Hello everyone, my name is Jackson or Culture and I am the founder of Minearch. Minearch is an SMP which is currently under development and needs cerrtain and reliable staff members to help get it up and running. We are in the DEVELOPMENT stage of this server currently so whitelist has been turned on. In previous seasons back in 2017-2018 we had a player base of around 50-70 players a day, in which everyone on the server knew everybody else. Me and my previous team had built up a server from scratch for everyone to play on and this is our goal again. When you apply, type out "orange" at the bottom of your application so I know you read this message.
RULES AND GUIDELINES
As with all servers, Minearch has some rules and guidelines players and staff need to follow (staff members have a guideline document they have to read through). Although, here are some basic rules that we have on our server:
1) Hacked clients are not allowed at all, same with texture packs that give you an advantage over other players. Just use common sense!
2) Staff are also players, so staff members and players should be treated equally if breaking any rules.
3) Our server is for MATURE players, although we do not have an age limit restriction.

Staff members have to be older than 16 years of age and have previous knowledge with being staff on a survival economy server.
