MediCraft is a small, new Minecraft server owned by Raimer80, basic around the idea of Medieval. We are just starting out as of 7/8/2017, and have a small playerbase of a few friends and other players. The MediCraft team is looking to expand our staff team, management team, and player base by recruiting some new faces onto our team!
Our server includes a few games for players to enjoy, and we are looking to recruit developers/admins to help make even more! We currently offer these games:
- Prison
- Creative Plots
- PVP Games
Who are we recruiting?
We are looking to recruit Squire, The basic rank before Mod (or server moderators). We are also looking Devs who can code, and YouTubers who can make videos on the server, in exchange for our YT rank. More info on each of the ranks can be found below.
- SQUIRE:
Squire are a basic moderator rank. The rank is a 2-4 week trial rank to see how fit you are for the position. As a Squire on our server you will be expected to do the following:
- Be active on our Discord server. Talking with other staff members and using it when needed.
- Assist in the fair punishment of rule breakers on the server. You will be required to follow our Staff Protocol when punishing players.
- You will be tasked with moderating some of our games while players are playing them.
- You will also be asked to attend our staff meetings when possible.
After 2-4 weeks of being a Squire, our Admins and above will decide if you will stay on the team. If you stay, you will be given the Moderator rank. We are no longer looking for Squires

If you make plugins for Spigot, BungeeCord, and other platforms and can work at a relatively cheap rate (or preferably for free) please apply for Developer below. If accepted you will be given the Admin rank.
- YOUTUBERS:
If you have a YouTube channel and are interested in making videos on our server, please feel free to apply for the YouTube rank. As a YouTuber you will be given commands like /vanish, staff chat, and a few other VIP perks. YouTubers will also be given the YouTube rank on our Discord, and can advertise their channel in-game and on our Discord. Please tell us about yourself and why you should be accepted: My name is Jake, I am very familiar with how a staff needs to be run in order to keep things running smooth. I have been playing Minecraft since I was 10 and it just game out. I have played on many different servers and learned about a lot of cool ideas that can be implemented into many different scenarios. I can be useful in whatever areas or area that you need people to be working and I can be effective and do what needs to be done.

I can host events and create ideas for things to expand upon everyones enjoyment of the server. I havent been a builder on any minecraft server that I have worked on so I will talk about my moderating.
First I will talk about "Red Ice Factions" a small server that I have worked on.
"Red Ice Factions" was a nice humble minecraft server, I have been promoted twice on that server.
First Sir Helper then Mod. I worked on the server everyday for about 4 hours I loved the player base
and all the people that played it except the hackers. There were not that much hackers on the server.
I banned 2 of them when I was staff on the server. First one was I saw a video report of a hacker and he
was flying so I had to contact the owner because I was helper and I could not ban and get the owner
to ban the fly hacking hacker. Soon I had to quit because of me not having a lot of free time and not doing
the stuff like my school work. It was a lot to put up with so I left the server and the owner was fine with
that happening. After long time the server was shutdown, I don't know why the server shutdown.
Now I will talk about TheGridMC. I was staff on there for a while but I quit after a while because of staff
abuse and that was pretty much it for moderation. but I have more experience in the admin area.

Yes I have been banned before, one for hacking on kitpvp. By the way I don't hack anymore this was in 2015.
Then they other was that I was banned for hacking on mineplex. But I didn't hack I don't know if
Someone alted my account and hacked on mineplex so I got banned for fly hacking. It said I was banned
for flying on bridges and I didn't even play the server once!

What can you contribute to the server: I can contribute stability in the server in the sense that everyone is having an equally fun time on the server, as in nobody is getting harmed on the server or nobody feels like their experience is boring. What experience do you have in building or moderating servers? Elaborate on what you did and where: I made a server with my friend to be used by around 20 daily people locally and it was a Factions server and we used many of plugins including crates and economy type plugins.

How much time can you dedicate to the server each day?: During the summer I have much more open time for Minecraft. Some days it might be 16 hours other days it might be 3. For the most part I will be very active in whatever needs to be done.
Please tell us about yourself and why you should be accepted: My name is Jake, I am very familiar with how a staff needs to be run in order to keep things running smooth. I have been playing Minecraft since I was 10 and it just game out. I have played on many different servers and learned about a lot of cool ideas that can be implemented into many different scenarios. I can be useful in whatever areas or area that you need people to be working and I can be effective and do what needs to be done.
Will you be active on our Discord server, and can you do everything Squire are asked to do?: Yes, I will be active on Discord on an average day I would check every 45 minutes tops. I can also be a very effective "squire" and get the job and any other task done to the best of my ability.
What can you contribute to the server: I can contribute any where the server needs my contribution, but I believe I have some strong suits. I can host events and create ideas for things to expand upon everyones enjoyment of the server. But most importantly I can keep the rules followed and follow correct protocol for when something is done wrong. In my personal life I work at a recreation program where I help watch 250 kids and make sure they stay happy and following the rules.

I have been an Owner on my own server, and Co-Owner and Head Mod on other servers. The server where I was Co-Owner on got shut down not because of money but because the guy running it went off to college. It was formerly known and CalamitCraft. The server where I have a Head-Mod status was shut down because the owner didn't receive donations.

My sole purpose is to drive the server into a positive light, expanding the player base and uplifting the community. I believe that being a "squire" on this server would greatly benefit the player and its integrity. I have extensive knowledge of most plugins out there including but not limited to: WorldEdit, WorldGuard, Essentials (all aspects), etc.
