Dear Community,

we are on our path to build a server from scratch, and we're currently searching for more team members!

To introduce ourselves and to convince you from our competencies, we've structured our introduction as follows:

McSilentDE - who are we?

We, the two administrators Max and Seby, came up with the idea to create our own new Network.

Our currently collected experience as server leaders as well as being a lower member of the team supported

us whilst the realization of our project and whilst coming closer to our initial vision of how the server is going to end up being.

What makes us different?

Our work mainly focuses on being individual. Something new and irreplaceable, like any other server might be.

We want to try out something new.

We want to achieve the realization of our own game modes.

For a long time, we've thought about bringing back extinct, and old classic Minecraft mini-games in their initial form.

So, without any modern modifications whatsoever.

What are we looking for?

Basically, what we're searching for, are team members that fit our requirements.

We're primarily focusing on people who can develop in java with the minimum excessive experience of two years,

as well as builders that are able to build amazing constructions.

In return: What do we offer?

Of course, we've got to offer something that is beneficial for you too.

We are aiming at having a comfortable workflow.

Every member of our server, community or Team,

either has the ability to give their feedback and recommendations to

what we shall come up within the next server update.

It can be a game mode, it can be additional features to one, it can be anything.
