What is your best personal trait(s)? I’m kind, mature, easygoing, and I have a good memory.
What is your worst personal trait(s)? I talk a lot, and I’m very slow with what I do because I want it to be perfect.
How old are you? 15
How experienced are you in the position you're applying for? Well for Mod (The role I'm applying for) I believe moderators make sure players aren't cheating and the people who are making the game a un fun place for the players who are actually trying to play and have fun and just generally help them with anything they need. They also help the administrators time to time if they need help and of course being a staff member is more than a responsibility, It is more than the power to ban people from the server. And it is certainly more than a title.
Provide any proof of your experience. (This might be images for builders, or server names for staff members with prior experience) http://imgur.com/a/1JFVQ I use to be an owner on my own server. This picture shows my Co-Owner and a player having a talk, as you can see I have commandspy on and in creative mode. I have an application for staff in my hand, sadly I don't have a screenshot of my owner rank. I made all the permissions for the ranks and got around 6-10 people a day, I spent a few hours on it everyday and recruited by having players applying on a website and then having an interview with them. I have been a staff manager three times over the course of 2 years I also did have my position for more than 2 months minimum on both servers. Each server closed because of financial issues but all servers successfully had over 15 permanent players on all the time. I managed the staff team efficiently and at a pace that would have everyone up to date. I've also been an admin and mod on 2 separate servers but I don't think I have any screenshots of it since those servers are down. I have had a couple staff positions on some servers a few years ago but unfortunately, I don't have any pictures or ips for them. Sorry! (They shut down since it was a few years ago)
What might put you above any other applicant that could be applying? Every time I log onto a server I always feel like only just a bit more can be fixed or maybe a tiny situation can be altered in a simple way. Well, when I first started playing minecraft I said to myself that there were just some minigames, servers and stuff that you could play and that was it. I never realised how much was behind the scenes and what you could do with a server. One of my biggest goals in life is to make everyone smile who I meet, I don't know if it is possible but I would like to at least try. Every time I can put a smile on someone's face it can mean the whole world to me. That may sound a bit corny to some people but it's the truth and I guess we all have to live with it. I am not applying for that special tag or for those extra commands, yes that is a bonus I have to say but at the end of the day, those are just some upgrades that I can use to help the server and not bring it to its knees.
What traits do you expect in a staff member? [You may skip if you're applying for a non-staff position] I think staff members should be active they should be mature and kind new players they shouldn’t be making others feel uncomfortable they should be keeping an eye out for anyone bad in the chat.
What traits do you expect in a server owner? I think owners should be patient, experienced, mature, smart, nice and active
How's your day going? Very good everyone’s been kind to me and it would be better if I was accepted so I can help people which puts a smile on my face

Position you're applying for: You said not to apply for Administrative roles due to trustworthiness, but I've managed 5 servers and at once, I've been helping servers since 2010 and I've never even been warned. I'm applying for a position I'm best at and Admin and up is that area of expertise. Now just because I'm applying for Admin doesnt mean you have to give me admin, i can accept Moderator and let u see how I do but as a tip, i do better the more authority I have. Its weird i know.

What is your best personal trait(s)?:---------|
Well i personally dont think any of my traits are good nor bad..
What is your worst personal trait(s)?: ------|
How old are you? 17 - 18 (08/24)
How experienced are you in the position you're applying for? I'm very experienced in everything except development.
Provide any proof of your experience. (This might be images for builders, or server names for staff members with prior experience): Too many to remember to be honest with you.
What might put you above any other applicant that could be applying? Who else do you know thats been aiding servers since 2010 and has Managed 5 servers at once and happens to be great at discord setup, not to mention I have my own server i've been working on and I've sold 3 of my others.
What traits do you expect in a staff member? [You may skip if you're applying for a non-staff position]: I expect a staff member to know what it means to be a staff member, to be part of a working team. To know what it means to have their rank and what it stands for. I expect a staff member to respect its server Owner and the servers members. I expect a staff member to realize that when a staff member messes up in front of a member that it effects the whole server.
What traits do you expect in a server owner?: I expect the Owner to realize that it's their duty to train and expect specific things from their staff team, to know that if you dont train your team correctly that when that staff member messes up that, that changes the opinion of the server for the member who saw it. That member could spread the word about what happened and eventually lose members. I'll put it this way: It's an Owners job to keep its staff in line, if a staff gets out of line then that effects its fellow staff members all the way up to the Owner and eventually the server name itself. Its the Owners job to keep its team under control.
How's your day going?: To be honest, its been a really bad day lol.
