Hi. I'm Super, and I have recently started a Minecraft server named McDescendant, a work in progress minigames server. My clients and I are looking for active and motivational people to be staff on our server. We are mainly looking for developers and builders, although regular staff may be promoted if you are experienced and motivated. We don't pay yet, but we may if you do an exceptional job. You will need to give the following information to me so either provide your discord or skype in your reply, as well as the position you are going for.
Requirements for DEVELOPER:
13 or older, a decent knowledge in Java, file editing, permissions, commands, and generally how servers work (+ proof, a portfolio if possible)
Requirements for BUILDER:
12 or older, a piece of very good knowledge in building, ability to both terraform and make large structures. Knowledge of colour pallets. Knowledge of detail. (+ proof, a large build that you can prove is yours, a portfolio if possible)
Requirements for TRIAL MOD (aka Helper, Trainee, Regular staff)
12 or older, a good emotional maturity, good maturity in general, knowledge of commands and punishments (you will also receive an application format on Discord or Skype) (+ proof if you said you have worked on other servers, a portfolio if possible).
We do not accept immature responses, fake information, or anything hurtful, as we are highly professional and will not tolerate these behaviours. If you get a rank then you must follow rules, not grief or abuse your powers, and be active.

I'm 17 and studying computer science in highschool. I have a lot of experience in Java. I've made a couple of 2D games before and I've worked for another server as a developer few years ago but the server closed because of a griefing builder. I'm looking to get back into working with servers again.
