Hey I'm a big fan of Minecraft but unfortunately I work late and don't have any friends who play. What I'm looking for is a group of people who are more active from like 10est on to play Vanilla Survival with. Basically just a group of people to play regular everyday vanilla survival with. I'm willing to create a server if needed but I'm warning up front I'm new to that stuff.

Reverie might be a good fit for you. I can't guarantee that we'll always have people on at the right time, but we do have players from the US and Europe, so we get a good mix all around the clock. We are a friendly normal-survival, 16+, whitelist-only server - mostly vanilla, with grief protection. Feel free to check us out and see if this sounds like a good fit for you!
