Well, hey there, I'm FrostySnowz and I have very good experience with servers. I've started playing on SMP Servers for the past 11 months now. I have been an Admin on three other popular servers as well, a Co-Owner on 2 other servers and a Moderator on four other servers.
Why should you pick me?
I have a lot of knowledge about commands and I have a comprehensive knowledge of plugins, which also includes knowledge on how to edit plugins and how to set up Permissions.
So, if you don't know how to set up Permissions, or need help with any plugins at all, I will gladly help by setting it up for you!
I also have owned various other servers before, so I know how to act responsibly and how to use the console effectively.
I am also fully capable of creating a forums for the server to bring the server closer together and creating a Youtube account for the server and making regular video updates on it.
I also usually help to advertise servers by posting in the Minecraft forums and other popular server websites to attract members to come to the server.
So if you're a bit tired to do all the setting up of the server, updating and installing efficient plugins, bringing the community closer together and managing the staff, then I will definitely be able to help you do all that.. and more!

Actually, I was planning on setting up a server soon, and what I was worrying about was not having enough staff, since my friend who usually plays Minecraft with me isn't always mature enough to handle a server. That, and setting up Permissions. My god, that thing is horrifying. Your extra services such as advertising and setting up a website is also greatly appreciated, and we can get along since we're both 14.
