So i have started a new server and I'm looking for dedicated team of people to help me grow the server

Why do I wanna be staff? Well, because I think it would be fun to go on a server and have Admin instead of owner on my server

Depending on what the player is doing, I would either warn them the first time, kick, then ban, but if it is serious like hacking etc, then I would probably ban them instantly. Why do you want to be staff I love helping people out and enforcing rules on servers, and making people have a good MC experience! Will you be able to donate (just in case lol) ..... I would first warn them you cant be too harsh then if it persist it would lead to being kicked or banned Why do you want to be staff: I love staffing i love to work with people. Also help out and make sure their is no one that will want to harm the server. Will you be able to donate (just in case lol): I might just it depends .
