Size doesn't matter too much, as long as either run smoothly. But I require the pure survival be pure: no plugins or anything except Aether, and I need to be able to get out into the wild, unclaimed land.
Hey there, I think I might be able to offer you elements of what you're looking for. I run a multi-verse server at ARC MC. The main world, the one you'll spawn in is a no PvP, survival map. However, there are PvP and even a faction world.
As for Roleplay, you may if you like. But for the most part you'll find the server relaxed and easy going in terms of an RP element.
