Proof of your skills in which you are applying for (Photos of builds, lines of coding, etc): I don't really have any screenshots for moderating, but I can give my experience: Co-Owner on a server named Enchanted-MC, which is now closed due to lack of funding. I am currently Moderator on a server named Wither-Swag, accessed at wither-swag.mcpro.co, and I was Head-Admin on a server until an argument in real life between me and the developer caused him to tell the owner to suspend me until further notice.
Can you do what is expected of you?: Yes, I have been staff on many other servers before, have excellent moderation skills, and I love Minecraft.
Are you able to try and commit to this long-time?: Yes, when I get staff on a server, I stay with it until it closes. Usually.

Why do you want to join this network?: I want to join this network because I love making new friendships with new people that I have never met before, and I am also looking for a fresh start, honestly. I love helping people, and I would also be honored to help your network. I appreciate the feeling of getting to know the experience of getting to know the experienced players, and the feeling of teaching the newer members of the network. I am also very dedicated and can spend a lot of time helping this network. I am also willing to make new friends and give 125% to this server at all times. I will do my best to be on at times that are needed.
Proof of your skills in which you are applying for (Photos of builds, lines of coding, etc): I am not quite sure what response I should give in this question, though, I believe what this question is aiming for is past experience, and in this case, yes I do have past experience working on several servers for about the last year. Though, recently I had taken a break from applications and I have just started back up again, and this is one of the first servers I have applied for so far. I can private message the IPs to those specific servers if needed after further review of this application. I enjoy seeing servers grow and become popular, as I also see people mature in this process.
Can you do what is expected of you?: I can do what is expected of me, unless there is some type of personal tragedy in my life, which is most likely not going to happen any time soon. You can also trust that I will be dedicated because I usually do not play on any other Minecraft servers besides the ones that I work for, thus leaving me with a lot of free-time to dedicate to one Minecraft server, which means that I can most likely get done what is expected of me in a reasonable time frame.
Are you able to try and commit to this long-time?: I personally am able to try and commit to this server network for long-time. This will basically be my full-time job if I am accepted in the months, or even years to come. As I have stated above, I am very dedicated and can be an asset to this network.

Instead of demanding you be on at a certain time, what times would work for you on a normal day?
Typically, I am more of a night owl and can be on from 6pm-11pm EST. However, I can typically pop on for about 10 minutes in sporadic intervals. I could also help develop the site and some graphics if needed as I have past experience in both of these fields (look at The Votifier for coding)
Do you take honors classes?: Yes. I'm best at math.
Why do you want to join this network?: This server seems like it's going to be really awesome, and I would love to be a part of that. I'm interested in helping people, and with my experience, I know I can do just that. I understand all of the commands and have many skills that may help the server. For example, I am a quick thinker. In situations, I can make tough decisions quickly. Also, I am mature. I understand when I need to get serious and when it is time to have fun and fool around. Furthermore, I can multitask. With my experience, I learned how to read chat, watch messages, and monitor a player all at the same time.
