"Delta, Im experiencing some turbulence issues. I am heading through the bermuda triangle and this weather is killin my plane." I said into the radio.
"Kcch... problems...kcch...DON'T FLY!!!!!" The radio sputtered out on it's dying call.
"Well, what do you want me to do stop in mid-"
BOOM! An explosion rocked the ship.
The sirens on the ship went off. That's when my life started to flash before my eyes. All the times my mom told me that she wanted me to do something safer than flying. All the girls who dumped me because they said I was to afraid of commitment. All the times I argued with my dad until the day before he died. All of my little brothers birthdays I missed because I was too stubborn to tell my parents I was sorry for all the times I let my anger control. No happy moments. Just the bad ones. That was when I saw the flash and blacked out.
I woke up a little while later. The sun was in mid sky and I could hear waves crashing on some unknown beach.
"God damn I have one hell of a headache." I said.
The bright light was messing up my vision so I couldn't see my surroundings. Finally my senses caught up to my brain and I started to take in my surroundings. I was on a beach and about a mile away there was a mountain. It wasn't the biggest one I have seen but it was still impressive. I turned around to look for my plane. It was a small two passenger plane. I looked around the beach but I couldn't find anything. I finally decided that scouring the earth for a two seater plane for the rest of the time today would be a waste of time. I looked up and noticed that it was about 5 o clock. I was only guessing but that was the best I could do. I was going to have to find civilization at some point so I decided to walk to the mountain that was blocking my view. Luckily, the temperature was cool and great for hiking. I walked away from the beach and into the forest ahead.
"This place doesn't have that many animals only pigs, cows and chickens." I thought.
I was probably on some grazing ground for a very wealthy farmer. I kept walking until out of the corner of my eye I saw a skeleton walk out of the darkness of a mountain then back in.
"No, that's not possible. I'm probably just thirsty." I told myself.
I kept going to the mountain when I finally started the climb up the side that was perfect for walking up. That was when nightfall started to come and I decided to sit down and relax and watch the view. The moon slowly came up and about half an hour later I heard a hiss and looked up. It was a moving cactus. It had a mouth and eyes so I was guessing it was some science experiment gone wrong.
"Ummm... Hello." I said.
That's when it started to flicker white.
"That's...cool.." I managed to say.
Then there was an explosion and I was thrown off my feet and I barely caught the side of the mountain.
"AHHHHHHHH!!!" I screamed in a mixture of pain and terror.
I then say a... dare I say it... Zombie above me.
"UGGGGHHH!!" It moaned.
Then I saw it's body get thrown off the ground and fall off the side of the mountain.
" I escaped death once I can do it again." I told myself. It didn't really work.
That's when another one of those green things came over.
"AHHHHH!!!" I screamed in horror.
Then a stone blade went threw its stomach and dark green goop flew over me and it was thrown off the mountain. A dark hand was then thrust down and waited there. I grabbed on and was safely pulled up.
"Your so loud that the neighbors are wakin up!" He said with a sly smile.
"Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!" I said in between gasps of air.
" What's your name?" He asked.
" Jax." I responded.
"Alright, Jax I'm guessing this is your first night so I'm gonna take you back to my house and I'm gonna teach the rules to survive."
"What's your name?"
"Daniel, and you better be happy because I might be the last person you ever see in this pathetic life."
Two words. Helluva day.
