. In saying that you "died a little inside" makes me feel like I succeeded in writing. But don't expect a lightening in atmosphere for the sequel.

Those are some pretty good ideas, but I've got the sequel pretty planned out already. I never really meant to use the plot as a reflection of drugs, but I guess that's one way to look at it.

So I recently got a Pac-Man style notebook for my birthday. Why do you care? Because this means that throughout the day all of the ideas I get that were previously discarded will now be recorded. I've begun to use it regularly already, and I must say this sequel is forming fast. This also means that the new story will be much more organized and planned out, making it less likely that unimportant things will be included like what happened all too frequently in this one.
