Developer: Your job as a developer is to code/configure plugins to fit the servers. You should have experience with Java, Spigot/Bukkit API, and be able to work well with others and follow coding standards.
Builder: Your job as a builder is to build spawns/lobby for the servers. You should have a creative mind and an eye for detail. You should also be familiar with WorldEdit and other building tools.
Logo maker: Your job as a logo maker is to make the server a logo that represents their brand and identity. You should have skills in graphic design, Photoshop/Illustrator, and typography. You should also be able to create original and appealing logos that match their theme and style.
Staff member: Your job as a staff member is to moderate the server and ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone. You should have good communication skills, patience, and professionalism. You should also be able to handle different situations calmly and fairly.
