I am currently creating a server with my friends and we're in need of a Developer as it's not our strong suit. YOU WILL BE PAID, as for the beginning pay it will be small just to know we can trust you, consider it a trial phase. After you have proven yourself worthy you will be given consistent pay on an hourly rate.
