Hello! We are a brand new server that bases some of our server on bending (Water, Earth, Air, Fire, and Chi) We also have some of our server based on Heroes (Ben loves Superman xD), Throughout our working on the server we will be adding new plugins, games like Hunger games and different worlds like, maybe Creative or Skyblock worlds soon, we aren't entirely sure yet , and Donation Ranks as we go, Atm we are in need of...
Plugin Manager- Good with PermissionsEx For one, and good at Coding and working on mixing in all the plugins to make the server work correctly!
Advertiser- Someone good at Advertising our server, worth the future Permissions!
(Possibly) Co-Owner- Someone who is good at everything and worth taking in to the server
2 or 3 mods- Good at keeping peace and watching out for Hackers
1 or 2 Admins- Like Mods, but good at working with plugins, but also needs to be more Active and better with plugins so they know what they are doing
(Possibly) 2 or 3 Builders- We already have a nice downloaded spawn, but maybe there will be future projects

Experience: I have been an administarator on 3 servers. Dinocraft with an average of 20 players at a time. this was the most active server. MCMAIN with only about 5 players at most times (least active), and lastly a server that died long ago infinitycraft with about 7 players a day. Absolutley no one donated so the server couldn't stay afloat. Dinocraft is the only server that is still active but is corrupt and messy now. on theses servers during my time as admin i was l was active and responsible.
Dedication: I have been playing MC since alpha and will be on minecraft 6-8 hours in the day depending on day of the week/ schedule!
Plugin Experience*: Not trying to be vague here but i every plug in i have worked with i have never had troubles with it at all!
What can you Contribute:As admin i will put the hammer down on hackers and cheaters. i will make sure the server is run as it should be and not fly out of control. i will provide help and ideas for every staff and player on the server to utilize. All i could think about doing is helping the server, not hurting it. I am smart enough to think about new ideas to help the server. Yes I used to have a x-ray mod to find stuff but I got banned off to servers which I spent lots of work on. so I got upset and took the mod off. Now I am playing on vanilla minecraft.

Some people would not accept me for this because I would not be dedicated and that i am just being but most of these servers have shut down. Also I stuck them out to the very end. If you do not call this dedicated I do not know what is.

I can contribute a fun personality balanced with a desire to get things done. I am an experienced staff member so I know the general jist of things.I love to help people especial new people who are not used to the server. Some people say I am too nice when resolving player disputes and maybe i am but I punish players so they learn a lesson not so they get really mad. Now if it is something like hacking or griefing I would hear both sides of the story but I would not be nice on them if they did do it. If it is something like swearing in chat I tend to go a little bit easier on the person because usually there is something or someone who provoked him to do it. On the other hand if a player comes on the server and just starts randomly shouting out cuss words I would not go easy on them because there probably was not anything to provoke him and he was just doing it because he wanted to. I always check the rules to see if whatever the player did or did not do is in the rules. Also if I am unsure of something I will always get opinions from other staff before making my decision. If it is a really serious decision like a ban then I would either wait until an admin came on, or if i get accepted as admin i would wait for the owner to get on and only temp-ban the person for the time.

i have. It was for "Abusing my powers" I gave a person 10 dollars because he needed it to buy something in the shop. I thought I was allowed to do this because the owner said I could as a mod but the rules changed without me knowing about it. When I realized that I used accidental removed all of there money when I thought I was only removing 10 dollars of it. Then the owner checked the command log He saw that I had done it and banned me.
