Why: Over the last 5 years I have been a Moderator & Admin on multiple servers. A few note-able experiences include being a high ranking Moderator(SuperMod) on the once very popular Super Earth server. Some of my duties on there included managing all of the lower level staff, handling LWC removal requests, and dealing with all staff complaints. I was a Developer/Admin on the L33tCraft Network before it shut down about 2 years ago. join your server staff team and get back into the community. I've experienced
dealing with difficult players and cheaters/exploiters on
a regular basis.
I have a lot of interesting experience behind me along with other
games such as; Arma 3 life mod. On this server, I would deal with a
player base of 300+ daily on a server called armaliferp.co.uk. I managed
the community and wrote the rules to adjust the way the server was
played which increased roleplay capabilities. I've also run staff teams
in multiple games. Minecraft has always been a game I've enjoyed
slightly more when it comes to staff, this is because I'm so capable.

Why? I love helping people in general, and in other servers, as a regular player in the server, I had helped lots of players that didn't understand what to do. Also, I am really good at troubleshooting - all of my friends and family always come to me with every problem they have in the whole gaming / tech world, and I always understood what the problem is, and almost always fixed it. Also, I didn't see even one application to be a helper on this thread, so I feel like somebody has to help, and I would really hate this server, that I would gladly play at, have players stuck and unable to play because of the misunderstanding the commands / plugins / the concept of the server in general.
I can also expand to other areas, such as Building Which I'm pretty good akthough not amazing at, and programming that I do since I was 12.
I have worked on a variety of different servers in the past and come well equipped with a vast knowledge of ways to effectively optimize server performance, domain related information, manage Xenforo and/or enjin websites, configure plugins, discord bots, be able to successfully debug problems, etc. On some of the servers I worked on, I was staff manager, head-staff, admin, server manager, etc. I am familiar with a large amount of plugin configurations, commands, etc. including but not limited to quests, mythic mobs, shops, mcmmo, mmoitems, factions, nocheatplus, npc's. As I was browsing through the Minecraft forum, I was looking for a place to stay and connect with new people that I can communicate with and put my skills to use. During my search, I stumbled upon this server post, and felt that this was the place that I felt that it was something I could be apart of. I want to work with others to create a fresh experience for people of all ages to enjoy. Additionally, I am aware that sometimes problems can arise or situations can get out of hand and I will use my best efforts to communicate in a respectable manner and enforce good characteristics such as teamwork in order to make everything flow cohesively.

On top of not seeing it possible that you're 19, Developers are almost required to be able to code plugins. It's a given. Even a simple plugin makes it possible for you to be a developer. Being able to understand code, even a smidge of it, is good, but being able to develop, make changes, and properly develop? That's what people are looking for.
