How required is a microphone? I have one, everyone with a smart phone does, however my accent is so odd it is hard to understand me, I been away for a very long time, just got back into the game, I was making world of warcraft plugins, decided to come back to minecraft, I could care less about being staff in game, I can work on tasks on a private test server, just looking to help someone out, I would setup, but unfortunately I don't do mic, if that is a deal breaker I understand 100%, just being upfront.
