Job Overview:
The Supporter role focuses on helping players and fostering a welcoming, positive environment on the server. Supporters are the first point of contact for players who need assistance, whether they’re new to the server, need technical help, or have questions about gameplay.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome new players and assist them with basic server commands and rules.
Answer questions from players regarding gameplay, plugins, and general Minecraft issues.
Provide quick support for minor player disputes and refer complex issues to Moderators.
Monitor chat to assist in maintaining a friendly and inclusive environment.
Report any concerning behavior, bugs, or server issues to the Moderators.
Skills & Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of Minecraft commands and server gameplay.
Friendly, approachable, and patient when helping players.
Strong communication skills, especially in chat-based interactions.
Reliable and committed to spending a few hours each week on the server.
Ideal Qualities:
A passion for helping others and creating a positive community.
Proactive, with a willingness to learn more about Minecraft server management.
Ability to remain calm and professional in situations involving conflicts or player frustrations.
Moderator

Job Overview:
Moderators are responsible for enforcing server rules and maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for all players. They handle reports of inappropriate behavior, monitor chat, and use moderation tools to prevent cheating, abuse, and other disruptive actions.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor player interactions and chat for rule-breaking, harassment, and disruptive behavior.
Address reports of suspected cheating, hacks, or inappropriate mods, and take appropriate disciplinary action.
Use moderation tools, such as bans, mutes, and warnings, to maintain server rules.
Mediate conflicts between players, ensuring issues are resolved fairly and calmly.
Assist Supporters when they encounter issues that require moderation.
Skills & Qualifications:
Familiarity with Minecraft moderation tools, commands, and plugins (e.g., anti-cheat systems).
Strong understanding of server rules and the ability to enforce them impartially.
Excellent judgment and problem-solving skills.
Clear and professional communication, both with players and team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the schedules and tasks of Supporters and Moderators to ensure coverage and smooth server operations.
Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them improve their skills and perform their roles effectively.
Lead and organize team meetings to discuss updates, challenges, and improvements.
