We are looking for new production staff to help us build up our server! We are currently looking for volunteers who would like to be a part of a small and ambitious project. We have resources and a small highly skilled team already assembled. We are recruiting the following positions and their duties/requirements.

Developer: Must be able to program. We are seeking plugin, discord bot, and web developers. 18+ is preferred, 16+ is required.

Moderation: Must be experienced and have a resume, portfolio, or cover letter. 15+ is required.

Builder: Must be able to create high quality builds by yourself and in groups. You must pass a brief and simple exam. 16+ is recommended, 14+ is required.

Artist: Must be able to create high quality static and animated images and well versed with common graphic editing tools. We are seeking general artists to help create graphics and promotional material, but also to help create custom resources and textures for our server. 14+ is required.

About Us:
We are a bungee network with a handful of servers at the moment. We are interested in locking the backends to staff only except for 2 of them for the time being to focus on development and building a player base. Our team is basically a family and our manager and I take this project dead seriously. We are all volunteer and our main goal is to spend time honing our skills and showing the world how awesome we are by letting our builds and servers speak for us and themselves. We have a discord community with over 150 members, so we have a tiny following already, We have a website as well, but it needs some work done before it's any good. We are partnered with our hosting company and I keep it payed well in advance so there is an absolute 0% chance of us shutting down no matter what happens. We have 2 meetings a week on Sunday and we ask everyone on the staff team to be able to attend at least one of them. Right now we are intensely focused on getting our survival and creative servers ready for a full public release and cleaning everything up as best we can. All staff must pass a screening and background check. You are required to have a working mic and attend at least one interview with a high ranking staff member. All active staff are required to complete a certain amount of work each week and are required to attend at least one meeting every week. Every staff member up to owner is held to the same standard or higher.
