Why do you think you should be promoted Co Owner instead of all other deserving players ?
Here are the reasons why:
Honest - One of my favorite characteristics about myself is being honest. I couldn't lie about anything that would harm the server or it's players.
Responsible - I am responsible. I work hard and thrive to succeed , If you have me do something I do it right away and make sure it's done properly.
Mature - I am mature in behavior. Maturity is important because it shows how professional a person is. Plus , it would be a great example to players.
Good Role Model - I am a 'Good Role Model' to players. I report players who play unfair and disobeys the rules of the server.
-How long can you be active in the server everyday? i can be active for 1-2 hours on Weekdays, but on Weekends i play for about 5-6 hours
-Have you ever been staff on another server? Yes, i have been Mod in a small server, and an Admin in a Medium sized server with 20+ players daily, but the owner didnt have the money to keep the server up.

Ever been banned before?: Yes, I argued with an admin about his rule book. He was changing the rules the Owner set and later punished many people. (bending server) Eventualy this lead to me being kicked then asking why I was kicked and banned for 48 days. I haven't been on that server since.

Why should I choose you?:I've built my friend's server and it looks pretty nice.I don't really go on much because he can't keep it on as much.I don't have much knowledge on creating a server, BUT I do have a lot of knowledge on developing a server such as: Building a server; Adding plugins to a Bukkit Server; Creating a stable server economy; and spreading news about the server (In a good way.)Also I have homework so...I can get done with it quickly I get home at about 3:15.

Why do you think you should be promoted Co Owner instead of all other deserving players ?
Here are the reasons why:
Honest - One of my favorite characteristics about myself is being honest. I couldn't lie
about anything that would harm the server or it's players.
Responsible - I am responsible. I work hard and thrive to succeed , If you have me do something
I do it right away and make sure it's done properly.
Mature - I am mature in behavior. Maturity is important because it shows
how professional a person is. Plus , it would be a great example to players.
Good Role Model - I am a 'Good Role Model' to players. I report players who play unfair
and disobeys the rules of the server.
-How long can you be active in the server everyday?
i can be active for 1-2 hours on Weekdays, but on Weekends i play for about 5-6 hours
-Have you ever been staff on another server?
Yes, i have been Mod in a small server, and an Admin in a Medium sized server with 20+ players daily, but the owner didnt have the money to keep the server up.
-You have the commands /kick, /ban, /tempban, and /mute what sort of rules do you think should apply to each of these commands being used?
/kick: When you want to give a warning to someone that did something but not that major.
/ban: When you have warned someone several times for doing something and that person keeps doing it.
/tempban: When someone broke a rule or is just annoying or "trolling" other players on the server.(it works as a warning)
/mute: When someone spams, advertises a server, or just is annoying saying bad things in chat.
-Do you have any experience with any plugins?And if so, what plugins?
I have worked alot with: CoreProtect, Essentials, Faction, iConomy, ChestShop, WorldEdit, and other plugins that i cant remember.

9 when it comes to serious work and stuff,im friendly, i also get along well with people and can make them have a good time.

Why should I choose you?: Because I am a hard working person, I have high play times, I have hade staff experience (before the server shut down) and I will do anything in my power to help the server out, also I have had my own server.
Ever been banned before?: yes, only because the kid that ran the server was a jerk and was trolling me and then banned me.

On a scale of 1-10 what is your maturity level?: 7
Why should I choose you?: I have experience with some of the more complicated world edit commands, I love to build large projects, sadly the projects I build are only on servers, most of wich have been discontinued. I am fair and follow a set rule book without bias opinions on the person (no mercy).
Ever been banned before?: Yes, I argued with an admin about his rule book. He was changing the rules the Owner set and later punished many people. (bending server) Eventualy this lead to me being kicked then asking why I was kicked and banned for 48 days. I haven't been on that server since.
How often can you be on?: Daily most of the times, I am a highschool student taking honors and possible drivers ed. soon.
Do you have any experience?: As I've said in Why choose you? section I have experience working with admins and mods, but only have the experience as a trial-mod. Sadly I feel it a waste of time on this server. I was trial-mod for 2 years and never promoted because of my habits of staying towards the set rules givin by the owner or co-owner.
I'm looking not to become an admin but to be a mod and see if I'm happy with the server or not. If not then I'll ask to be demoted and possible replaced and just play normaly. I would love to know the list of plugins, my favorites are bending and mcmmo

On a scale of 1-10 what is your maturity level?: Mostly about 7-8 because i like a good old time on the server with the people playing.
Why should I choose you?: I've been a moderator on a server twice, and i've been a admin once, and once i was a co-owner. I'm also a rule-follower (if you get it)
Ever been banned before?: Yes, but that's because a other player was killing me the whole time on a server where pvp isn't allowed (but it was on), and then i started swearing and then i was banned.
How often can you be on?: I can be on atleast once a week, but that depends on how much homework i have for school.
Do you have any experience?: I've been playing since about 2 years ago, when some friends told me about it, and now i'm a experienced builder and i can ensure that people will follow the rules. I am also pretty good with redstone, and i can build some pretty good contraptions with them (creative or survival)
