I have came up with the idea to start up a new Server Network. Incase you are not familiar with what a network is, it is a series of servers connected to one hub server. But in order for the Network to run smoothly I need staff to fill in the following positions:

The server sounds very interesting! Hub servers are personally my favorite kind of server, so I would love to be a part of this. 1) What position are you applying for? I would like to aim for Admin, but any police staff position is great for me! c: 2) How important is this to you? I think helping out players is very important. I always think back to being a Minecraft beginner, and when I searched for servers I wasn't helped out. I think new players should receive enough help to make them comfortable. Also, I want to catch any griefers, cheaters, etc. I don't think servers should have these kind of players, and I will try everything in my power to help. 3) Past experience in this position? I was a police staff member for 6 months, also a Co-Owner of a server. You do have a point, but I have created the server and I will be the person incharge of the operation. I mean would you ask an entrepreneur this question?

I am a good builder and again, a dedicated worker. I have a problem where everything has to look good and be symmetrical. For example, if I am in a fight with a zombie and I accidentally knock off a torch, I will put that torch back up while I am still fighting with the zombie. It just eats at my like a cancerous virus.

6) How can I trust that you are going to be a dedicated employee? Well you cant be sure that anyone will be dedicated but I give my word I will do my best and put much of my free time into it.
