3. How can you not only help the server but the community as well? i can help anyone in need and make sure there are no hackers or cheaters and make sure that everyone is fair and playing properly and happily. i know a great deal on how to run a minecraft server so if any troubles i can help

3. Staff are allowed to share items with other players and friends but not for themselves. False, that is still wrong, even if it isn't for his/her amusement. Until it was, say, someone has stolen someone items and thrown them in lava, they should be able to spawn them back.

I would first collect information and data as much as I can from both players, from there I would see who is in the right from this standpoint, then invsee (If I could) to find out, if I can't, I personally would spawn the items back, but if I couldn't, I would get the stealing player to give whatever they stole, until banning/kicking has to be enforced.
2. Why do you think we should choose you as Gym Leader instead of anyone else? I have quite the bit of Pokemon knowledge, and people say I am quite good at dealing with situations responsibly.
3. How can you not only help the server but the community as well? I do not believe this qualifies... But, I know how to run a Minecraft server Decently well. And I would always be on the lookout for spammer and hackers, mainly because it frankly annoys me alot, and i'm sure quite a few others.
4. Have you had any past experiences as being staff? I have had Minimal experience with being staff, though I have done it quite a few times, and the owners have always said what a good job I have done.
