I would like to have a career as a software engineer, working with different types of coding such as HTML, Java, Python etc. I would love to gain a bit of experience in the job as a head-start. I would also like to know if this job does pay, I can understand that it won't straight away however in the future I assume it would? o.o
I currently have limited knowledge of HTML, and an intermediate knowledge of Java. I'm not available 50% of the day since I'm a student, however since most people who run a server are also students they are free on the weekend and as am I. Why should I trust you?
If you're willing to create an application process like this, you should be willing to do background checks on the people applying, and so-far I believe I'm the only legitimate person who has applied.
Coding experience: To be completely honest, not too much, however I pick up things very quickly, and this means you could teach me to do it how you want to do it.
And Vhista, Just give up on the noobs thinking this is a server.

I think I could benifit your company in many different ways: I can debug very effectively (If the Devs are busy) I know SSH and can be on 50% of the day. Unfortunately, I have no real experience so I don't mind if you don't give me the position straight away but I am a fast learner so if a current admin could teach me I think I would pick it up quick. Why should I trust you? Because Minecraft greifing is one thing but greifing or 'trolling' a company is different. I understand that your hard working money has gone into this company and there is no reason the sabotage that for you.
