Hi i have made a server (yes by myself), it is a factions server and now i am looking for new staff members to experience how to work for a professional server. I myself had alot of experience in making and moderating a server (hence i made a factions server). so if you want to be a staff member on my server you have to be 14+ and atleast know most of the commands for plugins and bukkit itself. and also you will have a great chance of getting accepted if you are applying for builder of developer here is the form (all positions are open except co-owner).

I will ensure that i manage the any other ranks below me, if i do receice admin or mod, and I UNDERSTAND THE IMPORTANCE OF MY ROLE I understand what it means to be a member of staff, i know the impact i have on other players and the server.
How many hours can you contribute per day? - about 6-8
What advice would you give someone who had to deal with people younger than them? - Kids, you mean, kids that want to apply for a server, but have no experience, do not know most commands, and cannot grasp the importance of their role. I would almost NEVER recommend recruiting anyone under the age of 13, even then, the most have experience and know what they are doing.

Anything else we should know? – I have applied for many servers I used to run my own actually It was called PremiumPC. There I learned everything there, I wouldent call myself a dev, but I set up my own groupmanager ranks there, permissions included. I delt with staff, I knew how to get the best out of my server. I was to poor and no one wanted to spend money on donator ranks, so i shut it down. But I am relible, and trustworty, I cannot prove it in an application, but you will see from my behavior, that I know what im doing, I WILL NOT ABUSE MY POWER, I will treat others fairly and with respect I will enfore the rules.

If they are super young try to talk in a way they will understand, don't be rude and use kindness and muturity

I quit this server because of the community, it was full was of toxic people and staff members were abusing there power as well.

I have not and you can double cheack but as I rember I have not

A while ago I worked on a server called hyplex a very small server I helped on with my friends I was an admin, I have also been a trainee on some big servers not that big but still and I have been mod on a couple of other small servers.

like I said on school days anyware from 3-4 hours and on weekends anyware from 5-7 hours

If they are super young try to talk in a way they will understand, don't be rude and use kindness and muturity
