1)What kind of text do you want the name and ip to be in? Like bold text, cursive, blood splattered, the mafia II text?
2)Do you want varying skins for the inserted people? Do you want multiple agent smith skins or just one guy?
3)Please consider that by removing the 4 people and the text from the image will require alot of work and leave empty space, as I do not believe there is a blank version of this picture anywhere. You should look around and find another background you might want. Maybe look up "foggy city at night" on google image?

I used a 2 different skins to sorta show some variety. I think its ok for something i whipped up pretty quickly.(I made it faster than it took to download and install GIMP lol)
