The project Dungeoncraft is looking to build up a team to bring a whole new experience to the vanilla players.
What is Dungeoncraft?
Project Dungeoncraft is the vision of bringing epic dungeon and bossfights as in games like World of Warcraft or Vermintide to Vanilla Players leveraging everything Vanilla offers and more.
The vision is, as opposed to other Minecraft MMO approaches, is a better-scoped and accomplishable untertaking than a dedicated MMO world while still offering more uniqueness than just doing quests against vanilla-ish mobs.
It's also better fitting for more casual players and players playing minecraft to relax. You don't need to grind your character to the maximum level to be able to enjoy dungeons in a party, you can start right away.
Note: Since the name Dungeoncraft isn't as unique as I thought, there are a few others using that name, consider it only the project name. Once we have a proper unique name, we will rebrand.
Open Positions:
Builder
We're looking for a few skilled Builders to join our team and design and create dungeons with proficiency in tools like WE, VS and others.
You're also welcome to give creative input into boss fight mechanics, as we love to play with the environment, where possible.
Among the Builder Positions, there also is one slot available as Head Builder/Building Project Manager.
(Web-)Development
At the current stage, we're not looking for either plugin developers, backend/infrastructure developers or webdevelopers.
That being said, we will be in need of a developer for our web services (backend and frontend) at a later stage, so if you are interested, keep an eye on this topic.
Texture/Graphics Artist
For custom Items, press material, texturing bosses and others we need a texture artist, capable of both a minecraft-appropriate style as well as modern fantasy graphics for Discord Banners and others
Community Manager
Spreading the word, engaging with the community on Discord, reaching out to influencers and others will be your tasks.
3D Model Artist (Blockbench)
We'll be using Blockbench to create and animate our bosses and enemies.
Having some experience in 3D modelling in general and knowing the concepts is appreciated,
having used Blockbench before and being able to work around is mandatory.
Game Designer / Creative Director
We will try to listen as much as possible to ideas of the individual team members, but someone needs to keep track of those and form the big picture, as well as planning ahead for potential new topics, fractions, themes and gameplay mechanics such as spells, items, boss fight mechanics, etc.

We have deployed a new feature to our demo server that you can see at the end of the map, it is a hovering and spinning diamond block, which is our new technique to display arbitrary blocks [and thus mobs/bosses] (especially in conjunction with resource packs), check it out.
