Hey guys. I'm Zamorak789, and I'll be starting a Fallout roleplay server soon. I need staff, this includes graphics designers, plugin devs, mods, admins, builders, and most anything you can come up with. Right now I don't have much planned out on this, and that's why I want to get a team together. We can all share our ideas and thoughts, and this topic will be updated with what we decide. I want to point out, there are flaws in the lore and such. These are place holders and will most likely change. It is the gist of the server. It is the core of what it will be. You are to treat this entire topic as you would a game in pre-alpha. None of it is final, and all is subject to change. Also, I'm willing to hear any suggestions you might have. And also, please direct any complaints to my inbox. No reason to start a flame war or argument on the topic.
I knew it would happen eventually, but someone finally said something about it not being Fallout friendly because it doesn't take place in USA. Here's my response. Feel free to PM me about it.
I've personally read over every square inch of the wiki. There is nothing from any other continent or country. You don't know if any part of anything else survived. I've played all the games (including BoS and tactics.) This, was created because of the fact that it is free reign that anything could happen anywhere else. The games have covered east and west coast pre-war USA (that means the domain of NCR/Legion and Enclave/BoS respectively.) Now, to go further, Enclave were almost entirely destroyed (Fallout 2 - destroyed oil rig, fallout 3 - Eden and RR destroyed) and thus would need to retreat somewhere. NCR being driven out of the mojave and in need of land. BoS having lost most of it's recruits (due to the actions of Elder Lions.) All three factions lead to having no where to go or run. Now, all of them have Vertibirds. Granted NCR has very few. BoS has a ton of pre-war tech. Now, BoS could definitely construct or repair a pre-war submarine to some degree. Russia, or Moscow as a central point, is not a inhabited area (that they know of) and thus seems to be free land for grabs. No Legion, no BoS, and no Enclave (depending on your point of view.) This makes it an ideal place to retreat, plus the opportunity of more tech that might have survived, since Russia wasn't a prime target (if you've read the wiki, you'd know Russia was in a state of demise. The high-priority targets were pre-war USA and China.) Now, I guess they could've gone to the UK or somewhere else nearby. But I felt like going to Russia. Because I feel the Russians (or what remained of them) would probably survive to some extent. Vault-tec existed in the USA, who's to say other countries didn't have something similar. I've bent a few things, but not broken it.

My name is General Oliver. We had to evacuate Vegas and the dam after the battle.. We still don't know what happened. There was a loud explosion, tons of plasma-charges flying everywhere. The Mojave has been declared a dead zone. Even The Legion retreated. We don't know what's happening there.. But whoever attacked us, we don't want anything to do with them.
Today we were ordered to board the few Vertibirds we have. We're sending myself, fifty soldiers, and ten rangers over seas. We're expanding to an area that was called "Moscow, Russia" in the pre-war era. Our orders are to establish a base, and make new allies. Camp Alpha is to be at (Coords added later on.) We've got a report of one vertibird making a crash landing, cause is unknown. It's been a week, and we yet to see any evidence of life.
Brotherhood of Steel
Today, we arrived in what was pre-war Moscow, located in Russia. Our Submarines were undetected by NCR, which is a plus. We used tech we scavenged from old military bases to make our subs, and while they aren't the best (we had to patch five leaks on our way out) they work. We arrived on the coast, and have worked out way into Moscow. We've seen three patrols by men in weird looking armor, but they appear to be alerted to NCR soldiers. They are wielding what appears to be assault rifles. We've set up a small camp, but hopefully we can find something similar to a bunker soon. Underground is always more safe. We've sent small squads out to look for new tech anywhere nearby.

We are currently in a red alert. We always wondered if anyone survived on the other continents, and now we know. Soldiers have invaded our soil without so much as a hello... We've shot down one of their flying machines. Patrols are currently searching for where these invaders set up camp. We also noticed something odd... A green glow in the water. It's radiation, and a trail. It leads to the west coast, where we found footsteps. We don't know it's origin, but that doesn't matter.

I've reviewed your server, and while it's certainly a normal one.. It's a survival PVP server. This is a ROLEPLAY server, and in case you are unable to tell, you need some amount of RP knowledge. You've been playing what for five years? Roleplay can be in almost anything... Forums, games, RPG's, text messages, ect. I can ban hackers as well, and having skill in PVP doesn't exactly qualify you for an admin position. All of your definitions are -very- short, and need a lot more added on. Your grammar also needs work.
